Came during happy hour with some friends. Service and vibes were great. Staff was very attentive. Drinks were strong and came quickly. Food: The food was mid, but good enough for a cheap happy hour snack. Big hands or micro tacos? The fried ranch was odd, but you should give it a try. Most of the ranch fell out of the stick, but still not bad. Reminded me of a mozzarella stick with cream cheese filling. Vibes: Overall had a great time, will add this spot to the happy hour rotation.

Google
Amazing experience overall. A ping pong bar is just a great time to bring friends for an enjoyable time. They also have a couple tables that offer a digital overlay on the table that add to the game, or can keep score for you. Absolutely a must try. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful.

Google
Randomly came across this place and thought it was an interesting concept. We weren't looking to play ping-pong - just food and drinks- so I can't speak to the games side of things. There are A LOT of tables and people were definitely having fun. The food was decent. It looked way better than it actually tasted but it was good bar food. The cocktails and beer list were very good. If you're reading this you're probably looking to play. With food and games, you're probably in for a fun time. For just food, you can find a better option.

Google
Fun concept, but strange setup where the ping pong tables are set very close to people dining so balls can hit people and fly everywhere. Seems to invite safety issues for servers and guests alike but the server we had was phenomenal, attentive and kind. Food was really good. I enjoyed the meat lovers pizza (only 2 meats) spinach artichoke dip and cookies were truly delicious. My drink was well made, not too heavy a pour. Highly recommend, just beware of flying balls!

Google
This was an amazing experience. The staff and service they provided were awesome. Along with a total ambience we had a party of over 35 people and they all had a blast and enjoy the entire experience. Thank you to the whole Acebounce team we look forward to scheduling another event there again.

Google
Food was really good for the happy hour prices, and the servers were prompt and food came out quickly too. We loved the ambiance and seeing everyone playing ping pong around us, and you really can’t beat the $5/person Thursday deal!! We will definitely be going back as a group!

Google
I went here for a work holiday party and had a blast! My work rented out a private room with 2 ping pong tables and a bar and a table for beer pong. The staff showed us how to play games and even gave me a little award for winning! The bar staff were great too and got drinks out quick and made sure we weren’t empty handed lol! Would go back again!

AceBounce is an absolutely incredible place to have fun! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the vibrant atmosphere, stylish decor, and welcoming energy. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, socialize, and enjoy a truly unique gaming experience. The range of games they offer is fantastic—whether you’re into ping pong, beer pong, or other interactive games, there’s something for everyone. The space is large and well-designed, giving you plenty of room to play, relax, and hang out with friends. Everything is clean, organized, and thoughtfully arranged for maximum enjoyment. What really sets AceBounce apart is the combination of great games, excellent service, and a fun crowd. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The vibe is upbeat and lively, making it perfect for group outings, date nights, or even corporate events. Whether you’re a competitive player or just want to laugh and have a good time, AceBounce delivers. I had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an energetic, fun-filled environment with top-notch games and a great overall experience!

Yelp
Their weekday happy hour specials cannot be beat in the Loop! Plus the ping pong is pretty fun too (pay per person per hour). Definitely check them out for a great time! I'd recommend a reservation as they can get fairly busy after work depending on what day of the week it is. When my group went on a Thursday we were able to get in without a reservation around 4:30pm but when we left around 6 it was very busy and likely a wait. We had a blast and did not feel rushed though. This will be my offices go to happy hour spot from now on!

Yelp
The only reason I am giving this place a 2 is because the ping pong tables were functional and there was a VERY friendly staff member which helped our party of 4 in the back by the game tables. We came here on Friday 12/22/2023 to celebrate my friend's birthday. We had a reservation which was made in advance. Once we arrived we found 4 staff members at the front desk. Unfriendly demeanor is an understatement. After pulling up our reservation we presented a "90 minute" ping pong on us coupon which the venue hands out liberally. The coupon we presented was obtained on a prior visit. The staff at the front desk didn't acknowledge the coupon and we were told we couldn't use it because the reservation was made in advance. I pointed out to the staff that the print on the paddle states "for advanced bookings of up to 6". They proceeded to state that this was not for reservations and only for walk ins. We decided to not press on this even though we weren't provided with a satisfactory answer. Ambiance in the game room is fun. Good music and friendly staff. We didn't order food so I can't comment on that. We ordered a bucket of beers and the waitress opened all the bottles even though we only requested 4 to be opened (we had a party of 4). This caused the beer for lose its carbonation. After our paid 60 minutes of game time was over I decided to "walk in" to the front desk and presented the 90 minute coupon with a request to play. The same staff at the front desk couldn't refute the coupon this tome so they begrudgingly extended my play time. This venue has a lot of potential but unfriendly staff at the front desk make the venue hard to enjoy. I will not be returning. Management should either get rid of the coupons or appropriately train the staff..... in addition to providing customer service coaching.

