A & S Culinary is my main go to for all of my catering needs. I have used them starting back in 2018 and now use them every two weeks (for two days each week) since October 2024 at my new office. Chef Andrew and his team go above and beyond to ensure your catering is done right. This past weekend I attended a fundraising event at A&S Culinary Concepts and it was so much fun! We divided into three teams to make quite a spread of appetizers, the main entree (proteins, sides, salad) and desserts. Everything was delicious. The team at A&S Culinary Concepts designed a tasty menu that was fun and easy, for all cooking and grilling skill levels. I would highly recommend looking them up for catering, classes and fundraising events. YUM.

Team building activity. Fun, safe, fresh, delicious, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chef Andrew and team are awesome. Good communication, clear instructions and safety. I would recommend you try them out for a team event. You will leave feeling accomplished, full and like you wanna go home and cook something because now you know what you're doing. 😉

This year our Thanksgiving dinner was much smaller with half the family away. So, we decided to cater much of our meal and A&S had a family dinner with a smaller turkey, a salad and 3 sides for an incredibly reasonable price. Ordering was easy and confirmed quickly. Pickup was so easy as they had a drive-up line, and you were in and out in less than a minute. Heating instructions were easy to follow and most importantly everything was delicious. Thanks to A&S for helping us with a stress-free holiday meal!

What an amazing and memorable experience! Our team was looking for a 5 star culinary experience for a team-build, and A&S totally delivered! Chef Andrew and his team were so knowledgeable and kind, and made the whole cooking experience a blast. The food was delicious, and we really felt special the whole evening. Absolutely would recommend this company to anyone interested! Thank you guys so much for a night of great food that we won't forget!

We just did a team building cooking competition there. Andrew's dry sense of humor was hilarious. All of the staff were very helpful and there was a lot of good food made. Everyone was surprised with how well it turned out. I highly suggest taking a group there.

For the first time ever, we ordered a complete turkey (cooked) meal for our little family for Thanksgiving this year. We were very pleased with the decision. The turkey, brined & roasted, exceeded our expectations and meant that I didn't have to slave over the bird at all beyond reheating. As for the sides, upon receipt, I was a little concerned that the portions wouldn't be enough, but they're experts for a reason, and it was just enough. Some things finished very quickly and others took a few days. In the end, we felt that we did well to order from A&S and will be very open to doing so again.

WOW! What a fun experience! My work team came here for our Christmas party/teambuilding. Nobody knew what to expect. It was one of the best teambuilding events ever! The Chef and his staff were super helpful with the competition. To feel like you are on chopped or Iron chef was super cool. A great commercial kitchen. And Big Green Eggs to grill with. They had every ingredient you needed! Everything was super fresh. We ended up with a super yummy meal. My team won the competition of course! LOL. Everyone left happy. All we talked about all the next week is what we went home and thought to cook. Location is very clean with great equipment. Staff was super friendly and helpful. I will be back. I want to come again with friends and then with my family.

Did the cooking competition as a team bonding event and it was a blast! Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious, and the team at A&S were incredible to work with. Would recommend!

I survived a day of Boot Camp immersion yesterday. No, I am not the Boot Canp type. It was Big Green Egg cooking... errrr, smoking camp. We made brisket, ribs, port butt (really the shoulder cut in spite of the name), chicken, veggies and even 2 types of macaroni and cheese. Oops, forgot our home made barbecue sauce and corn muffins. Wow. Recently catered a dinner from A&S and everything was DELICIOUS! The reheating instructions were simple and everything was tremendously flavorful and well-textured. Plus, the portion size was really impressive! Can't wait to use them again.

WOW!. Ordered Thanksgiving meal for the family (10 people). Turkey was amazing. Mac and Cheese was great. The stuffing was the best I ever had. Apple pie and pumpkin pie was homemade. High-quality food. My family and I were very happy. Thank you Andy.

This place is amazing! I had the best cooking experience at the team event here. I learnt to make Caesar salad from scratch, even the dressing... with mustard, egg yolk, anchovies... the real stuff!!! Lettuce and tomato were brushed with olive oil and lightly grilled. Team mates made other sides and mains (chicken and salmon) and desserts.... they were all amazing!!! Staff was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Place was just the right size for our team of 12 people. The food was fancy and really flavorful!!!! Great team building, great cooking experience and great food! I rated my own cooking 4.5. I can't imagine if this is a real restaurant if not cooked by me but by my teachers there. They probably would rate 6 stars!

