AC Hotel Nashville Brentwood

We’ve stayed in countless chain hotels over the years due to travel hockey, and I can honestly say the service here truly stands out. The front desk staff—especially Bria and the gentleman from Boston—delivered what I can only describe as Ritz-Carlton–level service. In a time when genuinely friendly, patient, and caring customer service is hard to find, they went above and beyond for our family. I can’t say enough about this hotel and it’s all because of the staff (although the rooms and location are excellent and convenient). Five stars through and through.

We had an exceptional experience at the AC Marriott! Marie and Ambria were both wonderful to work with — they helped us coordinate rooms for eight of our team members on two separate occasions, and everything went perfectly. From ensuring welcome boxes were placed in each room to accommodating our group at the bar until closing time, the service was top-notch. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and beautifully designed, and our employees had nothing but positive feedback about their stay. There’s always a bit of pressure when selecting accommodations for out-of-town employees, but the AC Marriott delivers every time. Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great area. Brentwood is a nice quiet area close enough to downtown Nash as well as surrounding areas. The hotel itself is modern, minimal, and clean. During my 3 night stay I only ran into one person in the elevator the entire time. It was very quiet. I’m not sure if I came during an off-time but it seemed like the hotel was empty. The rooftop restaurant was never open though, would have been nice to get a drink. The staff were friendly at check-in and the room was nice as well. It was clean. The only drawbacks were 1-the sink does not drain evenly (design flaw) so sometimes there will be water standing in there, 2-there was barely toilet paper on the roll which seemed overlooked when servicing the room prior to my arrival. 3-the ice machine where you can also get water was broken. I had to go to the gym in the basement to get water (not the end of the world). Other than that I have no complaints! There’s a nice mini fridge that cools quick. I like how you can control all the lights next to the bed so you don’t have to get up. There is a parking lot in the back if you are driving that was pretty much empty. The gym here is very spacious and has really nice equipment.

We have held a couple events with the AC Hotel, and most recently held a retirement party in their rooftop bar. It truly is the best space. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful! The AC Hotel will be at the top of my list when looking for a place to hold our next company function.

Let me tell you about this place. This is an AC hotel. These were made for business class individuals. Now when I say business class you think suits and shizah. Well yes that's true, corporate 🤮. YET, there are some of us business professionals that aren't like the rest. I am one of those. First the layout, The decor and layout of these places are minimalistic as are offices and it fits the theme of work well. It gives you a familiar official feeling...Yet when you go to rest you don't want office BS you want a vibe. This AC hotel here in Brentwood has that vibe. The staff here I believe has been finely curated from the rest to create such an atmosphere that you may never experience in your life till you check in to this place. From the front desk to the kitchen this group cares. Yea I'm talking about all of you Derek, Jaylin, Patricia, Q, Damian, Brandon, Britney, Bryan, Nisha, Irish, Brie and Vanessa. You guys rock. Shelly as the head of this crew you made a great decision. I thank you for creating this experience.

I recently coordinated a large event with the incredible support of Ambria and Marie, and I couldn’t have asked for better partners. They were attentive, proactive, and made sure every detail was exactly what we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless, in a fantastic location with truly outstanding service. I’ll absolutely be partnering with them again for our next event. Five stars all the way around—thank you!

Stayed the weekend of 12/6 and 12/7, arrived in the room to find the toilet stopped up, trash still in the room and food particles under the edge of the bed. They moved us to another room to address the issue. Next day we asked for fresh towel in the afternoon, we slept in so no room service which was our desire, but upon asking for towels they said they had no clean towels and would need to bring some to the room once available. Kids had returned from playing sports so not a ideal situation. Not a great experience.

I've been coming here for about three years for work meetings and each time the rooms have gone down in quality. The last time, my room was so dirty, I was skeptical if I should trust the sheets were fresh. I alerted the front desk and they sent someone right away to clean the floor which had trash and dirt all over it. I also asked for fresh sheets. It's a shame, because it is a nice hotel in a good location.

