tell me why i visited from out of town, came here thinking it would be good, but i was wrong. not only did they burn my onion rings, but i ordered a single patty burger, and they up-charged me for a double. i’m beyond pissed. i told them my concern, and they asked if i would like a to go bag. this place is utter bull crap. needs to be closed again.

Just had a burger meal and it was hot, fresh and made like it should be. Fries piping hot. Did it take longer than other fast food places, a little, but I promise you, it was worth the little extra wait. Give them a try. Very nice people with great customer service.

Excellent fresh cooked burgers and onion rings. I always get special order on my burger and it's always correct and great. So very friendly service. And of course, The Root Beer is so very full of flavor and just like I remember from years gone by.

Food is always fresh and really good for fast food. The owner is always pushing to make it a 5 star experience. The quality is always the best, so is the atmosphere for a fast food place. Price is fair, friendly people, just a manager trying to make a good restaurant thrive after taking over from a bad owner back in 2023. Enjoy.

I've always wanted to visit this A&W whenever I came to Hot Springs. When we finally went, we found it shutdown. But ...! It has reopened and the food is good, the service was good, the restaurant is clean, and the new owner actually comes out and greets you at your table. Conveniently located by the 70/270 highway off Central in Hot Springs. If you get a chance and just want some good food, come here.

A great addition to the town! Definitely a bit of a wait for service, but nothing out of the ordinary for a new restaurant location. The food was hot and fresh and the few employees we interacted with were friendly and smiling. Definitely looking forward to when they have the indoor dining open to be able to get a frosted mug of root beer.

Upon visiting this resteraunt, although a fast food establishment, the staff was very enjoyable and polite. They made you feel welcome and attentive to your needs. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. The food was great and very clean I would highly recommend this place to others.

Beautiful updates in this place! We stopped for a root beer float and got talked into a root beer cream freeze. OMG it was sooo good! I want to try their seasonal pub-style fish basket next time.

Stay far away from these restaurants. They ate theifs! Over charged us by $8 and refuse to make up it right. $27.43 for 2 burgers!!!! Keep driving. In hot Springs, Davids Burgers is right across the street and their food is much better!!!