I recently had the opportunity to visit A & S for an offsite team building event! This was super fun and my team truly enjoy this. It was truly affordable as well which was awesome! This is truly a chef kitchen and they have everything you need. The staff is amazing and really interact with the teams and help you get your iron chef on!! If you looking for a cool way to connect with your team i would highly recommend this place!!

Wonderful place and even better idea on how to get into cooking or in this case for team building. Everyone put aisde their differences and bring all their international flavor to the kitchen for a wonderful dinner in the end. They are great at teaching and assisting during cooking and the environment was really great overall. Extremely clean, wide variety of foods and good quality ones too. Can't wait to visit again!

Enjoyed a DELICIOUS dinner last night! Easy to order, easy to pick up, easy to heat up and even easier to clean up! Cannot wait to order from them again!! Quality and flavor of food was 5 star all the way!

A and his team are fabulous! Our company has done several team events here and it is always a hit. The team and the food are always on point and it's so much fun. I plan on coming in with the family for a cook off!!

My sister-in-law recommended A&S, and I have ordered from them frequently during the Covid pandemic. I live in Maryland and A&S has been a great way for me to provide a little variety in my parents' meals. I've also used A&S for "thank you" and anniversary dinners for my brother and sister-in-law. Every Monday I get the menu for the week, I love that there are two choices everyday for salad, main course and two sides. One full order is enough for mom and dad for two dinners and a lunch --- and it would be hard to beat the price. Andrew and Sharon have been a delight to work with. They have always been quick to answer my questions, and have accommodated my logistics requests (being in Maryland, this has saved me some real headaches). They recently deconstructed their chicken parmigiana meal for me, packaging everything separately, to deal with a change in hospital discharge days. It was the first good post-hospital meal for my parents. The cannoli really got mom's appetite back! And they have great vegetarian options, which I finally got to try during a visit this summer.

We went to A&S for the team building "Iron Chef" competition. Simply put, this is the most fun I have had in forever. Great team building, great intensity and great food. Professional kitchen, fantastic ingredients and several fired-up Big Green Eggs. I will definitely get a group to come here in the future.

Ordered Easter dinner from A&S and it did not disappoint. The prime rib was amazing! All our sides (asparagus, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes) were perfect! Had the Cesar salad and it was the best Cesar dressing I have ever had. Plenty of food for leftovers too! Look forward to ordering from the again.

Wow, talk about amazing catered food. I attended a birthday party with approximately 75 people over the past weekend and had some amazing appetizers by this company. Tomato caprese shots, pulled barbecue pork & corn bread sliders, lamb meatballs, salmon crostini, cheese with fig walnut bites and bacon wrapped shrimp were my favorites. These assorted appetizers were not only fresh but very tasty. Everyone seemed to enjoy these delicacies. This really made the party a complete hit. Highly recommended.

Myself & my co-workers visited this establishment on 7/23. We participated in an Iron Chef type cook-off. My team consists of mostly men & they were leery at first. It was the best team-building activity I've ever done personally & we had a great time!! They give you everything you need for the cook-off (food, seasoning, utensils, pots, etc.) You're judged afterwards on taste & presentation so there's bragging rights for those that are competitive. Our food was excellent but you choose what you make with what they give you. The chefs do walk around to check in & assist you so you don't make mistakes (i.e., over/under cook your food, etc.) All of the chefs were very nice & knowledgeable. Definitely take a look at this place for a group activity. I look forward to doing this again.

This place is a hidden gem. The owner is super helpful. I "showed" up unexpectedly and he offered a bunch of frozen options that our family took home and tried out. Folks if you are busy and don't have time to cook this is your place to go. Everything is pre-made, heat and serve. This is wholesome, high quality food. Additionally I ordered brunch items for Mother's day and our family was very pleased.

so we had Andrew and crew come serve us lunch at our office. We have a great group of guys and gals that needed a treat. It was delicious, on time and left overs out the door. Thank You!!