Q checked me in. Great asset to Bonvoy. Very professional and made sure I was accommodated for due to my Titanium status and I had flew in early on a redeye. The hotel is business type. Very clean. We were on the 4th floor. We didn't want to stay in Nashville. This is just far, yet close enough to downtown. We only stayed a night so not much can be said. Nice mall area with food options nearby.

AC Hotel by Marriott is a nice modern hotel in Brentwood. I thought I would enjoy my stay in Nashville more if I was out of the downtown area. I really liked the location of this hotel, the free parking, and the nearby shopping and dining that I didn't really have time to take advantage of. This is priced right, the parking is free, and there is good proximity to the highway. I really liked the hydration station on my floor near the elevator to fill up my water bottle with ice and water. There is a small refrigerator in the room and every time your room gets cleaned they put 2 bottles of water in there. Nice touch! The Wi-Fi was decent! As other people have mentioned they play music near the elevators. Thankfully I was far enough from the elevator I didn't hear it. The employees were friendly and I did not have the opportunity to eat or drink at the hotel. I would absolutely return!

Modern hotel with good access to restaurants and retailers. Ample parking and easy to find right off the highway. Friendly staff. Nice lobby with a bar and connected dining area. Good place for small or medium sized meetings as well. Comfortable and clean rooms. Worth a look when I'm the area.

This was our hotel while we went to see our NF concert... which by the way was awesome! This is a pretty nice location.during the day and into the night there is a small area of shops and eateries within walking distance. There is lots of parking across the street... a modern more upscale hotel... and the people were nice. I had not stayed in one of these before but I would again... and the cost was reasonable for the room. It was a good stay... worth the money. I'll look to stay in one again.

Very clean and comfortable location of AC Hotel that gave a consistent experience compared to other locations I've stayed at recently. Friendly staff, modern aesthetic, bar near the lobby.

Very nice hotel. Good location with things to eat in walking distance or driving options. Theres a cool little shopping area walking distance with a fresh market, dry bar, taco place, burger place, a few shops and more. Nice bar area where a lot of adults hung out at night. Good selection of snacks/drinks if needed near lobby check in desk. Rooms were spacious. Not a long drive to downtown Nashville. Parking was convenient and free. All employees but 1 were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Came to Nashville for a concert and chose this hotel for one night. It's located in a wonderful small upscale neighborhood, within a short walk to neat little shops and several good restaurants. The room was clean and on the modern side. Parking is free in the lot right outside the main entrance. We had a drink at the bar and the bartender knew his stuff. The drinks were top notch and the atmosphere excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location in Brentwood, adjacent to a nice shopping area. Very nice Marriott property with the more upscale AC brand. No complimentary breakfast.

Nice hotel BUT, no swimming pool and there isn't a microwave in the entire building. I have stayed at much lesser hotels that have a $50 microwave in the lobby. Come on Marriott, spend the $50!

I flew to Nashville for a work event and stayed at this hotel. It was clean and the bed was soo comfortable! I'll definitely book here again.

I stayed here in December for work and it was very nice, so when I came back for another business trip I felt it would be good to stay here again. There was no shower soap when I arrived, however I was already in the shower when I discovered this. The next day I assumed it would have been replaced after the room was serviced. I wrongly assumed, as there was no soap again when I went to take a shower. By day 3 I learned to check before getting into the shower, and there still wasn't any soap. I had to go down and get a bottle to replace the wall mount to have soap. I spilled some makeup on a towel one morning, so placed it on the ground to be replaced. I came back that night and opened the folded towel for use and it had the same makeup spot on it. Folding a dirty towel and placing it back for use was a bit off-putting. The staff are very friendly, so I can't say it is all bad, but the housekeeping services seem to be cutting some corners. The proximity to places in the Brentwood area is great and very convenient. I would be willing to try this place again, as Marriott is usually a very good experience, but would hope for some slightly improved cleanliness standards.

This was my first day at AC Hotel we usually stay at the Brentwood courtyard but decided to try something different. The staff was very friendly and the room was large enough for our stay. The hotel is convenient to many of the area restaurants. When in town we'll definitely stay there again

Only giving 2 stars because the management was very understanding of our issues and re-issued our points. Otherwise I would have to give 1 for having to switch rooms due to broken a/c only to go to a room where the tv didn't work and hadn't been cleaned properly. I have to add that I have never seen a design concept more utterly depressing anywhere ever. What was the title for the vision board with all the paint swatches and tiny carpet squares? Gulag Chic? There is zero color anywhere in this hotel. It's totally bleak and sad. Even the "floral" arrangements are made of unfinished wood. Many thanks to the management team, though. Very kind and helpful.

