From the moment you step inside, you feel genuinely welcomed. Passing through the open kitchen, the chef personally greeted us, immediately setting the tone for a memorable evening. My wife and I enjoyed an exceptional date night.
We started with the Beef Tataki with Romescu sauce and soy-marinated tomatoes, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. For the main course, we chose the T-Bone beef with traditional fries, cooked to perfection and of outstanding quality. As a thoughtful touch—something clearly part of the restaurant’s culture—the kitchen surprised us with a complimentary small plate of salmon with onion and spices, a refined gesture that elevated the entire experience.
To finish, the Roasted Apple Foam with artisan cinnamon ice cream was outstanding: creative, elegant, and the perfect ending to the meal.
The restaurant proudly holds a Michelin distinction, and it is easy to understand why. In our humble opinion, it truly deserves a Michelin star. Without question, this is one of the best restaurants we have ever visited. Highly recommended.
