A La Marmite Dieppoise

Found this restaurant when staying over night in Dieppe, and would recommend to anyone going to Dieppe! The food was amazing and was priced really well, the set menus were such good value. Everyone that served our table was extremely polite and attentive. I can’t recommend enough the filet steak for main and the after-eight profiterole for dessert. Will be going again next time we are in the area, thank you for a lovely meal!

Food was all delicious, we had the Turbot, Monkfish, steak and duck between the 4 of us. 5/5 for the food. We came for lunch but think it would be an even better for Dinner. Service was a little slow and the music appears to be 5 pop song covers on repeat which is a little tedious but I think you can only hear that at the back of the restaurant. A real seafood destination for an evening.

Our second time visiting. Fantastic fish and seafood dishes of local produce and cuisine. Staff are wonderful, highly recommend

Appetiser was yummy atmosphere was lit waiter was a darling but the main course which was monk fish was blander than British food (no offense King Charles) but the cider was great. Wouldn’t rlly come here again but nice vibes

One of the best restaurant in Normandie. Foie Gras and marmite diepeuse are Amazing. Dessert super too. Good Wine list, quiet and perfect service.

Je suis dieppois et c'est ici que je viens manger la fameuse VRAIE marmite (recette mise au point par Mme Maurice il y à plus de 60 ans ) c'est vrai il faut être à l'heure car le poisson n'attend pas si on veut manger du frais et chaud et si les patrons ne sont pas aimables je m'en moque mais je me régale ! De ce merveilleux plat beaucoup copié mais rarement égale .Et je suis à l'heure car j'ai hâte de me régaler ( et c'est une rare Q des gens de mon âge )

We went there on our trip to Normandy and I gotta tell you, folks, this place is awesome! The food was not only delicious but culinary art, I dare say, the wine was truly exquisite and we had a hell of a time there. You should try their entre-cote if you're into steaks - heavenly!