If you own a Big Green Egg or are even thinking of purchasing one, the Big Green Egg boot camp is a must. I've had my egg for over 3 years and learned half a dozen new tricks and things I was doing wrong. Andrew, the instructor/owner, is phenomenal and is able to wrangle a group of guys who think they know everything and teach this in a way where not only you learn but make yourself a better cook on the egg. The atmosphere of the class as well as the food you prepare (and the beer in the afternoon) are well worth every minute and dime you spend. If you are looking for a class to take for the Big Green Egg, look no further as A&S is at the top.

We had a project event from work at the A&S culinary Concepts, I must say that it was beyond my expectations! The team was wonderful and professional, we cooked a great dinner, not falling from any gourmet restaurant, we had a great evening, very recommended

Had a great time with my hubby learning how to cook on the Big Green Egg! Highly recommended for a relaxed team activity, some time out with a group of friends that is different from the usual. Microbrews and Grilling? Can't miss!!

What an amazing time! This place knows how to do it right. We did a team building session and had so much fun...what can be better than great food and drinks while you are learning how to cook. We had such a great time we signed our 10 year old daughter for their cooking camp and not only did she have a great time, meet new friends but she brought home dinner every night and on the last day the entire family were invited for brunch. Class act, super clean and professional. 5 star experience all the way.

Andrew and his team are awesome! For my wife's birthday, we brought together 6 couples for a Battle of the Sexes cooking challenge. As a twist of sorts, the guys were in the kitchen while the ladies were on "Green Egg" duty. Our menu consisted of some of my wife's favorites such as shrimp & grits, jerk chicken, garlic spinach, grilled corn with parmesan cheese and groovy deviled eggs (lol) just to name a few. None of our guests had ever participated in a cooking challenge before, which made this experience extra special for everyone. I'm not ashamed to admit that the ladies won the cooking challenge esp. because my wife was on the winning team:). Thanks Andrew for a memorable experience. We had a great time and will be back.

My 13 year old daughter took a cooking camp here and it was AMAZING! She was actively involved and made a full meal each day of camp. Then, she brought it home and it was enough for our family to have as dinner- BONUS!! The recipes were all from scratch and delicious. I was so impressed!! She is doing the baking camp this week. I can't wait to taste the goodies while she continues to cultivate her passion of cooking and baking!

My son loved his one week cooking camp where he learned knife skills, omelette flipping and gained confidence in the kitchen. I love how much food he came home with and I didn't need to cook for a week. Chicken parm, roasted chix and veggies, guacamole and queso. He will he Back next summer for sure.

I love the men's cooking classes. I have learned a lot from Andy about cooking on the big green egg and also the grill. A great place to throw a birthday party or have a meeting and cater lunch. Chef Andy is a great teacher and a very nice person. Andy makes his cooking classes fun for kids and adults. 5 stars!!!

We had Chef Andrew Traub cater a big progressive dinner for our congregation's big event. Guests LOVED the food and menu he created. His preparations were very creative and the quality of the ingredients was first rate! Andrew was very easy going and a pleasure to do business with- and the food was ample! I recommed Andrew's Culinary Concepts highly!

I took the Boot Camp Big Green Egg Cooking class, this past Saturday, and it was absolutely amazing!!! This is the best hands on cooking class I have ever had. It was so comprehensive and you definitely had to work hard. The menu was divine; and, Chef Andrew's knowledge, skill, techniques and teaching style, in the kitchen and on the BGE, were exceptional. I learned so much about cooking and about the BGE; it felt like I accomplished so much at the same time that I was learning to cook meals more efficiently. I am so grateful to A&S Culinary Concepts and look forward to taking more classes!!!

My daughter loved having her 11th birthday party here. Plenty of space and staff at hand.

My daughter (10 yrs old) took a week long cooking class here and from the first day she loved it! She came home with dinner everyday! The first day was half a roasted (delicious) chicken, smashed potatoes, salad with homemade ranch. Everyday she looked forward to going and asked me to sign her up for more. She was so proud of her accomplishments and now wants to plan and make dinner once a week.

I can't say enough about A&S Culinary Concepts, Andrew and his great team! The best for catering and cooking classes and more in the north Atlanta area (Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Duluth and more. If looking for a caterer, this is the one. I have had multiple opportunities to taste their work- soooo good. And they are true pros - years of experience - and nothing but CLASS.
