Fresh, delicious 😋 😋, amazing service. Another amazing Mexican restaurant. Wow ! I couldn't stop eating the salsa as it was so fresh. I'll only eat 1/2 my meal and take it home, completely failed. Delicious juicy meat with fresh vegetables. Loved it !

Despite this, I am determined to revisit this establishment primarily due to its impressive selection of beverages. My first drink menu was a pina colada. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The taste seemed to be dominated by whole milk rather than coconut milk so it wasn't my favorite. My second drink was the mango margarita without a doubt, it stole the show with its delectable blend of flavors. This drink is, in my opinion, an absolute masterpiece and deserves a prominent place on their signature menu. Don't be deceived by appearances and give this spot a shot! Let me know if you enjoy it.

Very authentic Mexican seafood restaurant. Salsa has a unique and special flavor. Big menu with many exotic seafood items. The Chapuzòn is unique with an excellent sauce smothering its seafood compadres. Great service. A big hit with Greater Nashville's booming Mexican community. Even has roaming Norteño groupo. Restaurant is popular with Mexican Nationals.

I recently dined and was extremely disappointed by the horrible service. Our server acted like she was too good for her job, ignoring us and not once did we ever get refill on drinks. As a business owner, I was shocked by the lack of basic customer service. This restaurant clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. I cannot recommend this place based on this experience. Mal servicio. Si no quieren trabajar que no trabajen yo misma tengo dos negocios pero mis empleados siempre respetan al cliente 🤷🏽‍♀️

Food is great! Service is dismal. Server never brought water, until I asked someone else for water. She never refilled my chips. Someone else brought out my food so she could be on her phone and taking selfies with male customers. She's been on her phone more than 75% of the time I spent here.

Absolutely wonderful food and crazy cool atmosphere. Vibrant, colorful booths and decor. Full of people enjoying everything the extensive menu has to offer. Will definitely be going back on a regular basis! And the lovely waitresses are definitely a bonus!

Cozy place right off of I-24 with excellent food and a live band!

We came in about an hour before they closed and even though they were extremely understaffed and seemed stressed, they greeted us with excitement and were so nice! The food was amazing. And the Yuca fries are the best I’ve ever had from any other restaurant! And if anyone needs a job, please Go help these guys out. They are crushing it!!!

The food was below average. It's not authentic south of the border food. Luke warm beans and quite runny. The service was good. The restaurant was decorated nicely.

Perfect location for truckers. Can easily walk from the truck stop and get food to go or dine in. Extensive menu to choose from. Good customer service from host to table. Has good Horchata. Wasn't a fan of the nachos. However, the chicken was seasoned well. I prefer my nachos to be layered throughout instead of toppings in one section. If ever in the area again, would like to try one of their soups. Had the pleasure of listening to some live music.

One of the best Mexican Restaurant I have ever eaten in... I am a Truck Driver travel all the US... I have to say this is one is my favorite... nice & friendly staff .. beautiful waitresses

What a treat! Not what I expected, but absolutely delicious. Very authentic and very busy little spot. Do not let the outside deter you! Service is a bit slow, but friendly staff. I got the roller tacos- 2 chicken and two beef. The chicken was the star! All the sauces were great.

Way nicer inside than it looks. Food was pretty good but not exceptional except for the chips and salsa which were world class. Service was really slow, and our server bare spoke any English.

Not my first choice but definitely not a bad choice. This place's biggest setback is the staff. The food is consistently good (the salsa is particularly good) but you never know what you're going to get with the staff. There is a language barrier so many times your order will be wrong and some of the waitresses have get a bit of an attitude with you. If you can put up with that, the food is worth it. If not, there are no shortage of options elsewhere.

Oh my goodness. Burrito Acapulco with chicken was amazing. The burrito was packed with all mouth watering ingredients seasoned to perfection. I'm in love. U know ur authentic when 80% of ur customers seated inside are.... really cool. Burrito

A very pleasant experience. Nor your usual neither boring food. Everything is tasty and exotic. At least for a guy who didn't grow up on that planet the food came from. On top of that a very nice and private ambiance.

If you want a lot of food this is your place. If you are in a hurry and don't speak Spanish, this is not your place. Service is slow, food is pretty good. Customer service is not good. We got there well before 3pm, ordered waters before 3pm. Our waitress disappears for over 5 minutes and then at 3:01 comes to take our order and said we couldn't order off of the lunch menu regardless of her taking it passed 3pm to get 4 waters. Horrible customer service.

