I’ve been coming to this salon for many years and I’ve never been treated the way I was before. My nails were rushed. Chopped up. Sloppy and care was not taken. Each time someone new came in for a walk in I could feel my nails being rushed to be done. My nail polish is streaky (and it’s a clear nail polish) and my nail beds are so textured now something that they weren’t before. Instead of taking accountability the nail artist rather list what she did despite the fact that she did not do it well. On top of that they told me to come in the following day to get my refund instead of just figuring it out in the salon. I’m extremely dissatisfied and probably will not be coming back after 6 years of service.

This place is racist and homophobic. Period. I came for a mani / pedi. I asked acrylic tips on just four fingers and instead was forced to get plastic tips I didn’t want. She reassured me she would replace them if they broke off like I warned. She refused to give me the same service everyone else got. The woman not only cut me several times. She just did the most horrible job possible. When I came in today to repair the same nails she promised wouldn’t break, she charged me another 40$, and proceeded to do even worse than she had done originally. While laughing and making fun of how they turned out. I kept the nails just to leave this review. They also like to lie about pricing, nail appropriate hygiene and nail tech practices. Beware. Save your money, and have peace elsewhere.

Update: look at this amazing manicure I got yesterday - ask Angela or any staff member about customizing your manicure with jewels. This cost $100 plus tip. Lovely, clean spa with kind and generous staff. Their powder dip manicure typically lasts me 4 weeks. They do amazing and thorough spa pedicures. Ask for Coco 🌸

Google
they did a terrible job of removing my previous gel and left most of it on, even after i asked them to go back and remove it, so my nails are lumpy and weirdly shaped now. they also shaped my nails into...i truly don't even know what shape. i had to ask them to reshape them multiple times, eventually asking them to just do whatever shape they were able to do as long as they were all the same (they're still not). they just look terrible and they feel weird and i'm so annoyed that i spent money on this. it was also not clean and tools and polish were kept in dirty drawers and containers. my cuticle got sliced a bit and i am just hoping i don't get an infection.

I got my nails done here today after hours of researching nail spots I finally found this place. I called them and it was so easy the lady just asked me a few questions and said see you at 2pm! Then I went there and I had a male nail tech and I was thinking it wasn’t going to be as good but I was wrong. It was great! And after the appointment he gave me some lotion because the UV light can make your hands dry. But I had an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend

I’ve been coming to Able for almost a year, so I can attest to how great this place is. I’ve brought several of my friends with me at different moments and they have loved the experience as well. They are kind, friendly, with amazing attention to detail. I’ve always loved my nails and look forward to coming back. Special shout out to Angela and Kevin who are amazing!!

I have been here a couple times since it’s in my neighborhood and has decent online reviews. However, my recent experience was horrible. I had gel mani and regular pedicure. The guy cut my big toe and was bleeding, did not even apologize. Gel manicure is supposed to last 2 weeks at the very least. My thumb already chipped a couple hours after. Mind you, the thumb. I came back and the same guy fixed it. He removed the entire polish and redo everything for that one nail. Fast forward 3 days, I noticed my left index, non dominant hand, started chirping. The day after it was the right index. So the next day I called and asked how long should I expect your gel mani to last. Staff on the phone said 2 weeks. I voiced my concern and told me to come by they will fix it. So I went there. The woman said maybe I used my hands too much. Girl, my mani could last for a month without chipping if not for the growth i’m not gonna redo it. Now here comes the “fix”. My nails all chipped and cracked and you know what she did? Wiped with alcohol, applied a layer of the polish, another layer of top coat, then left me with the light, went to another customer and never checked on me again. I just sat there until I got tired and asked if I could leave then. I did not take photos of the before and not sure if this captures the cracks that still exist coz got an old phone. And oh, some nails have bubbles or whatever that impurities trapped between layers of polish too!

Google
I came here once before and had a great experience. This time, I was charged full price although she cut one of my fingers and a nail broke about an hour after leaving the salon and I had to go back. Extremely disappointed.

Yelp
Angela knows me and that what I request is a lot!! But gracefully she does what I always want ...I love her!!!

Serife K.

Yelp
I went there on Wednesday there were only one client. Although I have been there before once I think they saw me as a non-regular client and had a very inexperienced person, possibly a trainee, do my nails. All the others were chatting and watching YouTube. Afterwards couple more people walked in and I assume they were regulars because all the others jumped to help those. It has not been 24 hours but my nails chipped already. I posted pictures of my nails below.

