A very nice place. Stylish and modern, hidden in a little village (Lavariano) south of Udine, close Mortegliano. Everybody's kind, everything's done for making you happy. We got a tasting menu of 5 plates with paired wines. One of the dish (risotto) was spectacular. Others in general pretty good. Wine pairing well done with one exception (it was mission impossible though ...) . The lady chef will soon deliver a baby girl . Best wishes to her and the coming daughter. All in all definitely recommended.

The chef, Anna Barbina, is widely recognized as one of Italy's best young chefs, and always amazes with a surprising variety of new creative dishes. The place mixes modern furniture with the style of an classic rustic Friulian osteria, feeling cozy and classy at the same time. Their wine pairings are superb. It's my new favorite dining spot in Friuli!

È stata la nostra prima esperienza di cena in un ristorante segnalato Michelin e devo dire che è stata davvero interessante. Ci è piaciuto l'accostamento e la cottura dei cibi e soprattutto il gusto. Gli spaghetti alla chitarra con aglio orsino...ottimi! Non avrei nemmeno mai pensato di mangiare e apprezzare le rape rosse😊. Anche i vini in abbinamento azzeccati e gradevoli.

Servizio impeccabile e dedicato ottimi abbinamenti di vini a tutte le portate, menù degustazione favoloso,ricercato e curato sono rimasto colpito su come vengono trattate e valorizzate tutte le verdure di stagione! Penso di non aver mai mangiato delle verdure cucinate in modo così saporito!! Naturalmente spettatolo dal’entrè di benvenuto all dolce con caffè. Complimenti piccolo gioiello di Lavariano
