I ordered thru door dash a salad and rice no chicken that was supposed to be ready I been here since 4:09 it's 4:36... the drive thru says closed on Sunday it's still open, the young women at the front are rude. I would go across the street to American deli. The food good tho but they suck fr it is now 4:40... I am still here waiting and they keep asking to check on my order... they must be picking the vegetables from the garden and personally fishing for the fish this is ridiculous

The ladies are sweet hard working and know what they’re doing! They keep the kitchen moving and the restaurant packed! The food is DELICIOUS👍🏾‼️ All of the food!! We have tried most items/dishes at this point and this restaurant now has a drive up window and an online order system too! They have a discount program and just make it easy to always come back! We tried wing stop by 285 as a close second- mistake! We instantly regretted it! The food was dry and over seasoned. We couldn’t even eat it! A town wings is our #1 “wing and all other items they have “ restaurant! Oh, the fried rice and veggies are incredible and my personal fave! They have the peach lemonade mix and fountain drinks as well as cans. They automatically provide more than enough condiments and present your food like the pictures I’ve posted so you can season etc and know what you’re getting! Love them love them love them! Ladies, thank you for always showing up with strong customer service management smiling and herring the job done! We love you!

The Hibachi grill was all that. I had the Steak Hibachi with yum yum sauce it was good. The yum yum sauce was a little watery. The wings was good as well a little pricey but they was good. The French was not well done like we asked. But the overall service was great. The young ladies was nice and pleasant and gave good energy and vibes. Now the inside needs a little repairing and leaks needs to be fixed. They make more than enough money. Only in the black neighborhoods. This would not stand in a white community. Fix this restaurant or close until needed repair are done.

First of all I don’t know what’s going on with the sanitation or food quality of this restaurant. Every time I eat here I get sick with sulfur burps, diarrhea and upset stomach. Then the food is always lukewarm and the wings are never crispy upon my request. Will not return or order on door dash.

Might look a little beat up on the outside but they actually have good food with fast service. I always order the hibachi rice and wings. The rice is so good my baby loves it, she’s picky.

Smh. I did a good review until my son just got home wit our food again smh reminds me why I needs to cook at home!

All flavor wings are GOOD! This is only location I go to. I always forget to get the young lady's name but her customer service is excellent. The owner is always nice and understanding. Treat people with respect and it will definitely come back. Keep up the good work. Good wings are hard to find in Atlanta! I got HONEY BBQ WITH LEMON PEPPER SPRINKLES AND FRIED RICE THAT I COULDN'T FINISH! I'M STUFFED!

I got a 10 piece wing combo with honey bbq and shrimp fried rice. The wings were great and the fried rice was good too. $16 for the combo which is a fair price

I had a deeply disturbing experience with A Town Wings Bankhead--not just with their staff, but with the complete lack of accountability from ownership. A now-viral video shows an employee at this location being rude and confrontational with a customer who simply expected basic respect and a greeting. When I commented on the video calling out the poor customer service and lack of training, the employee responded with "your mother" under my comment and DM'd me to threaten me, telling me to "pull up to fight." The fact that she's this comfortable behaving like this publicly tells me this kind of behavior is supported or ignored by management. If she's not afraid of consequences, that speaks volumes about what's considered acceptable at this location. The location also has a "B" health rating, and is constantly surrounded by homeless and drug activity right outside the front door, making it an unsafe and unwelcoming environment for paying customers. This isn't just a bad day or a rude worker--this is a reflection of toxic culture, poor training, and a dangerous lack of professionalism. I will be reporting this incident and the employee's threats to the Better Business Bureau because no one should be threatened or disrespected for speaking up about poor service. Do not eat here.

I love the food, but I ordered a Philly sandwich and fried rice over 50 minutes ago and it is still not ready. And they are not busy at all. Next time I'll try American deli down the street. This wait time is too slow.

Couldn't leave ATL without having some wings so I got A Town Wings delivered. I ordered the Honey Lemon Pepper, Extra Crispy and a side of Fried Okra. Now I wish I got extra lemon pepper added, because I didn't taste much of it on the wings. However, I drove back to NOLA with the leftover wings . After marinating that whole drive, them wings was whewww. The flavor got all in by time I stepped back into the 504. The fried okra had me ready to do backflips, but idk how to do that, so I'll just say in this review that they were fiyaaaa!

Amazing service every time! I've ordered from them on uber eats, came into the store, and called in and every time its great service from a friendly team. This is very rare in the area so I hope they stay around for a very long time. Oh yea and the food is fresh and delicious

Our go to! Everything is delicious and well portioned. The ladies are professional yet personable and excellent in customer service management! It's clean and so are the bathrooms! Always in and out and I enjoy a sneaky snack without the kids from time to time. The ambiance is positive and cool enough to sit in peace

This place is up the street from my house but the new workers here can't stay off there phone to take an order. How do you call in and they don't ring your order up now as I sit in here I see why

less than six months moving to this side of town and this spot has quickly become an easy go-to. i usually get it doordashed and it's always quick with minimal delivery fees. the hibachi is solid, really good fried rice, and good wings. i LOVE their hushpuppies! fried fish is just OK, as i feel it could be better seasoned. also would recommend if you need to feed a group easily.

Listen as far as hood wing spots go... this one is pretty decent. Food is always hot and they have the Atlanta good classics... wings, Phillies, and hibachi. I really love their hibachi and fried rice , they never disappoint. Don't bother calling ahead to order , they only make your food when you arrive to ensure you actually pay for it.

One of the best wings places in Atlanta since i have moved here. The shrimp fried rice is amazing J love this place

The food is great i can't complain. Their customer service is AWEFUL. The young ladies in the don't listen and have awful attitudes. On my way to work I place an Order. I beg and plead for them to make it ahead of time. When I get there its not ready I have to wait for another 10-15 mins making me late. Along With that the order will be wrong, but wait there's more. Utensils and napkins won't be in the bag. You can't win.

Love my family at A Town.... they ALWAYS take care of my needs and wants .... Thank you guys keep up the good work!

I'm a regular...love the wings and the burgers and the workers are nice....I agree with the last reviewer...Jasmine is so personable. She remembers who I am and is always friendly. The only thing I'm bummed about is the fried okra...the pieces are too big now!!

Customer service wasn't bad but the wings were horribly greasy it was like biting a bubble of oil. I probably should have known when I heard a complaint from a customer talking about how greasy the chicken was. Despite the warming I proceeded to try the wings which were a complete and utter mistake. The worse 10.59 I've ever spent.

Well I guess I'm the first person to post a comment. ..I'm new to the area so I found this spot not to far from home..the food was decent. ..honey bbq wings and fried rice...I personally would order again..Honestly I'm on here because the young lady who took my order was awesome. ..Her name is Jasmine. . Very professional. ..she helped me with my order ....this young lady needs to be at someone's office not a fast food establishment ...phenomenal young lady !

The food is excellent but the staff is incompetent. I have been to this establishment three times and two of three times the same young lady took my order and was rude and impolite. The third time I went to A Town Wings not only was the young lady who took my order rude but she let another customer take my 20 piece order that I had waited for and that customer left her 10 piece on the counter. After I questioned the two young ladies who were working the cash register how this happened I was told that while I was waiting for my order one of the workers turned her back to go the back and another customer was allowed to take my order with her. I spoke to the owner and he said "I'm so sorry" but that was it. I had to wait for another order to be prepared and the two cashiers stood around chatting away neither of the young ladies ever apologized for their mistake. ONE STAR - too bad because the food is really good but very poor customer service!!!!!