Yelp
I've had many good experiences here. I usually get a manicure, pedicure or waxing so I can't speak on all services but the staff are all very professional.

Yelp
I love Able spa and was confused at some bad 1 star reviews I saw on here. My experience is totally different and I have been coming here now over 1 year. The owner and all the staff here are very friendly, kind and helpful. I think they do a great job with my nails and I have tried gel, regular polish and also spa pedicures here. I try to go every 2 weeks to get my nails done or feet. My go 2 nail place is here. Thank you!

Yelp
Been here a couple of times for mani/pedi...friendly staff and service is good. At peak times there is a wait. They do take walk-ins so appointment is not required. Convenient when in the area. At least 8 stations for manicures, 7 seats for pedicures, 4 massage chairs, and 4 nail drying stations. Many options and add-ons to select from. They have special packages too. Prices have gone up since I came here... it was $45 cash for regular mani/pedi in the beginning of the year. Slightly higher now. $32 cash for regular pedicure. Don't forget to get their card and get each visit stamped... After 10 visits, free manicure or eyebrow. They also sell gift certificates as well.

Yelp
Went back after months as they are close to my apt. Pedicure was painful. I had already noted my foot hurt before the pedicure, but she kept squeezing my foot. My cuticles were barely cut until I mentioned something. My manicure was worse, I asked that my nails be filed but keep the length. Again, issue with cutting my cuticles.

Lindsey A.

Yelp
I've gone here multiple times and been happy but today was a big disappointment. I asked for a pedicure and it was frankly, half assed. I wasn't given the option for a spa pedicure, which would have been nice but by the time I realized they wouldn't be offering the normal pedicure was underway. But I wasn't desperate for a luxury service so I didn't intervene. If only I had... For the regular pedicure--my feet were washed with drug store hand soap. There was no callus removal, and in fact I walked home only to realize there is still dead skin hanging off of my feet. My polish wasn't completely taken off before a new color was put on. Luckily I chose a dark color this time so it's not super noticeable. The massage was the full four minutes but my legs were still wet from the tub, so when she used the lotion it slid right off. Thus it was painful because her gloved hands kept getting stuck on my skin/dragging and pulling. And because the lotion essentially just slid off my skin my legs feel the same way they do when I get out of the shower without putting lotion on--like the Sahara. The polish looks nice--but I feel like I just paid $50 after tip for a polish change. Something I could've done myself at home. So if you're going to come here treat yourself to the spa pedicure, because the basic is just a rip off.

Yelp
Regular manicure at Able Nail. After tipping they were incredibly careful and attentive. Good manicure!

Yelp
I went back in and they were able to fix up my nails - and it was an amazing experience!

Yelp
DO NOT GO! I used to come here often despite some of the bad service but I have officially quit and just can't go back. I called and made a reservation for 2 people on a Friday. We arrive and it looks pretty busy but they told us it would be fine. They start rushing me to pick a color for my feet but after rushing me, I end up waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time to just get seated. When I do get seated someone comes over to start my nails and they are told that a new lady who JUST came in is the one who would get the service first. They then make me wait there another 15 minutes without anyone there. I had an appointment and ended up waiting a total of 45 minutes and still no one had started working on my nails. Angela there kept making it seem like it was fine but it was NOT fine and they didn't even apologize. What is the point of making an appointment when they will treat you so rudely and let someone else go ahead of you without explaining anything. Very disappointing.

Yelp
A friend of mine and I went here on Tuesday 5/23 and by 5/25 one of my nails came off. When we went in my friend asked how much a Gel manicure with French and tips would cost, the first woman said $90 then when we went to sit for our pedicure again she asked it was upped to $100. I got gel with tips, this is my first time doing gel I usually do powder but wanted to try gel. After we finished out pedicure and gel manicure we went to check out. We were hounded about using cash. Neither one of us had cash and was offered the ATM, for a discount but we knew the "discount" would be spent on the machine. I didn't have my cash card only credit. I don't have time to go back and get my nail fixed. I'm so disappointed after spending $152 including the tip to have a nail fall off. Update 5/29- 2 more nails fell off last night 5/28. It hasn't been a full week since I got my nails done. I haven't done anything to make them fall off. One was grabbing a shit and the other from putting my hand on this bar

Yelp
Paint job was just ok. Chipped on one finger the same day. What was more peculiar is that I wasn't offered water when I arrived but the client after me was as if I was invisible. I spoke up and said "I'll take a water as well" which I should not have had to do...my thought is that every single person needs to be treated the same.