I continued my quest for good Mexican food in Nashville by stopping by Acalpoco Burritto, largely because of the Yelp reviews. Coming up to the building it isn't very inviting. It's located by a freeway off ramp in a old looking building by a gas station. Inside it looks very authentic. The highlight for me were the mariachis playing in the dining room. Great! I would say the seats are too close together and the sound dampneners are none existent because it is very loud in there to where it would be hard to have a conversation. I ordered a chorizo and cheese dip with chips which was actually pretty good. My main course was mole beef enchiladas with rice and beans. The rice was one of the better versions of Mexican rice in the Nashville area. The beans were the same tasteless, canned, liquid beans that seem to be all over the city. As for the enchiladas the beef had no flavor and the mole was too sweet for my taste. I didn't enjoy the food but gave this spot three stars because the live mariachi band was pretty cool.

This place is amazing. From the bright colorful decor, to the delicious homemade salsa to all the delicious food and seafood. We live in west Nashville, but will drive back here just to eat! Highly recommend!

Sooo. Truly authentic mexican food restaurant, one of the best yet in the nashville area. The staff was friendly, food was great and the atmosphere was fun! Definitely will be back!

Hands down the BEST Mexican you will find in Nashville. Period. My husband and I always order margs and Enchiladas Suizas. Great service. Awesome food and drinks. The mariachi band is also fantastic! 10/10

So far so good. I made it here safely considering there where no cross walks to get here from the TA. Lol. With that said service was very good and right of the bat they gave me chips and salsa. The salsa is delicious. If this is sample of what the food is going to taste like. "Oh boy it's going to be on" Because this boy is starving. Lol. Sadly to say the chips and salsa was the best food. Maybe I will try something else next time.

If you see this place from the outside you might just keep on driving by. Patel be a big mistake once you get inside the atmosphere in the decorations are fantastic. And they had the best carnitas I have ever had in my life. I really like this place and the next time or in the area were sure to come back

It doesn't look Like much but I was completely and positively surprised when I walked in. The food is delicious and service is great keep in mind people we're still in Covid face they might be short of workers please be a little patient

Stopped in on my way through town. The food was okay. I found the place desperately in need of a cleaning though. I would not return.

So I came back again for some taco dorados and the cashier tried to charge me $15 for 4 tacos... I explained to the man that it says 6.99 on the website. Then he changed the price... Beware of these scam shit heads. I only eat here because it's close to my job, not the best Mexican food I had.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but NOTHING better for us than being the only English-speaking patrons in a Mexican restaurant! What a great find this was, and we've passed it many times on our way to 24! We have been craving a more California-like Mexican restaurant and finally found it. The portions are huge, and the food is delicious. They have an extensive menu and great flavors, including the salsa picosa, which you must ask for but their version of a spicier salsa. The red sauce, which was more orange, was my favorite on the burrito as their green salsa was a bit too tangy for me. My husband loved his fajitas but ask for flour tortillas as it comes with corn. He said the corn tortillas were very authentic and he really loved the natural corn flavor coming through. The booths are all hand-carved wood with vibrant murals on them. I will be sure and take pictures next time as I didn't want to be creepy while people were eating. Service was incredible. We will be back!

So I feel like Ive had myself a wide range of mexican restaurants around greater nashville and especially Antioch, and I've gotta say, I think we've finally found THE one. This was hands down, one of the best mexican meals I've ever had. My feelings of being spoken to in spanish by 4 different servers and hostess aside, this meal was amaaaazing. (I guess I kinda look hispanic when I don't shave? Lol) The fish and shrimp tacos were superb. The fish was very juicy and the shrimp was very well seasoned. And only 2.95 each! The fish with stuffed shrimp was amazing as well. Soaked with garlic and lime, the flavor combo just worked so insanely well for some reason. 10/10 will go back again and explore the far too large menu.

