Aavo Chai & Coffee is a fantastic little spot that I’m really glad I tried. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and friendly service. They create the kind of atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. The food here is excellent. I ordered a curry along with some lighter dishes, and everything was prepared with care and rich flavour. The curry, in particular, stood out – it was hearty, full of spices, and clearly cooked with authentic touches. For me personally, it was a little too spicy, but I can appreciate that others will absolutely love the depth and heat of the flavour. The rest of the menu also offers a nice mix, so there’s something for everyone. The drinks are also worth mentioning. Aavo does a great job balancing the café vibe with chai and coffee options, making it a great stop whether you’re after a comforting meal or just a relaxing drink. With kind staff, tasty food, and a cozy atmosphere, Aavo Chai & Coffee is the sort of place I’d happily return to. Even with the spice, I’d give it a full 5 stars.

Aavo on Wood Street serves one of the best smoothies in town—fresh, creamy, and bursting with real berry flavor. The shop is cozy, stylish, and perfect for a quick refresh. Their smoothies are made with quality ingredients and great care. Highly recommended for a healthy, delicious treat on the go!

Where do I start? Sapna and her family hosted us for my sister’s baby shower at Aavo Cafe , and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful the venue, food and hosts were! The venue is perfect for parties- very clean and spacious. It has a great covered outdoor space and an enclosed garden area. There were 20 of us and that included 5 children and there was still lots of space. Sapna was very accommodating and put on a lovely finger food spread , which consisted of kebabs , chaat, samosas and paneer. Food was incredible and went down a treat! If you’re looking for some flavoursome Indian street food and a good venue - this is the place! We will definitely be back again when I plan my son’s party! Thank you Sapna and family for being such amazing hosts x

Just popped in for takeaway samosas for friends. They all found the paneer samosas amazing, and the Punjabi ones were excellent. Vegetarian ones were above average but not as outstanding as the others. I was also given a complimentary tea while I was waiting. Great service.

A calm, clean cafe where the food is amazing - everything is fresh, portions are generous and the chai is perfectly strong and sweet. The staff were lovely and attentive even though they were hosting a private function. I can't say enough good things about Aavo and I can't wait to come back!

I highly recommend Aavo. I'm a local personal trainer and they recently helped me host a Christmas social for my clients where they let us have the space out the back in the evening. They worked to my budget and the catering and service provided blew my expectations away. We had such a fun evening and the food was delicious. Thank you Sapna and Bhavin!

Lovely, lovely food. All home cooked served by excellent hosts. The weekend special was perfect if you and unsure. However we ordered the lamb curry as well which was very tender. Along with the samosa’s - filling in themselves. Smoothies are lovely and complimented our food perfectly. Thank you Aavo - we will be back!!
