"A&A Cafe and Tamaleria, a small, family-run restaurant from Everett, WA, is opening its second location on Capitol Hill. Known for its savory and sweet tamales, including beef, chicken, pork, pineapple, strawberry, and raspberry varieties, the restaurant will also offer cider from local purveyor Soundbite. The menu is inspired by ingredients and techniques from the co-owner’s great-grandmother, who grew up in Mexico City.
