Terrible customer service... no, you don't get any customer service at all.
I was very lucky to purchase an online release for Jordan 4 on Nov 17. My package got delivered to a wrong address on Nov 26- Saturday because of stupid FedEx mistake. I called the A ma Maniere customer service number (980)505-7195 right the way, got straight to the voice message system. I left my info and asking for call back. Then I contacted FedEx.... Of course they did nothing about it and they asked me to contact a ma maniere to file a missing package claim.
Monday - Nov 29, I call customer service number again (980)505-7195, same, no answer left a message, then I started to call every number showing on google search. None of them was answered.... I also tried all social medias, no luck, then I went to check BBB website to see if there is a different number... found the number (404) 975-3380 , result was the same, no one answered.
Please do check the BBB website for this company.. terrible review for this company. Please be careful if your package is missing. Don't expect to get response from them.
I also email them every day at ammaj4@thewhitakergrp.com and info@a-ma-maniere.com from Nov 28 - Dec 1 with proof of documents for my missing orders. No response at all. I am still sending email and making phone calls. no luck again.
This is really an awful experience. Again.. I will not recommend to shop here... not worth of you time to deal with this kind of situation.
