Don’t be put off by its location, this is a wonderful couple run local restaurant. The food is beautifully cooked. I asked for just simple salad for starters and I was given beautifully dressed white asparagus, Toms and lettuce, we also had hot buttered snails. Dish of the day, mussels and chips, absolutely delicious, also had rare duck. Good local carafes of wine. Lovely friendly service

The hidden gem in Biarritz. The small restaurant with a homemade dish. Very dish are delicious. The quality and quantity are the same. The price is reasonable (cheaper than others restaurants in Biarritz)

I rated one start cause it's impossible to put any less, the couple that runs this business is really rude specially the woman, we got kicked out rudely without an explanation and we weren't disturbing or making any noise we were just sitting down, even a couple near us stoodd up for us. The location it's terrible and claustrophobic I do not recommend this place I rather eat something bought in a supermarket. (I couldn't answer to their comment so this is the answer to them) Regardless of the lies they write on the answer to this review. When we enter the place the woman look at us like she didn't want us there without even saying anything. We were waiting patiently and we were about to ask for something to drink while we waited. And he for sure didn't ask us to wait 15 minutes but almost an hour. The woman came up to as rudely looking at us with disgust making is move cause she could reach the other table. She indeed didn't ask politely, she was making faces while telling us to move. The couple next to us who were eating later on the told us to sit next to them noticing how rude the woman had been with us. This place is terrible, and I'm not then only one saying this stuff, there are a lot of reviews saying how rude u guys service is. Sincerely this place is horrible there's another restaurant way better in front of this one I recommend everyone to check out the other one way more than this place. Pd: the man is the only one who was respectful, so thank you.

Lovely place tucked away in a quiet area. The food was lovely (the beef fillet was great) the service was friendly. Will definitely go there again

This is an absolute gem of a restaurant in Biarritz and you absolutely must add it to your itinerary. Run by a married couple (speaking French and Spanish) they will delight you with a small but perfectly cooked menu which includes homemade desserts. The value for money you get here is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend the escargot and the duck dishes. The pistachio Panna cotta we had afterwards was an absolute treat!

Amazing experience here, the staff are super kind and friendly. The food was amazing and dessert was even better. The staff are also local and get all their ingredients locally as well and it tastes amazing. If I’m ever back in Biarritz, I’ll definitely be back! Best place I’ve eaten so far in France! I got the “Faux Filet”, Salade Italienne and a Fraisier for dessert.

Simple, authentic French food served in a relaxed atmosphere. Service excellent and very receptive hosts. To start & share we had Fois grais with carmelised onion on delicious corn bread. For main courses we had Duck du canard which was magnificent and a large portion. One of us had the Bacon burger with ewe cheese which was very tasty. They were accompanied by fresh lettuce & a lovely vinegarette dressing and frites. We enjoyed a few glasses of table white & red wine, also Superbock beer.
