I had high hopes for this restaurant. I was excited when I saw that it was owned by a black woman. Let me start with the positives! The decor is beautiful! Our server Krystal was delightful! She went out of her way to make sure we had a great dining experience. The bartender Chelsea made great drinks. The food…..was underwhelming. The lemon pepper wings were just fried wings with no seasoning. And my husband received one small piece of catfish. It looked like a child’s plate. Maybe it was the chef. I know people can have an off night. But another customer just said that their wings lacked flavor too. I want this business to win! Hopefully, my feedback will be received.

This was my first visit and it absolutely was outstanding! The food was excellent! The atmosphere was very inviting, relaxing and beautiful! Our server”Shay” OMG!!! She is the best server I have ever experienced. Her personality, genuineness, bubbly demeanor and energy is superb! Everything about her was amazing.!

Im giving this restaurant a positive review because of the way we were treated. Upon entering, it was very hot. We were informed the A/C just broke. Understandable, things happen. But Brittany and Janay were so pleasant and worked to make us as comfortable as possible. They sat us in the cigar lounge, where that A/C was working. The drinks and the salmon egg rolls were tasty. I look forward to returning in the near future!

My wife and I had a great experience tonight (Wednesday)! We have been passing by this location after work and just had to stop in today. Made a reservation for (2) @ 6pm however it was not needed as when we arrived we got to pick where we wanted to sit. The whole place is aesthetically pleasing. I really loved the industrial ceilings, music was on point and the staff/patrons were friendly. OMG the food! Can I give 10 stars? For our appetizer we shared the lemon pepper wings w/seasoned fries, each ordered a lemonade and water. Perfect! My wife ordered the lamb chops with her two sides (Mac and seasoned fries) and I ordered the salmon with my two sides (Mac and sweet potato) - both orders came out perfect. I am still wondering what kind of cheeses they put in the Mac and what the sauce (I think was a handmade butter) was in my sweet potato! We had to have the dessert too! She ordered the beach cobbler egg rolls w/vanilla ice and I the brownie w/vanilla ice 😋. Our waitress/server Tonette was great! Definitely made the night and even invited us to stay for the Karaoke about to start! If you are in the area and can sing or know all the lyrics: tonight's your night! We are so glad we stopped in and will def be back! Make sure to check them out!! So we came back for Brunch today (Sunday our 2nd time) and like we suspected the brunch was on point too! We both had the Grits, Eggs and Lamb Chops from the brunch meals and Mimosas! Started out with peach flavored and worked our way to mango! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Another great experience!

I had a good time. The hookah hit for a long time and the music was good. Great for a weeknight date. I had the Rasta pasta and a lamb chops. They had a cigar room in the back too. I’ll come back in the summer to sit on the patio for sure. And I didn’t have any problem parking.

Tip toed into location on a Tuesday night, not too crowded. The ambience and the music was nice the waitress Kia and the bartender Tierra were awesome. I had my mouth set on the lamb chops but they where out so I decided to try the fish and it was amazing especially with the sauce. The food, libations and the customer service is definitely worth coming back for.

Top tier service, drinks, and vibe. The Access Mule drink will have you coming back. The manager KJ will quickly become a friend. The outdoor space is welcoming. You won't be disappointed. I'll see you there.

My experience at this restaurant and lounge was wonderful the bartender ReeRee had a beautiful welcoming smile. She made the best lemon drop I’ve ever had ! the food was great and the service did not lag I will return and look forward to enjoy one of the Sunday brunches I have heard about

Love Access! It's local for me so I can just stop by anytime. I love sitting outside (although it's been cold lately) but the servers are always good and attentive. I've had the salmon bites and wings and I love their Brussels.

The food ,service and ambiance was good along with the hookah. I recommend the Chicken Rasta Pasta and the cocktails are good as well!

this place has really amazing food you must stop by if you're ever in the area or just passing by the salmon with grilled Appragus and the broccoli is a must let not forget about the hookah amazing customer service cook really did he job pull up

Whoever the new chef is at Access, keep him! We live in the area so we stop in on random occasions but we came in on a Thursday a few weeks ago and it was very chill and happened to be game night. I had a taste for lamb chops so I ordered some with the Brussels sprouts and Mac n cheese on the side. I've ordered this meal from here a couple times before but it has never tasted this good! The Brussels sprouts were amazing, the Mac n cheese wasn't watery and was tasty, and the lamb chops did not disappoint! My recommendation to the chef (he said it was his second day and looking for feedback, I appreciate that) when he came out to greet us was to add that delicious glaze from the Brussels to the lamb chops too. They didn't need the glaze but it definitely took it up a notch. Hubby enjoyed his spaghetti and catfish too. As far as the vibe, it's always a pretty good time. I've brought my birthday in here before as well and my group of 20 enjoyed ourselves, especially for my last minute planning. I hope that Access does more to bring the community out. It's a nice place and I want them to succeed. Maybe some happy hour specials on food, drinks, and especially hookah!

