A&W Restaurants

tell me why i visited from out of town, came here thinking it would be good, but i was wrong. not only did they burn my onion rings, but i ordered a single patty burger, and they up-charged me for a double. i’m beyond pissed. i told them my concern, and they asked if i would like a to go bag. this place is utter bull crap. needs to be closed again.

Adeal (possibly messed up the name, sorry!) was fantastic, friendly, helpful and generally awesome. He was great to everyone in the restaurant even the little kids who were having a good time with their family. Answered all of our questions with patience since we hadn't been here before. The food was good, burger was big, juicy and well seasoned. I had the bacon burger and my partner had the papa burger. Honestly a really good experience, we plan on visiting again.

3 consecutive trips and each time the food was fresh, hot, and the root beer ice cold! The people are so friendly and truly enjoyed my business. I don’t leave reviews but thought this place warranted it.

I haven't eaten at an A&W restaurant since I was a kid so to find this one was truly a treat. The food is fantastic as always but the service is even better. The manager at the hot springs location is so friendly and so helpful

Was coming through Hot springs and ran up on this place. I use to take my nephew in our hometown to A &W about 25 years ago. My son heard all the stories and wanted to stop. The food was good, hot, and our order was correct. The cheese curds were the best. The only complaint I have is they don't have the root beer taps like back in the days. That's what made the root beer taste different. Now it just comes from the soda machine.

If there was a flagship A&W franchise this place should be it! The presentation to flavor, this place nailed it! I was literally blown away in the car after the drive through pick up. I was tempted to actually stop and take pics because it looked better than the pics on the menu and tasted phenomenal! I don’t know how they are doing it, but I wish they could teach the rest. My hats off to the owner and manager or whoever is responsible. Well done, well done.

Dylan picked this restaurant this time because he loves rootbeer floats. The burgers here are juicy and fresh. We dined in, and Dylan was being his silly self.
