The Abercrombie & Fitch store has undergone a complete renovation, transforming from its former dark, maze-like layout to a bright, spacious, and well-organized shopping environment. The store features distinct sections for women's, men's, and children's clothing. During our visit to return some ill-fitting online purchases, we discovered their return policy limits: standard customers have 30 days to return items, while VIP members get 60 days. We maintain VIP status (which requires $500 annual spending) primarily for the free shipping benefit. It's important to note that returns outside these timeframes are strictly not accepted—not even for store credit.

Was trying to return an order that I had exchanged online prior to coming in. There was a sassy young man (didn’t catch his name) at the counter that gave me lots of attitude, as if I was heavily inconveniencing him. He said the return wasn’t possible even though I was under the holiday return policy, and kept rolling his eyes and sighing. He then said my order was “completely glitching and messing up the system”, and that he needed to go get a manager. He not only never came back out, but never brought a manager out as well. Another young lady helped and was able to give me a refund instantly. Really didn’t appreciate this dude - do your job! If you can’t do it, get a manager?¿

Great store! Thanks to Briza for making our shopping experience easy and enjoyable.

Expensive but worth it. Their clearance sale is not good though. You will have to spend a lot in order to get good designs.

Google
I was just there to exchange an item and although the man helping me was extremely helpful his manager was definitely not helpful at all. She wasn’t trying to help the situation at all and simply being very passive aggressive. She didn’t even want to give me my money back. And I spend a lot of money at this store which I love purchasing items from because of their quality etc. however it was very frustrating for me because she wasn’t willing to help at all and had to call her general manager to even make my exchange posible. She was extremely rude and unhelpful to say the least. You definitely don’t need to work in customer service with that attitude. It’s disgraceful and simply not okay! If I had pictures of the product I would show you all but I don’t. The sweet man who helped me was very understanding and completely helpful. And this woman was definitely not helpful at all. She shouldn’t be working in this position with that attitude. I’ve worked in customer service for several years and would never treat a customer that way.

Came to the store 30 minutes after opening (according to Google maps as well as official website working hours), and were told they are not open until 11 (yes, there was a person there who told us to wait until they open). Go elsewhere until they figure out when they should or should not open and update their hours accordingly.

Google
Really bad customer service. I went in to return some items that I received as gifts, and the young man couldn’t locate the order even with both the order number and email address used to purchase provided. When he finally found it, he said I would only get $20 back as store credit vs the $75 the person originally paid (she was there with me). I took the items and left, and when I made the same return online, lo and behold it gave me a full $75 return credit. Glad I didn’t listen to the employee in store—he didn’t seem to know what he was talking about, and it almost cost me $50! At least they have good sizing options in the store. Only reason why they got two stars instead of one.

Google
The store manager was supremely unhelpful with my online purchase that I was looking to return. Super rude and frustrating experience. Will never come here again.

Yelp
This store is newly renovated! It looks really nice now - the store used to be a dark confusing maze but now it's light and airy and well organized. They have sections for women, men, and kids. We stopped by to return items my wife bought online that did not fit. We learned that there is now a 30 day return policy max for normal customers or 60 for Vip. We make sure to get Vip because it also gets us free shipping (we just have to spend $500 per year). If you do not return within the window it will not be accepted, not even for store credit.

Yelp
0 stars! Sure Abercrombie has become more inclusive with sizes but they DO NOT welcome everyone! Beware if you are Asian or any person of color. I had a terrible experience in the fitting room the other day. The fitting room has a button where you can call for assistance and so I pressed it bc I wanted to see if there was another color in one of the jeans I was trying on. I can hear the alert on their end and the host just resets it and does not come help me or anything. And as I'm trying on other items, I can hear the host greet and give great service to others. I did not press the button again or even bother to ask after that point. As I was leaving, still did not acknowledge me, greet me or ask me anything. Just went to the room I was in to tidy it up. It's one thing to have a bad day at work or hate your job but I was the only one that did not get any help and was not treated/respected like a person. I would not come back. Take your money elsewhere.

