Located along Larkspur Lane in Palm Desert, AC3 is a collaboration between Andrew and Juliana Copley (Copley’s) and Tony Marchese (TRIO), situated adjacent to the Hotel Paseo. This restaurant is inside the Hotel Paseo. The decor is pleasant and inviting. Since I was staying at the hotel for two weeks, I was able to try breakfast, lunch & dinner. Service was always prompt and friendly. Their wine options are plentiful. Their food was savory and a slight twist to the palette. I have to say that there are a lot of restaurants on El Paseo only a block away, but this restaurant was worth coming back to.

Updated review! Ac3 went to 5 full stars. Just had the Best Seafood Paella tonight. It was truly an exceptional dish. oh and the Beet salad - so good ! Highly recommended. Went back again today and re ordered the exact same dishes !