Access Restaurant and Lounge has the best grown and sexy vibe! Janay and Ashley make the best drinks and have superb customer service. The Salmon Egg Rolls are delicious with just the right crispiness. I was able to eat drink and enjoy my cigar all on one setting. I will be back.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, I go strictly for the toasted pound cake and homemade vanilla ice cream it's so good.

I waited a while before posting this. The ambiance is amazing as a neighborhood bar it's great to go to for drinks, however, I recommend eating elsewhere. I went once and then again to host an event for my graduation. The owner is nice but had no automated systems for the party or anything including menus pricing drinks. I still wanted to give a black woman my business so i persisted. The day of my 70 person party wait over an hour for buffet style food such as pasta,wings and egg rolls. The servers told ppl to order from the menu if they wanted "good food" or to eat. Additionally another party was booked at the same time which we only found out upon arrival ( she never mentioned this in several meetings and texts) . I was most disturbed that the restaurant had been experiencing staffing issues and the owner( with whom I communicated) was not there to manage the experience. I was pretty embarrassed and would come back to smoke hookah but never recommend to anyone else

Me and my fiancé stepped in Saturday night and it was just our speed. We were greeted at door and seated immediately in a beautiful section. We ordered and everything was fresh and in a timely fashion. The owner was sweet and love that she was on the scene. Will definitely be going back. We're new to the area and this will be our new hang out.

Visited this restaurant while on my trip it's in a great location and I love the fact that they have indoor and outdoor seating. I arrived was greeted by staff no wait time at all seated very quickly. They have a nice drink menu as well as food menu. I ordered the salmon egg rolls they were delicious also I had a cocktail which was great too. The lamb chops and catfish were really good. The waitress were very attentive and helpful. Also they have a cigar room located in the back of the lounge. Overall it was a great experience and my party and I felt very welcomed. Will definitely visit when in town!!!

We had a really good time at Access! The lounge is intimate and designed beautifully. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They have a well stocked bar with just about anything you can imagine. I ordered the shrimp platter and was impressed. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and the tartar sauce was delicious. I also sampled a salmon egg roll that was really good as well. One of the guests in our party had a salmon dish that looked amazing and when the waitress asked how it was, he commented "fantastic ". This is the first place I've had a green tea shot. It contains Jameson whiskey and peach schnapps and is very tasty. I absolutely would recommend coming here for a fun night out.

I would give 1/2 star if I could. was with a large party, Access was notified well in advance - they even accommodated us by rearranging the outside seating in advance of our arrival. Many of us, including myself, canceled our orders after waiting more than 90 minutes. Throughout the wait we never received updates from our waitress - it appears most of the waitresses were bottle girls who had little to no experience as waitresses. I ordered red snapper with fried rice and asparagus. After waiting more than 90 minutes, the waitress told me they were out of vegetables, they only sides available were fried rice and macaroni and cheese. (Keep in mind we arrived before the restaurant opened and were the only guests for some time.) As for the appetizers, most received their appetizers in a timely manner. As for my appetizer, I believe it was frozen food. No one was satisfied with their food. One individual in our party went to the African restaurant nearby. I ended up going to Stage in Nocross. I would have loved to give a glowing review of a Black owned establishment but no one should experience the lack of service and horrible food at any establishment. Hopefully, Access Lounge can get it together!

Came here for a lingerie party that a friend was hosting. It was free for ladies but $50 for guys. At first I thought the price for guys was excessive. However, it was for good reason. The crowd inside was grown & sexy and respectful. It was a very comfortable environment for women to dress in theme without feeling uncomfortable. Everyone was chill and the drinks were great. I would definitely come back.

