I accompanied my son for the A Ma Maniere Jorden 3 shoe drop. There was shade because it was at high noon which was nice. The staff was friendly and they had security. The store was nice and well stocked. Pro tip: expect a live raffle for a limited number of people at a drop. Each individual is supposed to have a ticket but a couple of people were let in with ticket holders which was not optimal for the people behind them since they were able to purchase two pairs vs one.

Customer service is non existent. Been trying to hear a response from the “live chat” assistant for weeks. Jordan 4’s took forever to arrive. Messed up the shipping declaration and was held at customs. Spent hours on the phone with fedex. Arrived after the guaranteed shipping time window. Paid $60 USD for shipping which was supposed to cover duties and customs. FedEx would not release my shoes to me unless I paid $73CAD more due to there paperwork error. 20 years in the sneaker game, over 600 Jordan and Nike. Never dealt with any retailer this unprofessional. Do better!! Jordan brand didn’t know what they were getting themselves into. Can’t believe this is an official retailer. Shame

One of the WORST companies to order shoes from and I should’ve know better after reading reviews. I bought the WYWS Jordan 4s and it took 2 weeks for them to confirm it was processed. They deliver exclusively through FedEx so I thought that would be a bright spot. Nope. I got a confirmation that the shoes were delivered and they aren’t here. Currently working through a claim with FedEx, but I’m not hopeful after reading other reviews. Update: I have currently opened up my 4th case with FedEx to track down these shoes. AMM also opened one on my behalf and it took them 3 weeks to tell me that FedEx claimed the shoes were delivered. I was finally able to get an actual representative on the phone with FedEx and they told me that the address I gave them did not match what was on the shipping label. They believe that the shoes did not ship because of this. Now, I’m waiting on AMM to confirm what THEY put on the shipping label before FedEx will release any additional info to me. It has been over TWO MONTHS since I ordered these shoes! Please stay far away from this company. I will wait for drops on the sneakers app moving forward and never spend a dime of my money here again.

Just like what others have said. AVOID at all cost. To pay for shipping, yet you are not provided a tracking within 2-3 days is insane. Not a single update when item is being shipped. Customer service is worst than a dmv line. I was charged for the item immediately after purchase, yet takes too long to even ship it out.

I'm telling you they suck as far as online ordering.. I bought an early pair of the jordan 4 wyws on Sept 20th and it's Oct 1rst and the sneakers have yet to be packaged and shipped.. I paid more money to get the early pair and did not get early pair.. I ordered from snkrs on Thursday sept 26th and I have them.. it made no sence to get an early pair if your not going to get an early pair.. I sent emails to complain and cancel all they do is send an automated message.. I will never order from a ma maneire ever again.. the shop app still says it's waiting to be packed 10 days later

they just totally ignored me when i asked them to cancel an online order before it gets processed. i had difficulties with the shop app. i did not want to pay 81 dollars and pay the 20 dollar shipping that was included . i cant do it right now with christmas and Hanukkah. i asked them the minute the shop app purchased it i emailed them,but now my bank gave them my money . im calling my bank to get my money back. this is ridiculous

Terrible customer service... no, you don't get any customer service at all. I was very lucky to purchase an online release for Jordan 4 on Nov 17. My package got delivered to a wrong address on Nov 26- Saturday because of stupid FedEx mistake. I called the A ma Maniere customer service number (980)505-7195 right the way, got straight to the voice message system. I left my info and asking for call back. Then I contacted FedEx.... Of course they did nothing about it and they asked me to contact a ma maniere to file a missing package claim. Monday - Nov 29, I call customer service number again (980)505-7195, same, no answer left a message, then I started to call every number showing on google search. None of them was answered.... I also tried all social medias, no luck, then I went to check BBB website to see if there is a different number... found the number (404) 975-3380 , result was the same, no one answered. Please do check the BBB website for this company.. terrible review for this company. Please be careful if your package is missing. Don't expect to get response from them. I also email them every day at ammaj4@thewhitakergrp.com and info@a-ma-maniere.com from Nov 28 - Dec 1 with proof of documents for my missing orders. No response at all. I am still sending email and making phone calls. no luck again. This is really an awful experience. Again.. I will not recommend to shop here... not worth of you time to deal with this kind of situation.

I would choose zero stars if possible. My experience with this company is based on an online order. On a Saturday, I placed an order for an item that indicated was in stock in my chosen size. Then on the following Tuesday, the company informed me that they were voiding my order, and provided a list of possible reasons, one of which included "fraudulent transaction." Concerned the company believed my purchase was fraudulent, I then had to reach out to the company to ask why my order was voided. I was then informed that the item I purchased - and which the webstore indicated was in stock at the time of purchase - was no longer available. Why are they selling items that they no longer have in stock?

This a review for the online experience Placed an order on the 9th of December for their collab ultraboost. They created a label for on December 18 and then canceled my order on the 22nd via email. Saying that "Your order was canceled due to a stock error which caused the item to be purchased even though it was not in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." Even though people who ordered after me got their order fulfilled. That didn't make sense to me but they just keep my money for more than 2 weeks and many restocks after my order. Then never fulfilled my order. They bragged during the release that they are making as fair as possible and canceling bots orders etc. but maybe they should worried more about filling orders in order of when they were recevied and doing that in timely matter. All I am really getting at don't depend on this store or socail status(own AMM) for release you really want because they will charge for it make sure you miss the worldwide release and they cancel your order two weeks later.

Terrible customer service and disregard for satisfaction. I ordered a size 10.5 A ma maniere x Invincible Ultra boost on the day of release. After waiting over a week for them to ship I emailed them to find out where my shoes were. When I finally got a response, they said my order would be shipped out within 24-48 hours. The next day I got a tracking order and the shoes were supposed to be delivered today (5 days after they supposedly shipped). I just got an email saying my order was cancelled without a reason. I really want these shoes and now there's no way of getting them without paying resale value. This is ridiculous and needs to be fixed immediately.

They accepted my order for their A Ma Maniere Ultra Boost. They held onto my order for over a week, then cancelled my order. During this time, many other stores released the shoe and sold out. Of course, now I can't buy the shoe for retail. I am not alone. Twitter is flooded with stories of their terrible service. Please stay away. Awful, awful, awful customer service. There are many other stores that will treat customers correctly.

Ordered something from them two weeks ago and item still hasn't shipped. When emailed to inquire about order they said it has shipped and they are unable to cancel or do anything about it. They then created a label and package has been sitting at their warehouse for 3 days now without shipping. This store is completely unwilling to work with customers and resolve their mistakes or own delays.

As a true sneaker head, I found the shoe selection to be impeccable! I had no problems at all with the customer service from the employees. However, the store manager (Tony) was truly HORRIBLE for this establishment! While deciding on which shoes to purchase, the manager looked at me as if I was getting on his nerves with my decision and he didn't even greet the customers. Keep in mind, the manager was not the employee that assisted me. I still purchased 3 pairs of shoes from one of the employees because she truly assisted me. If the manager was not there, I would have purchased 2 more pairs of shoes. I was truly dissatisfied with his level of professionalism. Notice to the business owner: Please implement a strategic customer service plan for management.
