A Sleek All-Day Restaurant Joins Palm Springs’s Hot Dining Scene - Eater LA
"A sleek new desert restaurant has opened over the weekend. It’s called AC3, and should fit in nicely with the weekend and Coachella crowds. Located along Larkspur Lane in Palm Desert, AC3 is a collaboration between Andrew and Juliana Copley (Copley’s) and Tony Marchese (TRIO), situated adjacent to the Hotel Paseo. Expect casual new American fare like sea bass with black lentils and braised beef short rib, presented in a comfortable, design-forward setting. AC3 is open for dinner only to start, with daily breakfast and lunch to come soon." - Farley Elliott
This restaurant is inside the Hotel Paseo. The decor is pleasant and inviting. Since I was staying at the hotel for two weeks, I was able to try breakfast, lunch & dinner. Service was always prompt and friendly. Their wine options are plentiful. Their food was savory and a slight twist to the palette. I have to say that there are a lot of restaurants on El Paseo only a block away, but this restaurant was worth coming back to.

Great atmosphere and delicious food and drink. The lobster cobb is out of this world with a very generous portion of lobster. Yum..

A good restaurant nestled into a hotel it offers what you'd expect from a hotel connected place. The food is good with excellent service. They have a few unique orders that make it better than average.

Modern, great ambiance, and good execution with local ingredients. The service was a little slow, which knocked it down for us.

I'll give this spot another chance when they aren't so overwhelmed and under prepared to serve weekend traffic. Very long wait for tepid food.