Yelp
After a year of going to Able Nail they are suddenly truly terrible. I get the powder dip- it's cheaper here than other places- but completely destroys my nails. I think it's because they only do two coats and they're probably using cheaper dipping gel. I've been doing SMS dip for many years and this is the only place that only does two coats. I went to the manager and showed her my crumbling nails and she didn't acknowledge it. And then they did it again. So I'm moving on.

Linda Q.

Yelp
Clean and tidy environment, professional staff, best experience! You should come here to receive good nail service!
google avatar

Yelp
Their attention to detail, cleanliness, ambiance, and CUSTOMER CARE was out of this world - needless to say I'll definitely be back. The gold lotion that they used in the massage package was everything that my exhausted feet needed. 'Able' made it happen! Thank you

Yelp
I have been into Able Nail spa a few times since COVID. They are always diligent about mask wearing, temperature checks and cleanliness. Today, I had the mani, pedi and 20 min back rub for $60. Another session, I had a manicure with long lasting polish which lasted ten days without a single chip (and I'm constantly working out, cleaning etc). Technicians prefer to be tipped in cash though they accept credit cards for services offered. I also wanted to highlight their professionalism given an incident I observed today. Another customer (?) alleging that she had come in July and had chipped her gel manicure a few days after, was essentially trying to bully a staff member into a free gel manicure and pedicure. While the customer had not contacted the salon about the chip until nearly a month later when she came in for the services , it was still quite the commotion. Able Nail handled it professionally and offered to give a sizable discount given the claim of prior service could not be substantiated in their customer records. It was obvious the spa tried to always put the customer first, even when a customer was likely in the wrong and was extremely impolite.

Yelp
I had a scheduled appointment and was rushed through the whole thing I have never had a full done under 25 minutes nails were rushed massage horrible it was like somebody pushed the fast forward botton my nail tech was literally running it was horrible prob won't be back .... Not the experience I was expecting or that I PAID for
google avatar

Allie D.

Yelp
Had to update this review - since the first time coming here, I've been back several times. The nail tech is FANTASTIC - every time I show her a new design, she is incredibly patient and willing to try anything. Her attention to detail is perfect so my nails always last a minimum of three weeks.

Yelp
This is my favorite salon in the city! I moved from UES to Washington Heights and I make the trip back because - WORTH IT! The entire staff is innncredible, but my sis, Angela, always gets my claws looking right and tight!! 10's across the board! Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
Please watch attached video and photo. You can hear how calm I am and how she is super aggressive and unprofessional. I never leave reviews but I had the WORST experience here. They cut my toe so badly it was gushing blood and then had to take off the polish and reapply 3 times and tried to fix it by putting used nail glue in the open wound. After not being able to sleep that night and going to the doctor and being told I was at risk of infection I came back the next day for a refund for my full service, I was never offered a refund, and was screamed at and told to fuck off- as heard in the video (I did not raise my voice or curse once and there were other customers in the store who agreed with my situation). I really didn't care at this point after being screamed and cursed at but she proceeded to call the police because she did not want to pay and I happily complied. The police were annoyed she was yelling and just laughed at the situation after she harassed them too and the cops and I walked out together rolling our eyes in disgust. Do not go here. They are untrained and dirty and vile.

Yelp
Went on a Saturday for dip. I have short nails and wide nail beds so the technician asked if I wanted to round or square off the ends, I said square. Not only did she burn two fingers, she didn't clean up cuticles, my nails are also misshapen now. (See photo for what I mean). By day 2, my nails were chipped. Never going back. I've been here in the past and had an okay experience.
google avatar

Darian J.

Yelp
Where do I start... I enter the salon and was asked what I needed and I said threading and all of sudden 5 of the girls that work there just started laughing... not sure what that was about but it did not make me feel comfortable. Then I sit and the lady that's threading me comments on my ance saying "you have a lot of pimples", that is inappropriate and they should not be commenting on that. Then 3 of the staff members were just standing right across from me looking at me and felt like they were judging me. I also want to say I am black so overall I feel like my experience was racist and rude. Please fix your staff, though I will not be returning. Beware! -- I don't know how to respond to this comment down below by the owner but what exactly am I misunderstanding when a staff member makes an unnecessary comment about my acne and makes me feel uncomfortable. You are gaslighting me and invalidating my experience, which is making me more upset and there is no apology here, unbelievable. This comment just shows how they handle things like this.
google avatar

Caroline R.

