"Set within one of Siem Reap’s longest-running hotels (opened 1994), this waterside venue enhances the property’s outdoor setting with lily ponds and waterside villas and sits beside the Kenary Lounge, known for its lust-worthy sofas, antiques and Grand Tour–era artworks. Its culinary program is strictly Khmer: chef Touch Savon curates tapas-style, select menus that reinterpret Cambodia’s changing tastes and revive long‑forgotten recipes.
