A Hidden Oasis in the Heart of Siem Reap The Stay: From the moment I arrived at Aarama, I felt an immediate sense of peace. The property is beautifully designed—modern and chic, yet it retains a warm, authentic Cambodian soul. The Food: The onsite restaurant is a destination in its own right. I was blown away by the quality. They do an incredible job of elevated Khmer cuisine; the flavors are bold and fresh, and the presentation is pure art. The Service: What truly sets Aarama apart is the staff. They are genuinely kind, attentive, and go above. Verdict: If you’re looking for a boutique experience that feels luxurious but intimate, this is it. It’s the perfect sanctuary to return to after the hustle and bustle of the temples in center town.

What a wonderful place. We walked past and it looked a cool place to stop with shade. We had lunch here and some cool drinks in the most beautiful setting. The pond with the water fountains and water lillies is such a relaxing sound . The staff were amazing and so polite and attentive. Definitely would recommend, you won't regret this peaceful retreat .

The starters are indescribably great. Flavored filled and unique to the pallate. In all of Southeast Asia this is our go to place. The setting is stunning, prices are reasonable, service engaging. This sits inside a gorgeous resort hotel with a lily pond housing koi. Don’t miss out.

“Aaraama at Ankor Village Hotel is a beautiful place with an amazing atmosphere. The restaurant has no walls, surrounded by water, a pond, and plenty of greenery, making dining here extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The food is fantastic – everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and very tasty, both the à la carte breakfasts and lunch/ dinner dishes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a meal in a peaceful and stunning setting in the heart of the city!”

That was a lunch to remember.... Aaraama Restaurant... A beautiful wooden house in the middle of a lotus pond, with only the sound of birds and water as musical background and a marvelous view over the flowers and greenery decorating the wooden houses that serve as Angkor Village Hotel's rooms. Attentive but discrete waitresses bringing our dishes which were a delight to see and... eat. Refined Khmer dishes such as amok and prawn curry... At unbeatable prices of... $5 or 6..... It was a nice discovery for my friends Mylena and Sandrine. Do like us: go enjoy that heavenly place!

We had a set menu called the wandering kingdom and it was amazing! We also had a coconut coffee and watermelon juice no sugar. The location is beautiful with the lily pond. Service is fast and friendly.

The place looks beautiful and well-designed, but overall the food did not meet our expectations. It felt like they were trying too hard to be fancy, which took away from the overall experience.