Yelp
This is my, my mom's and my dad's go to place for all things nail related! I generally opt for regular manicures and pedicures and on occasion splurge for a massage. I've also tried their gel manicure and powder manicure, all great services. Able Nail Spa is always packed, and it's no surprise; it's truly a gem in our neighborhood. Angela, along with the rest of your staff are so friendly and accommodating and work so hard to create the best experience.

Diana N.

Yelp
Getting nails done at this salon was very stressful. The job was done poorly, my gel nails were getting smudged because the top coat was applied inadequately, nail length and shape was all over the place. Apart from fast and sloppy approach there is also poor lighting at this place and no one can see how bad is their polish application. I commented on this, and the person who did my manicure just left after she finished and did not come out, so I could not hand her a tip. I don't feel welcome in this place, I will not come back. And please do not go there and waste your time and money!
google avatar

Dupe A.

Yelp
To comment on the owner's post: I have never done powder nails (ever) and the space was dirty before I got to the area. There are too many places in UES to waste your time at this salon. Edit: it's been a couple of hours and my manicure has now warped in color. There are too many other decent nail salons in UES that are much better to go here. Fine for pedicures; prices are decent. Definite no for manicures. 1. The manicure area is dirty. Point blank. 2. They rush to your own detriment. (Cutting your hand as opposed to the cuticle). 3. Nail tech asked me how I wanted to do my nails, I told her, and she did it the way she wanted to and charged me an additional $20 for it. She also removed my gel with enough force to take off multiple layers of my actual nail. If you want healthy nails, don't go here. I tipped and left angry and disappointed.
google avatar

Tara W.

Yelp
I have no idea why they over book themselves and rush the service. This is suppose to be a work of art which means needs enough time and patience. I was referred by a friend who lives right next door and this was my 2nd time. The 1st time my manicure stayed perfectly fine for at least 2 weeks without breaking or chipping. The 2nd time I was clearly rushed and next day my nails broke and I literally had just 1 or 2 nails that were fine and when I went back firstly we could not find the exact color and she insisted that I find the exact color and 3 of us started looking for the color and took forever and at that point I suggested that I was okay with a different color as I had lot of things to do. She started talking in Chinese and was very rude and unprofessional. She said probably I ended up punching my nails on the keyboard and other stuff and started blaming that I was responsible for ruining the nails and that I wasn't able to change the color and has to go through owner and owner isn't in and all the things she could come up with. I'm in sales and most of my work is done by my mouth as in talking to clients lol and bare minimum typing. I requested her that she simply take them off and I would quietly and happily walk out and I didn't even want refund or nothing.

Raluca M.

Yelp
Service is good, place is clean and inviting. I would recommend. No wait, pretty quick and beautiful results. Price and quality are well balanced.
google avatar

Tiffany M.

Yelp
Meng did a great job on my toes. I was really disappointed in their color selections. The samples they have are outdated and the colors weren't great. My gel manicure was bad, the woman who did it sent me home with a crooked nail, a slight broken nail, and didn't cap the ends of my nails so you can see my nail bed underneath the red color. She didn't ask me if i liked it despite me constantly asking her to fix little things and even when I left, they could see I that I kept looking at it and no one said anything. I won't be back.

Yelp
Used to come here every two to two and a half weeks when they reopened with COVID guidelines in place. They initially followed precautions pretty well--sitting customers at least 1 chair apart because there are no partitions between customers (only between nail tech and client), using the IR thermometers on every client upon entry, always washing their hands. However, I noticed more recently they've neglected temperature checks for some customers, using the infrared thermometers inappropriately by grabbing the customer's wrist and placing it directly on the skin, not washing hands between customers, and sitting walk-in customers right next to others instead of asking them to return at little later when the salon wasn't as busy/packed. Unfortunately the quality of the services declined with each visit too. I would clearly communicate to avoid this as much as possible but they kept over-buffing the surface of my nails till they became very weak and thin, my cuticles were trimmed so much they'd bleed, and my nails were often filed unevenly. Not sure if they were intentionally ignoring me or didn't comprehend when I'd point this out. I did give them the benefit of the doubt and always tipped fairly well and paid in cash so I would hope it's the latter. On a positive note, I appreciated that they consistently use new sterilized tools and a pedicure tub liner for each customer. But because nothing's improved with the service quality in addition to the lack of enforcing COVID precautions, I've left disappointed too many times and decided not to come back. Their prices are comparable to other local salons that I've tried and had better results and experiences with.