After seeing this place on social media we decided to give it a try for Sunday brunch. For the prices and the mandatory 20% gratuity, it is not worth it. With the shrimp and grits you get only five shrimp for over $20. Didn't get the eggs that were supposed to come with it. With the chicken wings and waffles, expect to receive about four pieces of chicken wing parts (drums and flats) which were very small and seemed to be refried or old. Rasta pasta tasted freezer burned. Burger was good but slightly over cooked. The salmon egg rolls, however, were very good. Bottom line: Don't go for the food. If you're going to smoke hookah and drink, this will soak up the alcohol fine and you'll likely be uninhibited by the inflated prices. Our waitress was polite and very good, but she doesn't make the food.

I visited for lunch with a friend. We were delighted by the salmon eggrolls. The service was above average. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. The menu offered a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters.

I was looking for a place to grab a good to-go Easter Dinner for my parents when they decided they didn't want to get out in the expected rain. I have been wanting to try Access for a while since I drive by it all the time. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food in comparison to the prices. $27 for the Chicken and Shrimp Rasta Pasta which while it isn't worth $27 was the best of the 2 dinners I ordered. I gave them 2 Stars because the bartender knew how to make a drink and was very pleasant. I deducted 3 stars for charging my $25 for bland tomato flavored spaghetti with no meat and a lone piece of fried catfish and charging me automatic 20% gratuity on a to go order and not mentioning beforehand.

Good vibes and great atmosphere here! The drinks are tasty. The decor is nice! Came on comedy night, which is currently held every Wednesday night. The owner greeted everyone and has the best personality. Definitely recommend is as a fun, chill spot without all the hassle of being downtown.

this place was such a waste of time and money. I ordered Mac and cheese, sweet potato and asparagus. My partner had catfish spaghetti. 2 vodka shots a piece. My bill was $160! They added almost $20 tip in automatically. We saw the waitress maybe 3x. To bring our drinks. Other than that it was the guys from the back to bring our food! My food was totally cold especially the Mac and cheese. It was just a horrible exp all the way around. I don't mind paying $160 or $20 tip if it's worth it. It's not like this is a fancy place with fancy food!

The wait was reallly long for it to be slow but the food is amazing! The vibe is everything ,music is nice and upbeat.

If you planned on coming for brunch on Sunday after 12, don't. Thwy aren't prepped until about 2. I suggest that venues make a choice on what they want to be, what kind of service they plan on providing and excel at that. Trying to be everything to everybody will have you receiving negative reviews from people looking for you to provide what they were looking for.

It's a really nice small spot. Great vibe. I went on a Saturday night around 7pm and it was a little empty. The waitress was very attentive to our table. The food was delicious. It got more crowded as the night went on but still a pretty calm laid back crowd. I would highly recommend this place if you just want a nice chill spot to eat and hang out with friends.

Service was horrible. Wasn't busy and I waited 1.5hr to only receive 1 of 8 items that I ordered online. Was told after 45mins of waiting that they didn't carry an item I had ordered. Then waited another 20mins for them to return and ask what was it that I had ordered for the substitute. Ended up leaving with 1 item and 2 additional I didn't order. I felt like the staff was worried about everything else going on but taking care of my order as a customer.

I eat here at this lounge at least 3/4 times a month all I ever eat is the chicken & shrimp Rasta pasta and the Brussel sprouts and some garlic toast, which is normally the bomb !!! I ordered last night about 10:15 and got the exact same thing this time I received a piece of bread which was cut into 3's so small it seem like a top bun only then the pasta was so dry and on top of that they sprinkled so much seasonings on there to where it was unbearable to eat so spicy no Rasta sauce on the noodles about 4 shrimp and dried up chicken.... I understand people want to leave and go home however don't accept a door dash order if you're going to send it out like that my meal was 37$ and then me tipping the dasher 50 bucks not to enjoy !!!! When you're use to getting top tier food from here rather I dash or go in and pick up.... Just upset about this... other than that nice spot to chill....

We were sad when Sabores (the previous restaurant in this location) sold their business to move back to Puerto Rico. But, we did not let that stop us from trying out the new restaurant, Access. The food was wonderful and the service was outstanding. We highly recommend the brussel sprouts... We even got a chance to meet the owners who were very nice and lived nearby. I want to try the Sunday Brunch items. We will definitely be coming back.

Customer service was good and the ambiance was nice, but the food portions were not stellar. The cigar part could use some work, and a better selection of cigars are needed.

