"Abide, a charming tea shop that has been popping up indefinitely inside Middlesex Lounge (315 Massachusetts Ave., Cambridge) in Central Square for a while now, has added a Harvard Square location for the summer — on the Parsnip patio (91 Winthrop St.)." - Rachel Leah Blumenthal

10/10! Love coming to Abide. They have pretty interesting flavors other than their well known “The Godfather.” I recently got their maple hojicha and I really enjoyed it. Sometimes their hours are a little funny, but other than that, no complaints!

Honestly, while this may be a fine community space, it’s a joke as a tea shop. It’s like don’t business with a child’s lemonade stand, but with less ambiance. There’s no tables and extremely limited options for what to order. The setup is completely unprofessional and ill-suited to handling multiple customers. Don’t waste your time and money, especially when there are so many other great options around.

What an awesome place! All of the ingredients Abide uses are fresh. Abide places high emphasis on using real ingredients and it shows in the taste of their drinks. Every drink is made handcrafted to order. I get the 'Monarch' (either iced or hot) and yum! It is delicious. My sister really likes the 'Fleur De Lis'-- you can seriously taste the berries in this drink...so fresh. Owners Jamie & Jeffrey are so friendly and passionate. The location is great in Central Square by MIT.

The shaved ice and drinks were delicious, the service was scattered and disorganized though. It was busy when we went, and we could see them struggling to keep up. I noticed several orders got skipped when they were preparing them. With better organization and communication they would be a 5 star review.

I visited twice and regretted not order Godfather menu because what I ordered didn’t satisfy my taste well: lemon match and jasmine green tea milk. Both are very different with my expectation. The latter one is very bitter. Don’t know why.. maybe the waitress forget to add sugar/milk?

Got a Black Widow (strawberry black) and God Father (strawberry matcha). No sugar added was nice as the sweetness comes from the fruit. Drinks only come in one size and are pretty pricy but about right for the area. Sitting area only fits a few as most of the area is sparsely furnished.

Hidden Jewel in Cambridge. Family run Coffee/Tea shop. So worth going by to try one of their specialty drinks.

My family and I stumbled across this place while visiting the area and very thirsty from all the walking around. The woman (possibly the owner) on staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We each ordered a different drink and we loved them all! Very unique flavors and very refreshing. We felt comfortable sitting for a bit while we had our drinks. I would frequent this place if we lived near by.