Yelp
I love this spa! I've been going for years now. It is my neighborhood's gem hidden under the scaffolding. It is on the high end but it's going to last. Massages are A1. Pedi are perfect and detailed. I also had my first wax here and it wasn't painful at all. I 1000% Recommend. The other techs and owner is so caring. #weloveithere
google avatar

Lauren K.

Yelp
I've been a regular here since before the pandemic and had to finally write a review about how great the owner and all the technicians are. I was running short on time and asked if I could do a few things out of order to save sometime and they were more than happy to accommodate! I've gotten manicures, pedicures, waxing services, and massages here and everything is always great. I especially love the powder manicures because they are able to get it really thin so it doesn't feel gloopy. This will definitely continue to be my go to spot. Picture of my most recent powder manicure

Yelp
Good relaxing pedicure spa! First time here and everything went really well. Good safety distance between customers and place very clean. I had a really bad dry heels and they did a great job!!! Will def become my monthly place to go!
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
I've come here several times now since I live closeby. Every technician has done a phenomenal job, on both manicures and pedicures. I highly recommend this salon. They also have tons of covid procedures in place if you're concerned. They take your temperature upon entry, and have face guards at every station.

Jill Q.

Yelp
This is the best nail salon on UES! I found it after my previous nail salon closed during COVID - I am so happy I found it. it is spotless /very clean staff are professional and very helpful. Also, can't beat the hours. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This review is for my pedicure service done by Dana on 9/4/21. I went to get another pedicure somewhere else because I didn't like the quality of the pedicure done at Able. (Uneven gel application, streaky) It wasn't until then that the nail tech told me whoever did my last pedicure did a a shoddy job because the nail on my right big toe was splitting from the side and asked me if I was in pain. This could only be from the gel soak off done at Able and I cannot believe Dana just painted over it instead over bringing it up with me so I can decide to keep the area clean and not get a pedicure done. Furthermore during my visit on 9/4, a tech at Able was double booked by the manager and instead of pulling the customer aside, the manager just loudly announced it to the whole store. I will never return due to the lack of professionalism at this salon.
google avatar

Caryn E.

Yelp
Love Able Nail Spa. Amazing job on powder gel manicure. And spa pedicure is relaxing and well done. Treat yourself to an afternoon at Able.
google avatar

Kelley M.

Yelp
Able nail usually does a decent job. Today however was a different story. I arrived to get a mani pedi and there was no one else there and 7 employees waiting. I could tell pretty much from the start that the person who was going to be doing my mani pedi was new. I've gotten my nails done many times here in the past and know the routine...this new employee did not. After a long sub par job, cutting into my skin while cutting my cuticles, not fully covering the nails with polish, the owner told me it was her first day and this was her interview. This should have been something they led with OR didn't charge full price for. Needless to say, I will not be going back here again.

Yasaman M.

Yelp
This is my favorite nail salon and I have been coming here for a few years now. The main reason is Angela, she is just such a lovely and wonderful person and so much fun to be around! She is also excellent at what she does, and because of her I always leave the nail salon happy. Dana and Maria are also wonderful, and so are Hazel and Lilly!
google avatar

John Z.

Yelp
Angela, the manager is extremely pleasant. I live upstairs and come down often for facial, massage, and eyebrow fix. Never disappointed

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Walked in as an impulse and was seated immediately for a manicure and gel. Space was clean and everyone was friendly. Nails look beautiful and even got a lil neck and shoulder massage. I felt very comfortable.

Yelp
I had a nice experience here. Went here for the first time doing my nails after years. I got a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure with a 10 minute massage. The massage was was really great because the girl did an amazing job! The type of customers can be a little condescending and Karen-like, but that isn't representative of the salon's service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because while my girl was doing my pedicure, there were 2 coworkers who were giggling and looking over a lot they seemed to be laughing at either me and my girl or the customer next to me and her girl.. it was distracting and unprofessional. Thankfully I didn't feel rushed even though it was pretty busy which was nice. Overall a lovely experience and worth it! Will be returning.