A NEW GEM IN MABLETON. Can I just take a moment to brag on the service we received from the moment we stepped in the door. We were greeted immediately and catered to for the 6 hours we were there. We were having so much fun we lost track of time. The Dj rocked the house with nonstop upbeat tunes that had us bopping away. Being that we had already eaten we only munched on the jerk Hawaiian wings but everything on the menu looked delicious. It was more of a cocktail kind of night. Their cocktails are unique And I highly recommend trying a different one each order. A big hit and their most popular cocktail is called Rum Punch. Packed with tropical flavors and a mesmerizing turquoise color the rum punch will have you dancing the night away. They have outdoor seating as well as indoor. The decor looks as though it is straight out of a magazine. Access is lavished in black and gold decor that screams classy. It is ONLY for the grown and sexy. They have self parking as well as valet and VIP parking. Access has it all great music, great food, amazing cocktails, and they even have hookah. They are cashless so make sure to have a card on hand. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend Access Restaurant and Lounge.

My sisters and I went to Access Restaurant and Lounge because we haven't been around each other or hung out due to busy schedules, so we decided to support a black business and oh what a mistake we made. We arrived at 630pm on a Saturday and we were the only ones in the restaurant. 1 waitress came to take our drink order only to never come back and check on us or give us our drinks. The hookah girl became our waitress and she was a super sweetheart and helpful. It took some time to bring our appetizers but when she bought the appetizers around 715pm we put in our food order. We didn't get the food until 945pm and that's only because we started to ask for the manager. The owner came with some excuse and didn't comp nothing for our inconvenience. They finally bought out our food and it was COLD. The owner came and became defensive with us because our food was cold. They didn't bring out all our food at the same time. Some patrons that came after us got their food before us. Never again will I support this black business and I advise anyone to attend with caution that this too WILL happen to you. They didn't care for the inconvenience they caused. We literally waited for 3 hours for cold food. Now I'm at Waffle House!!!

What a lovely environment and great food , the R&B Wednesday is the best in town and the Sunday day party.. you can't get enough of it

The wings were small but they were tasty. A friend and I went here and the waitress we had was nice but the service wasn't good. We constantly would have to waive her down to order anything and we sat right next to the owner. I ordered a Hennessy straight and she asked if I wanted ice I said no no ice. She brought me a Hennessy on the rocks and I immediately sent it back as I asked for no ice. The owner then brought me my correct drink. I ordered another Hennessy and of course the waitress forgot and never brought it so I reminded her. I then ordered 2 shots. 5 minutes after I ordered the 2 Hennessy shots it was "shot o'clock." The waitress never brought the 2 shots but she took a tray of shots to another table that were ordered when shot I clock was announced and I was sitting right in front of the bar. I watched the waitress deliver the shots to the table and proceed to take their order. I knew she wouldn't be back anytime soon so I asked the bartender (black guy who is the floor mgr) for 2 shots which took about 20 minutes as he was discussing it with our waitress. I finally got the shots and asked for the check which took another 20 minutes. We got the check which had 7 shots on it. Of course I am not paying for shots I did not have. The waitress comes to discuss the check in an attempt to convince me we ordered 7 shots and started to get an attitude I said baby get the mgr I'm not going back and forth with you. Floor mgr comes over advising the owner won't remove the drinks and stated she saw us get the shots. So I said the owner who has been up drinking and dancing remembers exactly what was brought to my table? I said whatever you need to do to correct my check i.e. watch the camera cause I WILL NOT pay for anything I didn't have. Security came to the table I explained the situation and he is going to watch the other tape which took another 30 minutes. Security comes back and stated he watched the tape twice and only saw 4 shots which is the exact amount of shots I had. The floor mgr did apologize but the owner had nothing to say. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN

Today's opening was much more than excellent food and superb service! Access has an undeniable upscale yet mellow vibe set by the owner's and staff. The food was so delicious we ordered all of the appetizers, several speciality drinks, as well as the following entrees; Fried Snapper, Seafood lasagna, and the Sweet tea ribeye, all of which were AMAZING! No doubt this is the New ATL Hotspot to wine, dine, lounge & enjoyl a great vibe! Also, the Key lime pie and bread pudding are must haves!

let's start off with the decor is beautiful... nice location with good parking.. more of a older crowd.. service was horrible.. i don't like the fact it wasn't even busy and i waited almost 30 minutes for one drink... when the drink came they must have thought i would not notice the difference from the drink i initially ordered.. the waiter was extremely forgetful.. the hookah was decent and only worked for 15 minutes.. after that it stop pulling.. don't think i will be in a rush to return