Yelp
Not a bad store from what I can tell but definitely not a good one either. My wife found a handful of items that peaked her interest but for men's clothing, I literally found absolutely nothing that peaked my interest. I wasn't fine with the prices and the variety was just meh. Additionally, the employees for the most part were pretty helpless, hate to say it. I was there for quite some time and noticed them barely helping anybody. Multiple walked right by us and didn't offer us any assistance at any point in time. Furthermore, they gave off the impression and they were more focused on doing whatever task was at hand besides actually help customers. They weren't technically not doing their jobs, but customer service is part of the profession and from what I could see it was not at all apparent. I can't say it's the worst place ever, but definitely not that great of a location. 2/5.

Lorena D.

Yelp
No customer service at all, common sense is not common here and they waste ppls time. I came to return something I ordered online and had the worst experience, they need to sharpen their abilities and skills to provide better problem solving and options for customers, we as customers pay for these clothes it's not like they're giving it away to us and the least we could get is customer service. I will not be returning here or shopping at all fuck you all.

Shiny F.

Yelp
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought online 6 items. Spent a few hundred dollars. I only received 5 items. I reached out to customer service multiple times over the phone, Whatsapp, Email and the response I kept getting that after they reviewed my case they decided to not give me a refund for the missing item or ship it. Completely appalling. Never have I been treated like this by any vendor and to get this from a reputable company like this is disgusting. Will never shop there ever and will tell everyone I know not to as well. Pathetic. Wish there was a way to not even give one star.

Yelp
10/10 experience on my return. I did an online order and Abercrombie managed to screw up my online order 2x. They returned it in store no questions asked and helped me out. No issues here. 0/10 for the actual store. I can not find anything in the physical store for some reason.. all has to be online for me.

Nicole G.

Yelp
0/10 Awful customer service. The manager was so rude and dismissive when I was returning an online order. She could not be bothered with my questions, and walked away. Avoid this store at all cost. The rude customer service has discouraging me from wanting to make a future purchase.

Marcus I.

Yelp
The full remodeled location is open so I am updating my review. Stock is still not comprehensive enough to warrant a high rating. There's simply not enough clothing for men out.

Yelp
First let me start off by saying that I do love the clothes at Abercrombie and wear their clothes often. Items are high quality and a lot of it is reasonably priced. I recently started buying from Abercrombie after having not bought anything since middle school. The clothes are modern and versatile, they have many items are professional and can be worn for work, and many that are cute to wear going out. Love their products. But, shopping in store is awful. The music is so loud I feel like I have to yell at someone if I am talking to them. The cologne smell is so overwhelming it can make you light headed, and the lighting is too dark. I know it is not this store in particular, but the Abercrombie brand as a whole. This is why I shop their store online. I recently decided to do an in store pickup since I needed to get some other things at the mall, and being in this store was stressful! I wanted to look around and try stuff on but I couldn't stand to be in there more than 5 minutes. It feels as if they are still trying to appeal to the 6th-8th graders with their blaring techno Justin Bieber remix playing throughout the store. The online store and the physical store do not match at all. Online is a light, bright, and sophisticated experience. In store is a stressful fever dream of suffocation. I wish Abercrombie would upgrade their stores to reflect the way their brand has transitioned. I know a local mall Yelp may not be the way to convince them, but one can hope someone high up will see and consider enacting change.

Yelp
If you can avoid coming to THIS store, do it. Other reviews have said it but they all give off mean girl, I'm better than you energy. They were so rude and I try to be polite since I know dealing with people can be hard but they clearly just don't treat any people nicely. Every experience has been bad at this location. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND RUIN YOUR MOOD.

Yelp
Nice staff! I recently ordered a dress online but received the wrong size...called my nearest store to ask them to hold the correct size for me to go in for a quick exchange and they assisted me perfectly. I took off one star because the store was really hot. Also, this is an issue across all A&F's but I hate that the floors near the dressing rooms are black and shiny...it makes the floor SO reflective and you almost always see silhouettes of customers who are changing in the rooms! Makes me super paranoid to use their dressing rooms and I usually ask my boyfriend to stand in front of the door to ease the discomfort.

G V.

