Where To Eat Outside In Williamsburg

"This probably won’t come as a surprise, but putting a slab of kielbasa on a burger leads to good results, as does adding cumin-ginger sofrito to an already juicy chicken thigh. In case you’re an “I’ll believe it when I see it” kind of person, head to Pheasant. This Mediterranean spot’s backyard seating is available Wednesday through Sunday for lunch or dinner, with reservations available through their website, or by phone at 718-675-5588 for groups of six or more." - matt tervooren

Where To Eat Near NYC’s Music Venues

"If barely being able to hear each other is your ideal level of date-night intimacy, then getting hot pretzels and beers at the Brooklyn Steel is your move. But if you want to have a conversation beyond screaming, “the basist is so great!” during the concert, then go to Pheasant. The small space has some shareable Mediterranean food, and the atmosphere is relaxed. They don’t take reservations, so keep that in mind if you’re in a time crunch before the show." - hannah albertine, bryan kim, matt tervooren

A Guide To The “Super Cute Reasonably Priced Restaurant To Catch Up With A Few Friends”

"A few minutes after finishing your afternoon coffee, you get a jolt of energy and text a few friends asking if they want to get dinner tonight. Finally, at 4:30pm, one of them says yes and asks where you’re meeting. Tell them Pheasant. This small spot in Williamsburg is ideal for casual weeknight dinners when you want some good food in the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel like you're part of the neighborhood. Start with the baby gem caesar salad, then share the chicken over spiced yellow rice and the burger topped with an onion ring." - team infatuation

Awesome Outfit! Great Staff, awesome venue…. Brady / Todd and all the crew were just wonderful… Girls in the kitchen are 5 Star Hospitality and the dogs were quick. Will be back again next year.

I recently stayed here for a Pheasant Hunting trip with my father. The total experience was awesome. The hunting was amazing with great land and guides, the food was all home-cooked and delicious, and the lodge was a relaxing place to rest at the end of the day. The owners make you feel like family while you are there. Well worth the money for the hunting packages.

I’ve visited 6 different pheasant lodges in South Dakota over the last 20 years and A1 Al’s takes the cake! So convenient to Sioux Falls, super clean building with spacious rooms and private baths, tons of good food and all modern amenities, terrific hunting in perfectly cultivated fields, and staff and guides that are so nice, helpful and accommodating. We’re already booked for next season - thanks to Brady, Todd and all the rest!

Just had a 50 and 50+1 year combined high school reunion and the facilities are awesome. Very clean beautiful building and grounds, but best of all are Heather, a real dynamo, such delightful host, and Todd, her husband, who were both very accommodating. Definitely check this fun venue out for your next event.

Hard pressed to find a better place to pheasant hunt. This all inclusive lodge takes care of everything for you. A great breakfast, followed by a great shoot, lunch, beers, pool, cards, axe throwing...whatever your pleasure. We come every year for a guys weekend and shoot three days. We never have to leave while there, Brady, Beth, Todd, and Heather take care of everything.

It was my pleasure to be the first DJ to host a wedding here... and I was right back the following weekend to do the second event ever hosted there for wedding receptions. Both nights were a huge success. The management there knows exactly what they're doing and got it right from the very first day. as an Entertainer it's an easy load in and there's plenty of power right in the setup area. if you're doing the ceremony out back you're going to want to bring your own power until they install an outlet near the gazebo. There is a parking lot around back where you can park and run AC power from your vehicle if you have a converter. This is going to become one of the top wedding locations.

Brady, Todd and Heather are absolutely wonderful hosts. They make you feel like family. Their new lodge is over the top beautiful. Their attention to detail shows throughout the entire property. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Heather's cooking is over the top! You will not go hungry. The hunting was outstanding. We saw hundreds of birds during our three days. I would highly recommend A1 Als for your next pheasant hunting trip!

Our entire baseball team stayed here for a state tournament. This is a spectacular place to stay for a large group. We loved the location and the friendly hosts. Would highly recommend.