Emily N.

Yelp
I went to this nail salon for the first time 3 days ago since it's nearby and has good reviews. Overall it was pretty good! The person working on my nails switched a few times as other clients came in, and I think there was some trouble removing my previous gel manicure I'd had on for 3+ weeks. Unfortunately one of the attendants started filing down my nails much rougher than the previous one (this could totally have been needed on certain nails however!) and I ended up with a small cut. One of my nails (which are generally pretty strong) felt a bit flimsy afterwards from the rough filing and broke this morning (I don't do anything that's rough on my hands). I think under different circumstances it wouldn't have been an issue, just a bit of a bummer since it was cute otherwise!
google avatar

Allison H.

Yelp
Angela is very welcoming and friendly. I've seen her go above and beyond to make sure all her customers are comfortable and happy. It's clear she knows what she's doing! I've been going there consistently for about a year and always leave satisfied.
google avatar

Melissa P.

Yelp
I enjoyed my time here and think they did a good job. I got a gel manicure, spa pedicure, and eye brow wax. The person who did my nails/feet made sure to take their time and do it all carefully. Also, noting was too hot, they did not use any burning hot towels or wax. That was refreshing after this being the first time in over a year I go to get my eye brows done! The prices are average for the area. The main reason why I give it a 4/5 is due to the way they go about having guests pay cash. I totally understand for tips but they definitely prefer cash. There is also a card limit, thus, if you are just getting a manicure (under 20$) you need cash. The start card transactions above $20.00. In my time there, I just saw them ask and forcing people go to get cash out; that is the only part I did not like. Other than that, I enjoyed my time. I live so close by now, this could be my go to place.
google avatar

Michelle W.

Yelp
Lovely spa with amazingly kind staff. They all do a wonderful job with my nails and getting the spa package that includes a massage is very much worth it.
google avatar

Kara P.

Yelp
For starters, I got my nails done here not even a week ago. I got tips with a powder base and a gel coat, one fingers gel chipped after two days, two of my nails broke off already and took my real nail along with it. One of them broke off a couple days ago which is even worse. Not worth $106. Do not recommend. I will be calling about a refund.

Kylee P.

Yelp
If you're looking for a one time nail appointment, it's fine. If you're looking for a go-to spot in the UES to get your nails done regularly, find somewhere else. I've been coming to this nail salon at least once a month since November, and each time I tell myself I'm not coming back again because the owner is so rude to me. I'm loyal to this place only bc I like my nail tech (she's great and does a great job) but I literally can't deal with the lack of organization on the owners part. She overbooks appointments so then you're waiting literally an hour for your appointment to start. It's first important to note that each time I attend this salon, I call first to make an appointment. The last time I went, my appointment was for a gel pedi & refill gel mani for 5:30- they did not even speak with me until 6:30. I ended up being there until 9:00 because they also made me wait for my manicure after the pedi was was done. This happens every single time. There is no respect for peoples time, because she says they can fit you in at a certain time but they actually can't. I was willing to overlook the lack of punctuality because my nail tech did a good job on my nails. She's great. But again, it's the owner. Today one of my nails broke in the middle of nail bed, which was quite painful. So I made an appointment to get it fixed, and it was the owner that ended up fixing it. I told her she was hurting me bc she was being so rough, and she said "this is what I need to do and if you can't handle it then I can't help you" so I just put up with the pain. Then after she was done she said "does it still hurt?" And I responded no, because it was fixed. She said "see I told you, you don't know about nails that's why"... like what ??? I know about the feeling my body is experiencing?? And it hurts?? Then at the end of the appointment she told me that 5pm was a bad time and next time I should come get my nails fixed in the morning. But I actually called at 12pm to confirm that 5:00pm was ok, and she (yes it was her on the phone) said that was fine. So I'm not sure why she said it was fine that I come at 5, if she would have preferred the morning. Gaslighting me about the appointment scheduling was the last straw so I'm not coming back again

Yelp
I've been going back regularly for mani/pedis. They're great! They're kind, they're fast, techs are good no matter who does the work.

Yelp
I've had some good experiences here initially - but the last several times, my gel manicure chipped/peeled within a week :( They also raised prices without acknowledging, which is not appreciated - as someone who went quite a bit I would think that is worth a heads up. The service is inconsistent at best - would recommend finding another salon in the neighborhood.