Yelp
Abercrombie at the Valley Fair mall needs to retrain their employees on how to work with customers. The store always gives off mean girl energy and are not nice. I've worked at this mall and understand every aspect of working retail. I was doing a return with no receipt but have an account with them. They did try multiple using different cards until I ultimately found the picture of the receipt on my phone. The girl looked annoyed and gave a dirty look while there was no one way else in line. The employees here are not nice or patient. The employee # ends at 5068.

Taylor S.

Yelp
What an absolutely terrible experience. Plenty of employees walking around but not one single person ever greeted a customer or asked if anyone needed help. Zero smiles and everyone looked miserable. Customer service is completely nonexistent here, but I guess that's to be expected for all employees in their 20 something's just working as a summer job. Will never return to spend money here or recommend anyone every hop into this location. Really negative vibes here.
google avatar

Natalie E.

Yelp
I went into this Abercrombie store yesterday and the staff there were totally rude. Didn't bother to say hello, and when I tried to ask for a fitting room nicely they cut me off mid sentence and told me "give me a minute" before walking off and chatting with other store associates. Never got back to me. Whoever is running that place seriously needs to get it together with who they are hiring because all the employees were unfriendly.
google avatar

Aj C.

Yelp
I used to work at Abercrombie & Fitch so I have an idea of how the atmosphere was going to be when I walk in. I expected it to be dark and expected to inhale the strong odor of their cologne which was supposedly sprayed every hour. I walked around just to check out their designs for this season's collections and had some trouble finding some of the clothes on the mannequins. Sometimes they don't have it in stock and just have it for display which was a huge tease for customers. I walked around a couple of times and found no one working. I was confused as to why there was no one on the floor. There was also no one that greeted me because it's store policy to have someone in the front to greet. Anyway, I didn't want to waste my time looking around this store and just left.
google avatar

Anna K.

Yelp
It's been a LONG time since I've shopped at A&F. I had bought some jeans online and didn't like the feel so I went to do an exchange. While I was looking for something to exchange my stuff with I found it hard to find anything. The sizes and styles were mixed up. Back then the store was never as messy or unorganized as how it is now. The staff was friendly but that was all.
google avatar

Ruka H.

Yelp
Worse customer service ever. The store manager doesn't even know the definition of customer service. I got a pair of defective jeans and wanted to return it and the manager was like "you can't return it as it just passed 60 days." And she didn't want to give me store credit either. My friend and I had to waste 30 minutes of our time just to argue our point. Finally, this lady gave in and gave me a gift card (with a bi*tchy attitude, too) WTF was her point of arguing with us then?? A total waste of our time, 100%. Ultimately, AF management needs to do something about their customer service as it is going down the drain just like the reputation of their company. It's not like they got great fashion sense either. Don't even bother to come to this location.
google avatar

Christina G.

Yelp
5 STARS because the jeans are almost always neatly folded, sized, ordered, arranged, etc etc wonderfully on the wall shelves, unlike Stanford Shopping Center. If you want to buy A&F jeans, buy them here. For the same price, you can have a clean arrangement to choose from and actually get the short, regular, long, skinny, etc etc etc. I am still waiting for the day when I don't have to buy a short. That day will come soon... A&F seems to be an obsession for quite a few people... wonderful when the entire store is 50% off, or 40% off... you can get a $220 jacket for about $147 (including tax) during their 40% off promotion... and their jackets are fully lined and no weird seams hanging out, and they're heavy, which means they're warm!!! Do NOT TOUCH THE FUR, do not even throw it in the dryer with a bounce dryer sheet to make it smell nice, IT WILL RUIN IT FOREVER, AND YOU WILL NEED TO BUY A SECOND JACKET TO UNSNAP AND RE-USE THE FUR HOOD TRIM FOR BOTH JACKETS. Never had a problem with service, politeness, awkwardness, etc. Great.
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
The music is too loud and they spray way too much cologne in there. Clothes are definitely overpriced.
google avatar

Pony P.

Yelp
I would give 0 star, the manager here( well I am not sure if she is the manager, but she has the right to adjust the price) is the worst custom service. I saw the price online is cheaper in store, but she refuse to adjust the price. Never has this experience in any other store!

Tina T.