Wow. I've stayed at AC Hotels before and well, I love them. They're beautiful spots and extremely reasonable for what you get. This one has free parking, it's in a bigger area with lots of options nearby. That said, no free breakfast *that's fine, they have a european style buffet that looks lovely* and typically they don't seem to have pools *also OK as you can't swim year round*. It's not a kid friendly hotel, in my opinion but excellent for business travel and leisure. The service was fantastic and I had zero issues.

I come here every month (for work). The place is fairly new, the staff are great/friendly/accommodating. The is a rooftop bar that is very nice (Tanner makes some great drinks.) the fitness center is clean and never busy, but offers a lot of variety. It's nicely located next to restaurants (and close to my work office). I have had a few cleanliness concerns, but the staff were very quick to address. I prefer staying here than other nearby hotels.

I went to a party held on the top floor bar and that later moved to the downstairs bar. Both areas were very nice but were under-staffed. I got the feeling that this is a weekday hotel for business travelers because it was dead on Friday night. Also, the bartender told us that they can't find employees right now, like many places. So, the building is really nice but not what I would call luxurious. The appetizers we had were nice and the two employees we met were great. I would use the top floor bar as an after work meeting place, at least for now while they are not busy.

Terrible customer service. I'm working on a government project across the country, I had my travel arranged for me and the rate that was decided was denied because I didn't have my badge on me. They refused to understand my situation and insisted on adding to my bill. Terrible experience, I would not recommended to anyone.

This hotel is in need of assistance. I stay here frequently as I have an office close. On this trip, it was one incident after another. Issue number one: After multiple attempts to get a digital key, the group of eight associates never received them. Issue number two: The AC unit in my room was extremely loud and awakened me during the night and kept me up throughout the night. After notifying the front desk of the opportunity, I was informed when I returned from meetings that the unit was broken and would require extension repair that would not be completed in a short timeframe. I was given another room that was adjacent to this one for the remainder of my stay. Issue number three: This room was a little better as the unit was not as loud, yet noticeably louder than a normal room. To compound the issue, the new room had water to drain into it where puddles formed under my bed and appeared to be coming from the room I was in previously. Issue number four: When I notified the front desk of this new found opportunity, I was informed that maintenance would not arrive until about another hour. I was told someone would come up with towels to get the water up, which did not happen. About 45 minutes later, I left to have breakfast with my team in hopes of having the water issue rectified. Needless to say that did happen either and I had to contact the front desk again to inquire about the 2 hour delay in having someone check on my room. Maintenance came immediately after this call and determined the leak was not from my current room. Issue number five: Before leaving the hotel, I brought these items to the attention of the manager on duty to allow for them to hopefully offer a resolution that would not lead me to leave these comments. Another missed opportunity by this hotel as I was given promises that have not come fruition. Hopefully others will read this and make a conscious decision about staying at this property.

As a frequent Marriott Member I only stay in Marriott. I chose this location because it was new, had a great gym, and was very reasonable on points. When I got here I had to pay for my 1st night due to their system being taken off line. They then kindly accepted points for my 2nd night. However, on my 1st night I had only cold water in shower. I went downstairs to see what was going on and they informed me I must turn on the sink in order to get hot water. In the morning I took another cold shower as this option of turning on Sink did not work. I went downstairs again and they informed me that they knew about that block of rooms not having hot water yet they put me there anyway. She kindly refunded a portion of my money, but also moved my room to a room with hot water. Upon arriving for my 2nd day I asked to use computer and they informed me it does not work. When I got to my room I called downstairs 3x but they could not hear me. I was calling to inform them that the sheets were dirty in my new if I could get more. Come to find out the phone doesn't work. I get this is a new hotel but no hot water, no phone, no computer and dirty sheets is rare when staying at a Marriott.
