Abbot Kinney Marketplace

I tried to get a picture of this little quilted vest from the LBD store at this great marketplace off of Abbot Kinney last Sunday. I had such a lovely time strolling around and grabbing a bite to eat, having a little coffee, and shopping at the marketplace. I loved seeing all the cool little things that local artists make. I like to find something that is one of a kind, and that’s definitely what this vest is; you won’t see another one like it.

It was a fun event. Many artists, food, and interesting people. Shopping opportunities: dresses, T-shirts, candies, candles.... I liked it very much.

Open every Saturday from 11am-4:30pm and admission is free. You'll find: 1) Artisan goods such as sustainable skincare products by RA Egyptian, bar soaps, soap bombs, and cup and bowl sets. 2) Natural remedies such as sage smudge sticks, foot detox pads, and essential oils. 3)Meditation tools such as singing bowls, stones and crystals. 4) Vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. 5) Backpacks made in Nepal from 100% hemp and shoes that were also made from sustainable and durable products. 6) Farm Fresh To You was there offering a special promotion. 7) Food trucks. Bring shopping bag to carry the stuff you'll be buying, just like you would when going to a Farmer's Market. Tidbit: A few vendors accept venmo for payment.