Yelp
The manager for the day, Luis, is the worst manager ever. Not only did he not know anything about the shipments, he gave me wrong information and wasted my time. He told me that the packages hasn't arrived yet and that if I wait till around 3pm, they would have everything and I'd be able to receive my package and do price adjustment with them. It was 10 am when he talked to me. I waited until 2pm, and i received an email saying it has arrived. I went into the store, to be told that they need 2-3 hours to sort through boxes and get everything scanned. I can't wait another 2-3 hours as I have to go back to work. I can't come back later for price adjustment as it is black friday weekend, and I hate adding on the work load the sales associates have to do already. They can't honor the discount to next week even after I told them that they had miscalculated my time and wasted both of our time. Get a better manager.

Yelp
I agree with Cindy L. I refuse to step into that store after their much publicized stunt. But I did when my niece told me she wanted something from Ambercrombie and Fitch for Christmas. After all, it was Christmas. Because I had a whole day of Christmas shopping ahead of me, I decided to get this chore out of the way, and hit this store first. I pumped myself with a strong cup of coffee, swallowed my pride, and walked into the store. I got in line right away because I wanted to buy a gift card for my niece. Salesgirl: Hi, what can I do for you? Me: Hi, I'd like to buy a $50 gift card, please? S: You want to buy a $100 gift card? M: No, a $50 gift card. S: A $100 gift card? M: (thinking that if they turned the music down she could hear me) No, $50. S: Oh, just a $50 gift card. M: Right. JUST $50. We finished up the transaction, and I was out of the store faster than you can say "snob".
google avatar

Christina G.

Yelp
Skip the normal clothes... and head to the SALE ITEMS in back! Ignore the seemingly friendly staff, who are non-existent when you actually start to look for a room to try their treasures on. Their pricing is truly an idiocracy, but word of advice... it actually works to your advantage. I've gotten some of my best jeans, capris, and cute shirts from A&F (usually the stuff where the A&F brand is subtle, not the stuff with "SLAVE OF ABERCROMBIE" plastered all over it) for DIRT cheap. Ironically, it is these items that you will find at ridiculously low prices proving that their usual customers really ARE motivated by image. 80 or 70 bucks, marked down to 9 or 15 bucks? Hey, it makes NO sense but I'm not complaining. Those clothes last!
google avatar

Kimberly B.

Yelp
If you think you have a crappy job, then go to A&F and walk around the store for a little bit. There, you will find very unmotivated staff who stand around and do nothing all day. Now THAT'S crappy. Besides the poor 16-year old girl who greeted me at the front when I first walked in with a very painful smile on her face, I didn't receive any other attention from the other workers at the store. And also, they've been trying to get more people to buy their perfume and cologne, so the whole store wreaks of the stench. I remember A&F being a little bit more classy back in the day, but the shorts have gotten a lot shorter and the skirts are just strips of denim these days. The shirts are getting thinner too. I think my time is done here.
google avatar

Bunny C.

Yelp
Used to shop a lot here. Pretty much expected the welcome at the door along with loud music, perfume, dim lighting. Impacts - stuck in back - the ones rolling the bins out Model / Cashier - on floor. So keep in mind these kids are basically 19, they don't all necessarily want to help you... some might even pretend to "forget about your request." Other times, they really have no idea. 40% off table doesn't mean everything is 40% off. Yeah, don't ask me why either ... just keep that in mind when you get to the cash wrap. tip: relax go with the flow. be the adult and make things easier for the kids. "bye, have a nice day" p.s. if you hate the loud music, chances are the people that work here don't like it either. But corporate dictates what can be played in the back, including the use of portable speakers for personal music. Sometimes A&F music/video is also played in the back, on repeat ... over and over again. It can only be turned off if your manager is cool and/or when the DM is gone.
google avatar

Rebecca M.

