Ace Motel

Very clean , good service and also front desk people were very welcoming and nice .

I stayed one night ,when my I missed my bus ride back to Vegas and I needed somewhere to sleep 😴 the people working at the front desk were so friendly and the guy said he would make sure I get the best room👍the motel may not look all that nice on the outside but the inside when u walk into the room was perfect for the great price it had hardwood floors and LED lights above the king size bed and enjoyed how spacious the bathroom was .I was very happy 🥰.Also the guy working at the front desk gave me extra towels and made my stay feel even more welcomed. This motel is conveniently located across the street from the target shopping center and the metro Transit is not too far. The next time I'm in Pasadena 👌 I look forward to staying at the ace motel again. I am giving it a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐ review. Thank you 😊

What makes this motel great is the owners.Nick and Ana have always been very considerate and nice to me even though I'm working weird hours and constantly coming back in the middle of the night. It's quaint and basically walking distance to any of downtown Colorado Blvd. Their kid is adorable and well behaved. I've stayed here for a month straight now and would just move in permanently if that was an option. Come check it out!!

Great little place to crash out and be on you're way the next day. Check in is at 11am and checkout is also at 11 a.m. . If you ask and you absolutely need to check in earlier, they may be able to accommodate your request. Clean, which was my ultimate decision to become a returning client.

The people here were really nice and friendly from the beginning they were able to accommodate me and my wife and we will definitely return again and they have very clean rooms. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Room was dirty. Returned room in better shape than we left it. I asked if I could extend Checkout from 10:30 until 12 and we were told yes. We left exactly at 12 and e wry thing was in order. Rude lady at the front who had given us permission would not even address the fact that I told her you authorized the extended checkout. She just said No no no. Low class cheap people. The type who have no morals when it comes to money.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The peephole had tape over it because it was just a hole. The toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever seen. Wi-Fi was so weak, it was worthless. Mattress was very lumpy. The comforter had bleach stains and cigarette burns in it. Shower pressure was weak and forget about getting hot water. Also every day there were cars sitting outside my room playing obnoxious music; the kind that rattles the trunk of your neighbors Nissan Altima.

The front desk is so rude. The lady running the place doesn’t discuss anything. She seems to have no manners and no social skills. If you even inquire about something she takes it as a challenge. The rest of them are also rude and lack any hospitality skills. They have a motel but they run it like a dog babysitter— ya the guests aren’t considered human.

We got sent to Ace from Pasadena lodge because our room there had a leak. The guy at Pasadena lodge told me they'd price match me at Ace. When I got there they were up charging me 8 dollars. They made it seem like "it's only 8 dollars" but I thought it was rude that they tried to take advantage of our situation to charge us extra even thought Pasadena Lodge had called to confirm a price match. We just took our L and went home. It felt scammy. The place looked run down too.

Place was extremely dirty. The lady at the front is a scammer. We left the room clean and returned it in better shape. The day I left I asked her if we could extend checkout until 12 she agreed. We left right at 12 and no issues with it. She told me she'd keep our deposit for staying passed 10:30. I told her we asked you and she just said no no no. She couldn't give a coherent argument because she knew she was taking the deposit unlawfully and illegally. Low class people operate a businesses this way.

This is the best deal in Pasadena.. Clean rooms quiet and the owners are super nice... I totally recommend it

If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD. The old man at the front desk is a prick. He always has an attitude. One night, my family and I checked into a room and the people next motel door threw a party IN THERE. I kid you not, there was even a dog in there. Even 10+ people. The day after, the old man came screaming at my family and I saying that we had five people inside of our room and also claimed that he saw it on his security cameras. He was so angry when it wasn't even us. He tried barging into the room. I even told him that he can come and check inside if he wanted to. He threatened us saying that he called the police and to never come back and then he left. I then went up to his front desk and asked him what his problem was. He was so sure it was us, but it wasn't. I ended up just going back inside the motel room. I called the police because he threatened us. After a couple minutes, I heard him arguing AGAIN, but this time with someone else. It was the next door people who threw the party. He finally saw people leaving from there and he even saw the dog. He began yelling at them and soon realized it wasn't us. After the people from the other room left ASAP, the police arrived after a few minutes (the old man actually didn't end up calling the cops). I told the cop the situation and how it was the other people next door. The cop went up to the old man and told him that what he did, wasn't right. He also told the man that he needs to give my family and I privacy, not just barge in. The cop then told him that what he did was invasion of privacy. The old man just said "okay" and the cop left. After that, we just turned in the door card to the bitter old man. He didn't even want to look at us in the eyes. NEVER EVER GO HERE. Terrible service and terrible owners.

Stay away from this "hotel". Very rude at check in today. Room was worst I've ever seen. Couldn't get tv remote to work. A/C unit was awful & might have been 50 years old. Stayed 10 min and ran away and checked in somewhere else. There were no refunds available. They can keep the $65. Didn't feel safe there! Wish I could give negative stars!

Terrible service. The man at the front desk was a grump. I would definitely not recommend anyone ever to stay here.
