I moved to Harlem since 2016, and passed off the store many times and always wondering why there is always a line of people patiently waiting for food. Today is my first time since I forgone my strict diet on fried food. I will say, the taste of their fried fish is the closest thing that I have tasted from paradise.
First, the temperature is accurate.
Second, the way they select their oil is strict. The degree I will say, maybe they use olive oil or very high class bean oil. But I don’t think it is peanut oil.
Thirdly, the chef’s technique is Michelin level. The result from the food is amazing. The fish is 92% down to 88% well done and there is a slight distance from the protein and the crispy juice out layer.
Fourth, when you take the first bite, you know, OMG is it ain’t no right? Or I should visit frequent!
Highly recommend!!!!!!!!