Yelp
I'm usually too busy to shop let alone Yelp... but I have had multiple HORRIBLE experiences shopping here. Not just one time but three times have had to put up with awful service!! First of all, PLEASE STOP SPRAYING COLOGNE EVERYWHERE! I have a slight case of asthma and don't need any meds but I was grasping for oxygen and had the worst headache from the smell. Second, I was standing in what I thought was a register line b/c the SA's were behind a cash register but apparently NOT. They were laughing and talking to some "friends" and after 15 mins they decided to tell me that I wasn't in the line to pay, and directed me towards a ginormous line and made an evil snicker! Well you guys messed w/ the wrong beezy today b/c I threw down the clothes I had in my arms and walked out loudly saying "f*cking DOUCHEBAG!" I hardly ever cuss in public! I think the clothes are really cute and good quality but I will never EVER shop here again. Time and time again I've had to deal w/ smug and snotty service.. well I GOT news for YOU : YOU ARE A SALES ASSOCIATE, NOT A MODEL GET OVER IT!!! And your job is to be friendly and helpful to customers to make sales!!! I wish I could give "0" stars..
google avatar

Angela W.

Yelp
I love all of the clothes that I've bought at Abercrombie. Yes, they're expensive but I really think that, in this case at least, you totally get what you pay for. During the summer I absolutely LIVE in my jean cutoffs and minis. In the winter I wear my jeans almost every day. I have a cashmere blend hoodie that I bought five years ago and it still looks new! Granted, I try to take good care of my things, but you can't deny the quality of the product. I really like the perfumes too. To get the really good deals shop online. Go into the store and try stuff on so you know what size to buy (I noticed that the sizes are a little big generous here- ex. a six is like an A&F four). Either shopping in store or online I've never been disappointed.
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
OH..MY...GOD. This store like its sister store loves to play loud music and has a very...uhhh... signature smell. I went here to shop its after christmas sale and right when I walk in, I was smacked in the face with "Fierce." I swear, I could taste it. After purchasing a shirt on sale, my friend and I rushed out of there as soon as we can. Later in the car....I pulled out the shirt and took a sniff. To my surprise, the small was so strong that it made me cough like crazy! It seems as if they literally marinated the shirt in the cologne. Note to self: Don't smell their clothes before you wash it if you want to live.
google avatar

Trisha H.

Yelp
Someone I know was a manager at A & F and let on that the sales associates are discouraged from being proactive and helping their customers. As you may notice, you don't have any sales people coming up and asking you if they can help find a size or a color. Granted, this is kind of nice considering most sales associate won't leave you alone, however, it can be difficult to find anyone to assist you when you actually do need need help. Question....are the sales associates there to help you or simply there to brand Abercrombie's clothes and image?
google avatar

Linnea E.

Yelp
Do they really only have one employee? lame.. but whatever. my issue with this store is the cologne fragrance they pipe in. ugh... gave me such a headache! then I get the clothes home, and discover they also reek of cologne. gross. not shopping there again.
google avatar

Mikey D.

Yelp
A&F kids store- we were greeted with a smile and complimented. Great and friendly workers, but It seems the other half of the workers are not as much. A&F adults store- What happen to all the workers. Was there a strike I didn't know about. There wasn't anybody to greet us or help us, so we left.

M C.

Yelp
I think the cashier is train to charge "shopping bag charge" even if you have your own shopping bag. When I am asked if I needed a bag for a purchase, I decline. When I come home, there you go! The bag charge is added to the bill not once, not twice but more than a few times. I get the receipt in the email and I find out later. Not a big deal, but they should not ask if I need a bag, they should just give me one if they charge that fee.
google avatar

Sam N.

Yelp
Why would anyone shop here??? Everything is terrible the SA are totally stuck up and indifferent, it smells terrible, the music is way to loud, and the ceo of the company is a total douche. If I'm going to spend a lot of money for clothes I will never spend it at a brand like this. Go to platos closet and get abercrombi shirts and jeans for like $5 just saying
google avatar

Brian K.

Yelp
First, very nice quality clothes here. I love the styles too. but.. that heavy smell of the cologne give me a headache everytime i walk in. seems like there are alot of associates there, but unfortunately not enough around the fitting room.

Niko M.

Yelp
I have never received such poor service. There was a tag missing from one of my daughters dresses and the sales person asked me to go get another one. I didn't know where they were and the person seemed annoyed. I asked that they put a tag on the dress as I wasn't sure that my daughter would fit it and the woman sales person argued with me and was extremely unprofessional. I will not support my teenager shopping at a place that mistreats their customers.
google avatar

Kai G.