Stopped by to grab us some Mexican food and mine was delicious and seemed ok to me but it had guacamole which I ate around. Vella I don't believe had much of a complaint on her food except they didn't give much sour creme with hers. Ashley's burrito however is a different story. She informed the cashier that she wanted a Burrito with no meat on it. They cashier asked "Vegetarian?" And of course no meat is vegetarian to us, so she said yeah. When she got the burrito it had mushrooms, onions. Green peppers (any and all vegetables they could put on it). Ashley can't stand mushrooms and wasn't expecting them to be on the burrito neither. So I took the burrito back to them to let them know this wasn't exactly what we wanted, and was told "That's what the lady ordered was a vegetarian burrito", I informed the cashier she don't like mushrooms and the cashier told me "I'm sorry but it's already in the system and can't be changed"!! I said excuse me? She rattled off a bunch of Spanish to this other guy that was in the restaurant and he walked up to me and said "what she's saying is, the order is already in the system and can not be changed. So you would have to purchase ANOTHER BURRITO in order to get one without mushrooms" WTH? HOW IS THAT GOOD BUSINESS???? First off you didn't clarify that yalls version of a vegetarian burrito meant everything possible that's a vegetable and second YOU CHARGE THE CUSTOMER FOR ANOTHER BURRITO INSTEAD OF TRYING TO MAKE IT RIGHT WITH THEM ???? THATS SOME TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE !!! Food was good once it was what she wanted but the customer service here sucks Needless to say they kept the other burrito and still charged us so we paid double tonight for the burrito that she wanted :-( that's why I gave a 2 star rating

Just got back from this restaurant after giving it a chance for the first time. We got inside and ordered our meals. The first order was a huarache which came out to us COLD.. don't know how they thought it was okay to serve it out like that. The tortillas were alright, not really all that good. Bad customer service on top of all that, our waitress seemed like she didn't want to be there. Overall, don't recommend. Lots of other super nice Mexican restaurants to go too.

Great location authentic Mexican. As a big fan of Mexican Food I really enjoyed the ambience, staff is amazing and the food, well let me tell you I loved it. I will return!

Texas Burrito w/al pastor. Dear god. Cut it in half and lock the other half in a safe that only be opened 24hrs later. You'll want to eat the whole thing, but your body will not be happy soon thereafter. Soooooo good.

Wow the food was amazing, the quesadilla and steak fajita tacos were excellent and the atmosphere was really cool such beautiful decor, one of the coolest looking Mexican joints i have been to, only problem i had was sorta with ordering a bit of confusion but other than that top notch!!

Cute place. Items were price. I ordered the sope and the gordita was raw. I know it's the only place with table service around but I would recommend going another 10 minutes down the road somewhere else.

Whoa.. Like for real... this stuff is on point and I don't have to leave to have all the yummy come to my tummy!!! Seriously, group at work ordered delivery from here.. and every bit of it was amazing! Has fantastic flavor! Came quick, correct and delicious!!! We LOVE this place. You want Mexican? They got your Mexican. Hell, you want El Salvadorian? Because they have that too. If you like REAL, authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend this place. We live in Cane Ridge so we first went to Acapulco in search of a nearby Mexican restaurant. Being right off the exit in an old Waffle House building, it seemed a little sketchy. I'm glad we went in. (Don't confuse Acapulco with the Mexican restaurant behind it by the hotel - now that one is scary.) This was about a year and a half ago. Since we've been dining here, the place has had 3 different owners. Luckily the menu didn't change one bit. We first started off with tacos. Don't picture the crunchy crap you get at Taco Bell, because those aren't real tacos. My boyfriend gets asada (steak) and I get chicken. Delicious. They come with grilled onion, cilantro, and lime although you can choose to nix those if you're picky. Squeeze some lime on it and eat it the way they serve it. We've also tried their fish tacos [yum], mariscos (seafood) soup with coconut [yum], tostada de camaron (shrimp) [yum], and chicharron (pork) papusas [YUM]. Basically everything's yummy...and cheap! They have a huge menu and we have yet to explore everything on it. The new owners are really nice and appreciate customers. They did make one change - free chips and salsa! Previous owners did not offer the appetizer, although food never takes a long time. Now instead of staring at each other or watching Spanish soap operas you have something to snack on while your food is being prepared.

Really great Mexican food! We had it delivered to our hotel nearby so can't comment on the actual place but the food was very good - super authentic and fresh. We had the chicken nachos, quesadilla, chips and cheese and enchilada - all were so good, filling. Sides of beans and Spanish rice were good. Be sure you get the queso - it was outstanding! Loved that we could get it delivered too, food was hot when it arrived, and didn't take long at all. Just what we needed after being in the car for 14 hours!