Yelp
This was such a cool experience. My boyfriend and I found this place on a whim when we didn't know what to do last night in chicago. Luckily, reservations were still available to book out a table so we ate before our 7pm reservation. The waitress was super sweet and helpful when I asked for recommendations- I wish I caught her name! The buffalo egg rolls and the Diablo pizza were so good! We also got some beers and the espresso martini as well as the pong star martini which were both strong but super flavorful! (DANGEROUS!) haha Such a cool vibe, tables lined up, and dim lighting for a cool pool hall vibe but classy almost! Def recommend for a fun night. Reservations are for 55min!

Yelp
This place is awesome!!!! I decided to take my office there for the Fiscal Year Party and they laid it out for us. Booking the room was easy and the communication was seamless!!!! Picking the food was an easy process as well!!!! Our group was about 65 people and it was more than enough space!!!!! If you're looking for a place to take a group in the heart of downtown then this is your place!!!!

Yelp
A space for office battles, friendly competitive gatherings, or a casual date spot, it's got it all for a good time. A bit loud so not ideal for intimate gatherings but great for good vibes and plenty of options for liquid courage. Bring your competitive spirit and battle out on a plethora of games to choose from there will be something for everyone that's ready to showcase their mediocre basement warrior talents. Less ideal for above average to serious game play as it's dark and space confined in some spots so be warned try-hards, this place may not be for you. Easy to spend a few hours here with smiles across the board and decent food options though not the greatest, has potential after a few rounds of intoxication. Stay thirsty mother suckers

Yelp
Saturday brunch at AceBounce is the place to be! Lemme telllll you - I cane here and definitely had a ball. Brunch here is not your standard boring get drunk off bottomless and go home. Nope! Here, you can get drunk, while eating all you can eat, playing ping pong and singing karaoke. Now you don't have to do it all at once (but if you do, that's your business. Mmmkay!) Food: I would rate the food a 8/10 but what can you expect when they're dishing out massive amounts of food to feed adults while they're drinking? It's such a large variety of food so if you don't care for something, trust there is something else that will satisfy your stomach needs. They also serve Bellinis, mimosas and bloody Mary's unlimited and refill your cup for you. There's even a cute Bloody Mary station to build your own! Service/ staff: top tier. I pray Christee reads this because sis did get thaaaang to make sure my girls and I were out of our seats. AceBounce wants you to be active and engage and meet new people. Like don't come to look cute (but again if you do that's your business). I would say come to have fun and show someone a good time! There's no doubt about it that I'll be returning with a larger group of people. $60/pp is well worth it.

Yelp
AceBounce is a fun, lively spot downtown that offers ping pong, shuffleboard, karoake, and other fun activities and games. It's a great place to bring a big group! My friends and I stopped by for the Rise and Dine Bottomless Brunch and had a fantastic time. The buffet menu included Waffle Lollipop, Raspberry Beignet Bites, Chocolate Hazelnut tarts, Breakfast Pizza, Margherita Pizza, and Frittatas (loved these). As for drinks, the staff had our cups filled with mimosas and Bellinis. There was also a Bloody Mary bar for the savory drink lovers. The staff was so friendly and made sure my group was always having the best time. Shoutout to Neil and Krissy who got us hyped for karoake and helped keep score during our ping pong games. However, the only thing that prevented this from being the best experience was my lack of interaction with the sales team that manages reservations. I needed to make a change to the number in my party and I had a hard time getting a hold of the sales team, despite a handful of calls and e-mails. Although the decrease of the party size was acknowledged through email, I was not able to discuss pricing alteration with anyone even though the change was made 48 hours prior to reservation. I hope that this was a one off experience, but I recommend that others be wary of this if making a reservation here for a group.

Yelp
This has got to be one of the most fun group outings I've had! Please make this one of your destinations for brunch this summer. The brunch buffet was decent.. nothing too crazy, but definitely satisfying. The staff were so friendly and involved! They made sure they grabbed us for group games (with other tables) and karaoke. It's so much fun and I will definitely be going again. Especially because I won a free 90min ping pong game during my visit ;)

Yelp
This was super fun! We just went as a date but it would probably be more fun as a group. Drinks were good too and they always made sure we were taken care of.

Yelp
Oh !!!!! This place is very cool . I seen it in the Butterfly Table Tennis site. I was coming to Chicago so I set my sites on coming here. My daughter and I had a great time. They have many Ping Ping tables. I prefer to call them Table Tennis tables. Ok here is the thing. You walk in and follow the stairs down to an entertainment extravaganza. If you play table tennis you will be in AWE. I never seen a place like this , well a restaurant, bar and table tennis tables. Lots of them , I think 16 or so. Plenty of room between tables for recreational play. They do have a few tables that are in different rooms for more serious players. We rented a table for 90 minutes, we brought our own paddles, but AceBounce provides everything. Paddles , balls and of course tables. Nice thing about this is you have a basket of balls at each table. So if you mis-hit a ball , you don't have to chase it. Watch out though , balls on the floor, but they do ( the staff ) retrieve the balls and fills up the basket on your table. The staff is aware of your actions as you play and are very agile in getting around the action filled tables. Ok they serve food also. I had Pepperoni Puzza. This was not on the menu , but the made it special for me. They do serve a variety of food. Yes my pizza was delicious. Had a few beers , but the best part of the night. I played Table Tennis with my daughter. I can't remember when we played last as I had a table at home when she was growing up. 30 years ago maybe. Well anyway she played great. We had a blast. Stopping at times to consume our food. Then back at the table. Great fun . I do wish they had a challenge table. Still everyone was having fun , laughing, eating and drinking. They also have shuffleboard tables . Very cool place. Even if you don't play table tennis, stop here get some great food and drinks. You will be entertained by watching the Table Tennis Players. I wish they would open one in Raleigh or Chapel Hill, NC. Great place , I highly recommend coming here.