Yelp
Went shopping here day after xmas... Yea xmas holidays will bring a lot of business to a popular store. One would expect managment to hire enough staff to man the register and help customers with questions. Waited in line10min. They only have 2 registers for the entire store both were open, thank god. (see my rant about hollister). Line doubled by the time I left. (this was 11.30AM. The Plus, they had a 3rd person there helping to pack, but i didn't find that 3rd person to be that helpful as I don't think she contributed that much. The cashiers seem chatty among themselves than focusing on ringing up sales. They need self checkout machines if they are going to have only 2 registers for the ENTIRE store. Good luck losing business due to long lines...
google avatar

Alex L.

Yelp
The clothes are WAY mainstream, which isn't always bad, but not very interesting. The staff look like ken and barbie clones and are equally plastic. I rarely buy clothes online since I enjoy the whole shopping experience. Trying on a million things and walk out with one, *maybe*. Being in my mid-20s I feel really old shopping there, though I occasionally try to pull off the frat boy look and this is the place to go for the threads.
google avatar

Jaimee C.

Yelp
Are they trying to make us deaf? Oh my God what is it with the BLARING music in every A&F store?!? I refuse to go shopping in their stores anymore (I buy online only) because I get a migraine from having to shout what I'm looking for to the A&F model/clone manning the dressing rooms over all of the freaking racket. Their denim is great for short (and short waisted) people like me and the clothing quality is durable. Everything is way overpriced but I willingly overpay for the jeans *only* because they're one of a few companies that cuts their jeans perfectly for my (short & petite) body. Pros: Great jeans. Cons: LOUD MUSIC blaring constantly! Bring earplugs!
google avatar

Melissa H.

Yelp
From the perspective of a mom, who is the actual buyer, this store leaves a lot to be desired. As everyone has noted, the smell is nauseating and between that and the loud noise, I can hardly wait to get out of there. Unfortunately, the "models" seem to take their job title a bit too seriously as they are not much more help than a mannequin would be. I have taken my daughter there several times and have NEVER received any help with getting sizes while trying on clothes. I am always running in and out of the dressing room, while absolutely nobody has ever offered to help me find a size or style. Ugh. I find it so aggravating. The "models" are usually huddled behind the register talking to each other, only seeming to notice you when you are ready to pay. If not by the register, they are standing in the store folding clothes and ignoring you. I couldn't help but giggle when once I came out of my daughter's dressing room for the umpteenth time to help myself to locate another size/style option, when the young girl working there was literally standing there staring and playing with her hair, seemingly checking for split-ends or something. Oh my goodness I really hate the shopping experience there!! But...I have continued to go because we have found some cute styles and my daughter really likes it. But the jeans are about 2 sizes smaller than marked and most of the shorts cover less of your tush that the average bikini bottom. If you decide to go, bring a gas mask, earplugs and a lot of patience! (=

Yelp
Not sure if this brand is setting the trend in main stream (WHITE!!!) fashion in US or simply spine-less mimicking it like GAP with no sense of brand exclusive style. EVERYTHING here in the store looks like the hottest new thing and probably the best place to shop if you want to look like you just jumped out of a MTV reality show. And the whole mood of the store seems to go out of it's way to make us color folks ashamed of not being white. Alex's comment below about Ken are Barbie are dead on. Pretty surprised a store with image like this can survive in a hippie town like bay area.
google avatar

Yelp
Long lines and cashiers always have attitude and they never greet! Stanford store has alot better service!

Yelp
Pretty nice, as Abercrombie stores go. The employees were helpful (of course, maybe I am a little biased, because I was mistaken for an employee twice and offered a job by the manager lol) I'm not sure why so many other reviewers had trouble with the customer service; perhaps the employees sensed some antipathy coming from these people as soon as they entered the store. Not saying you have to love the store, but why write reviews of a place you hate before you even go in there? Anyway, enough editorializing. The problems I had with this store were: 1. The layout. The way the store curves around the T-Mobile Store on the corner makes for a slightly confusing series of rooms that don't help somebody like me with no sense of direction! 2. Clearance? I couldn't find the men's clearance section anywhere in the store! Other than those two things, a big, neat Abercrombie that I will be going back to when I can get to San Jose.