Is there another place by the same name? Cause after reading the reviews I was excited but the place I just ate was by FAR the worst Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. Two of us went. I ordered Chicken Fajitas and the other ordered a burrito. By the time I got my fajitas, he was already done eating (about 20 min later). The fajitas literally tasted like they cut chicken in slices and fried it. No seasoning no flavor. I asked for sour cream to give it some type of taste and they stated they didn't have sour cream. Literally Taco Bell has better Mexican food. $35 bucks for both of us and I literally only had two bites. I will never go back there. Try a taquito from the gas station beside the restaurant probably will be better than what you get there.

Five star? Keeping the price and location in mind, yes! Flavor, spice, variety - all are here and well priced. Everything I had came with a good base seasoning, and a choice of salsa and two different hot sauces, you have the heat scale covered. This is my first time, but I shall become a regular if this is the standard. Oh, and their beans are not the typical bland fare. They have a really nice hearty flavor. I'll be back!

Zero stars for up charging and thinking I wouldn't noticed and write a review on Zelp! Caught and with picture evidence to prove it! Who charges 40 cents times 4 for 1 Togo order and doesn't disclose that to their customers, Who does that!

The customer service was HORRIBLE. My sister and brother in law ordered drinks and queso or chips. We received queso 20 minutes later and had to remind them to bring the drinks we ordered. We received our food on time. And everything was OK with her food. My brother-in-law didn't order anything to eat at the restaurant but he ordered a meal to go. No waitress came back to ask is how our food was after we received our food. In fact, no waitress ever came back. We asked for To go boxes and the check and was ignored. We asked AGAIN Four to go boxes and finally got some. Maybe 30 minutes later I decided to stand at the front of the store until I could get someone's attention to get our to go food and the check. It wasn't packed so I can't understand why our service was SO HORRENDOUS. If you're looking for a place for dinner or a romantic, easy evening this is not a place to go. At all, ever. Literally never spending my money here again. The worst service I've ever had. If I could get 0 stars I absolutely would.

Caldo de mariscos con coco is absolutely the best soup I've ever eaten! This place doesn't look fancy, but for a lunch it's ok.

Ok last time I was in the area I eat there. So I remember that I like it, and I decided to go back. Yes it was as good or better then last time. I well return again and they always serve plenty of food. I would recommend this place to anyone that likes Mexican food Tri I believe you would like it.

This restaurant is really convenient for me so I was excited to get to try it. The food was very fresh, but beyond that I was not impressed. The flavors were bland and proportions smaller than most. I walked in to pick up my to go order and was barely acknowledged. Then I waited for an order than should have been ready by the time I got there. The place only had one table occupied at 6 pm so it's not like they were busy. I tried it one more time ordering something different to see if it was any different. I was better acknowledged walking in, but the rest was the same. Not likely to go back.

Met my wife there for lunch. She got the taco salad and I got the tacos al carbon. Both were really good as always. We've been coming every few weeks for years now. Don't remember ever getting a bad meal. Absolutely love the green sauce they bring out.

The best original Taco and Burrito in the area. Come hungry as the portions are quite generous and the service is really good. Loved the carne asada and the fresh salsas. Great to crash for an afterparty treat.

Excellent remodel I've been coming here for a while for lunch -about maybe 6-10 times a year. The service is very good and the food is so authentic and delicious! Taco Bell has nothing on this food. The space is very clean and always full of happy families enjoying their meals! The fresh made salsa you get upon arrival is very light and flavorful. The jarred stuff has nothing on it. An excellent midday lunch spot!

Watch out for those sauces. They'll jump up and bite ya. Spiciest Mex food I have found in the area. Not the best salsa though. Margaritas were OK. The place is a solid three. Oh yeah, be aware, they charge full price for EVERY refill. So two glasses of sweet tea (1 plus a refill) $4+

Having just moved here from California I was quite wary of all Mexican restaurants in Nashville. As my boyfriend and I were heading down to Atlanta for the weekend I had the sudden urge for a burrito. After a quick yelp search we found Acapulco Burrito and thought it looked promising enough to let our spoiled CA taste buds decide. After tasting the Burrito Mexicano and Burrito Mole I can proudly proclaim that we have found a Mexican restaurant that can satisfy our cravings! The chips and salsa were delicious as well! And our server was incredibly attentive and sweet. Tldr: this place is amazing!

The good here is great. The menu selection is awesome and the portions are huge. This is real authentic mexican food. The manager Francisco is a very nice guy and attends to his customers.
