We had a good experience here and would recommend it. My boyfriend ordered the 3-course lunch with the beef carpaccio, lamb shank, and crème brûlée, and I ordered the two-course lunch with goat cheese salad and cod. Our starters were very good - I really enjoyed the soft goat cheese on the salad with balsamic, and the dressing was delicious. He enjoyed the beef carpaccio and appreciated the large, flavorful capers. The main dishes were also good - the lamb was well-cooked, but it had curry and thyme, and he commented that the flavor combination was a bit odd. The same applied to the cod: very well-cooked, but I thought the very flavorful, slightly spicy pepper sauce overpowered the fish a little bit. The crème brûlée had a nice creamy texture and satisfying crunch on the surface, but we felt there was too much rose flavor; it was right on the verge of tasting soapy. Overall, a good experience. Nice atmosphere, great location in the heart of Gigondas, good food, generous portions, and fair prices. Our server was also accommodating and did not seem annoyed by our poor French.

Was the only open restaurant in gigondas. Place looks very clean from the inside, a bit to sterile to my taste. The lemon tarte saumon entrée was excellent, the ravioli dauphinois was okay, nothing all that special. The waitress was efficient, not very conviviale... over okay experience.

A very good, moderately priced, restaurant in Gigondas. A short walk from the center of town. The shady seating was welcome on this very hot sunny day. The La Carte menu featured some interesting salads. We chose the Italian, Poulet, and Chèvre. Each were very different in the types of lettuce and tomatoes used. The chicken was bread coated and sliced, the Italian cheeses and ham were cut and curled, the goat cheese was cut in rounds on toast and warmed. The presentation of each was beautiful. They were delicious as well as filling.

Simple and nice place in Provence where there are always tourists. This is local, nice, good food and price in a very nice and cute village a little up a hill, charming. It's relax, calm and enjoyable. Indeed the burger is amazing but all the cooking is good.

Lively and tasty food!

Just out of the main square of Gigondas, this place is entirely unassuming. We were the first to be seated for dinner, whilst others sat simply to drink. The lack of reviews on trip advisor and Google made us a little hesitant, but we were not disappointed at all. The beer and wine were great value, and the food was really outstanding for the price paid. The entrees were simple yet delicious and the mains were filling and flavorful. Would highly recommend despite the lack of reviews!