Yelp
#1 Was here three weeks ago. The one in SF ran out of the blue coat that i have been desperately wanting to buy. I came down from SF, after confirming over the phone that there were several coats in size medium in stock. The service here is horrible. The associate with the black curly hair just stood behind the table. She did not ask if i needed help when i clearly looked confused and was signaling her over to help. I approached her for help and asked if they had the coat in a size medium. She said i don't know. I asked her to check in the back, and she said she didnt know how to and WALKED away. Horrible service. Dumb employee. None of the employees passing by bothered to help the lost employee either. Thank goodness another employee ( i guess with more experience) came to take the dumb employee's spot. She was able to find the medium coat as quick as possible. (the reason for the two stars). if you guys ever need help find her, she's the asian one with the long straight black hair i forgot her name. +1 for finding the coat +1 for the one friendly employee - 1 unorganized clothes - 1 for horrible associates - 1 layout of the store #2 Review for today: still two stars Incredibly messy, every single table was balled up of random clothes. I found men shirts and women shorts and tank tops on the same table. The store was packed full of people but hey, everything was 40% off. I saw the employee with the long hair again working at the register and asked her to find me three hoodies despite the long line, she was friendly about it. i forgot her name again ( sincerely apologies) but she was able to find 2 out of the three and offered alternative colors. I saw a lot of frustrated customers who couldnt find the right sizes and there was lack of help being offered overall. I wouldnt come back again unless there is a generous sale. - 1 for being incredibly messy - 1 for fabricating that all hoodies for $25 (the sign says all) - 1 not being able to find the right sizes or styles + 1 great deals + 1 nice employee (forgot her name)

Yelp
I LOVE abercrombie and fitch to death. But this one is under staffed and not well maintained. Last time I went the line was OUT THE DOOR and they had very little clothes. I hope they improve because I live and breath Abercrombie and Fitch.

Yelp
This store does have horrible customer service. My wife had ordered a shirt online and Abercrombie accidentally sent two of the same shirt. My wife went in to return the extra shirt and the girl at the counter had no idea what to do. Soooo.. A manager came to "help". He did not know what to do and told my wife to wait to the side. After awhile my wife realized the manager was helping other people in the line. My wife asked how much longer she had to wait and was told another 10 min. Really? She finally said that she just wanted to drop off the extra shirt. She was being an honest by returning the extra shirt and was punished for it. She took time away from work to do this. They didn't even thank her. Not a company we will do business with again.

Yelp
Why does this store always smell like cologne? You can smell it from miles away, and this deters me every time.

Yelp
Yes I shop here too. I come by every so often to check out new tshirts and there long sleeve shirts too. I have a few shirts from here with funny sayings on them. This past Thursday I picked up a cute dark grey long sleeve shirt. It is more on the expensive side for shirt but it was very soft plus it looked cute on me. I had to get it. Plus I like the moose logo. Yes I will be back.

Yelp
Came in to browse, no one greeted me or asked me if I needed any help. I selected a few items and headed to the fitting rooms. I looked around for a while to see if there were any open rooms. The fitting room attendant who, mind you, was just twirling her hair the whole time, decided not to provide any customer service and instead glared at me, and said, "the line is back there." I was dumbfounded for a second that she had the audacity to act like that towards a customer, and after regaining my composure, returned her glare and responded, "I don't think so." I threw the clothes I wanted to try on on some rack and stormed out. Needless to say, I won't be back. No wonder the company is going down the sh*thole. The CEO himself must be hand picking these rude, obnoxious SOBs. A&F, you guys have run out of second chances.

Yelp
Horrible customer service! I was with a friend and when he went into the fitting room a young girl came running over yelling that my friend could not be in that fitting room, it was for storage. As it was open and not marked stasis only I was shocked that she was acting so mad. Sharpe continued to harass mope and my friend treating us like we were thieves. I dismissed her and went into the fitting room . She finally left. We left without a purchase. I went back to talk to the manager and got this snobby girl full of attitude. She couldn't even find the customer service number. This girl is something else. I finally got the assistant manager, who did apologize for this service. I know I was treated much fpdifferently and so poorly because I am a minority. I can certainly understand why A&F is having troubles.
