Simone Ristorante

"Simone takes its name from owner-chef Simone Paratella from the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. With vast experience in leading European restaurants behind him, he decided to open what has become one of the most sophisticated temples of Italian cuisine in the Itaim Bibi part of the city. Inspired by the cuisine of his homeland, he creates several options of his star dish, namely “tajarin” (with tomatoes, summer truffles, rabbit ragu etc), as well as other options such as “risotto birra e rosmarino”, made with beer and rosemary, and the attractive “cruda all'albese”, consisting of a filet mignon cut into small pieces, with truffle and Grana Padano foam. Choose between seats at the bar counter, where you can watch dishes being prepared, or at one of the few tables dotted around the dining room." - Michelin Inspector

Top place in São Paulo a hidden gem! Was so good! Their pasta was Al Dante on point, ravioli with meat filling was really good (added a pinch of salt) and carpaccio with caviar is a must try. Paired with wine, really nice. You can skip the salad (too little leaves) and tiramisu (normal). Overall enjoyed it a lot!

Very nice experience! Overall, I would recommend going to Simone Ristorante. The entry was disappointing from a visual perspective as you may see in the picture. Adding a green detail like basilic would have been welcomed. Texture was agreeably surprising whereas the taste wasn’t exceptional. I wouldn’t recommend taking this entry. Pasta was really good and tasty! Would have been nice to get some extra cheese. Tiramisu was excellent and appetizing, I loved the crispy chocolate on top! The crockery was always appropriate and elegant. Waiters are very kind even if it’s difficult to speak English. Thanks Simone’s team for this pleasant dinner.

Highest quality food, every Detail on these plates are perfect. The scenery of the kitchen is awesome, to see the Chef interact with the crew and maintaining highest standards. My one suggestion for the restaurant would be to turn down the Lights slightly to be more cozy. But it is great! Update: The lighting scenario has been changed and it is now even more cozy! Great!

Exceptional food, paired with top wine choices, excellent service and settings, in one of the best price-performance options in Sao Paulo. You must check it out!

Destaque para o prato Cruda all’Albese, divino!
