Acadia Review - Wallingford - Seattle - The Infatuation

"Acadia is a counter spot with a cozy patio that serves Southern bowls with things like pulled pork and mac and cheese as well as sandwiches and various baked goods. And if you’re feeling particularly healthy, the smoothies are great, too." - Aimee Rizzo

Opened very recently, the staff and owners are very friendly and are focused on good quality, healthy fare. We usually get breakfast on the weekends and choose their bowls with spicy sausage. What goes into the dish changes every time based on what is fresh at the time. The coffee is also very good. Highly recommend.

Deeeeelish! Pictured, a build your own bowl with special house BBQ sauce, chicken, sauteed kale, roasted veggies, and a white rice base. They also sell anchored coffee, amazing powerful smoothies, and the best part is it all comes served with a from knowledge and friendly staff. Great to grab to-go on your way to gasworks park!

Had the pulled pork and Mac and cheese bowel. Pulled pork was watery and lacking in flavor. The sauce helped cover that up to some extent. The macaroni was over done and much too soft.

Best described as "healthy" southern food the hidden star is the chicken tacos. Reasonably priced, excellent staff, tasty as hell

I got the pulled pork with macaroni and cheese and the mashed potatoes. The pulled pork was very dry and didn’t have much flavor. The mac and mashed potatoes were delicious. My partner got the andouille sausage with mixed veggies and sweet potatoes and they all tasted great. I paid a total of $26 for two bowls, but each bowl was only halfway filled.

I go here quite often, I like it and my coworkers like it too. This place keeps getting better with time. They keep adding things to the menu like Coliflower Rice, Mashed Potatoes and more sauces. It is a little expensive but the portions are good. I would give then 4.5 (Google doesn't allow that) stars because they still need to improve a little more to be excellent. But, I still recommend this place a lot. So go there and build your own bowl.

We got the breakfast burrito and the Acadia wrap and both were awesome. Great selection of sauces and I'll definitely be back to try the po-boy. Coffee was also delicious. The cafe itself is a very cool space and a nice atmosphere. Would recommend for breakfast in this area.

Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 More details below ↓↓ Taking the Chipotle assembly model and perfecting it with healthy foods. This spot is delicious and leaves you feeling full and fresh. I'd recommend the cauliflower rice as your base.