Yelp
Loves the vibes and there were ping pong games to play. Kinda expensive but drinks and food were amazing. Recommend coming here with a group of friends or a date!

Yelp
So much fun at this place! The ambiance is Excellent. Music was great and we played ping pong for an hour and a half and I could not stop laughing!

Yelp
It is definitely a place that's worth visiting. The atmosphere is great and you will love it if you are into table tennis. It's THE PLACE to play ping pong!i don't know about you but I like to remain active and that was a perfect combo between liquor and activities. I went in a group setting and it just provided for the best experience. The food was delicious. Since it was a work event it was preordered. There will multiple vegetarian options like mozzarella sticks, quinoa tacos, margaritas and veggie pizzas. I can attest that they were all phenomenal!! For the meat eaters there were beef tacos, chicken and veggie pizza, chicken tenders and many other options. The desserts were delicious as well - brownies and cookies for the win! The drinks were decent but not the best tasting nor quality I have had. The cosmopolitan was a little too sweet but the espresso martini was on point. Overall, I had a fantastic time and will definitely go back again. And I'm looking forward to it.

Yelp
My work decided to have one of our social events here on a Wednesday night which I was super excited about since my childhood consisted many ping pong matches with friends and family (we had a ping pong table). We arrived for our reservation were given a large space on the side by the host stand away from the rest of the crowd which felt a lot more intimate and overall a perfect setting. We played plenty of ping pong matches and ordered food and drinks. Everything was great, although I guess the person in our team who booked the time for us didn't realize we only had 90 minutes (we thought we have 2 hours). So someone told us we had to leave soon given the reservation was up shortly. My boss asked a team member if we were able to add more time to our reservation and she was a little bit snarky with him in her tone. Like we get that you have reservations and deal with shitty people all the time, but you can be a little bit nicer. Anyways, overall we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place!

Yelp
"This was the most fun I've had in a long time." - my cousin I was showing around Chicago This place is FUN. If you're looking for a place to take your friends/date for drinks and some friendly competition, this place is IT. We grabbed food with friends near the river walk for dinner, and then made our way across the bridge to AceBounce. We didn't have reservations and they weren't taking walk ins so we ended up making a reservation for a few hours later, and walked next door to Flight Club to hang out until it was our time. GREAT Friday night vibes with the lights and the music that got us dancing while playing ping pong. They currently have a deal where margaritas and margarita pizzas are all $8 each!! It's a month long deal that ends around the first week of April, so don't miss out!! We all got margaritas and paid for a 90 minute ping pong session. Such a unique concept, great ambiance, great drinks, and wonderful staff! The best part about playing ping pong here is that there's a bin full of balls at each table so no matter your skill level you won't be running around chasing balls all over the place. The staff also come around and pick up balls to put back in the bin every so often so you never run out! Wonderful service and everything was a great price. For $8 per person for a 90-minute session this is a STEAL. Guaranteed great time. Looking forward to coming back very soon!

Yelp
I've been to this venue twice so far. I decide to host my building annual Holiday Party here this year. The total spent was around 11K. My initial interaction with the sales person was not the best. She came over very elite and was not super helpful to be honest, but I looked past that because I know she was only one person. One the day of the actual event, the on-site staff were very helpful. I would like to shoutout Ashia. She tended to our needs and our residents absolutely adored here. The food was about a 3 out of for us as well. The pizza tasted as if it had been sitting for hours, the Philly sliders were weird tasting, but the chicken thighs and whipped ricotta were a fan fav. All in all would I host another party at Ace Bounce, probably not. It's a great place to go on a smaller level.

Yelp
What a fun and different kind of place to go! My friend mentioned she had played table tennis while in Chicago, so we had to find it and check it out. They do offer pool as well, but they have all kinds of table tennis going on. They supply a box with plenty of balls, because uh hemmm...you might lose one or two during the game. I killed my boyfriend at this game. It was so fun to not only play, but to demolish him. Okay, maybe he did get a game or two, but I was overall champ...not competitive at all, am I? You can order food and drinks. They have a full bar. He doesn't drink, and I very rarely do, so we stuck with food. He got these sliders, and I got the mini chicken tacos. They were good! I was impressed with the food. We scarfed it all up. The only thing is the menu was pretty limited. I saw pics on Yelp of food that wasn't even available, and sure it's because they are short staffed. You pay by the hour here, and I can't remember how much it was but I think it was close to $40, but I just really enjoyed doing something active, something unique. They played good music too. If you want to try your skills and do something outside the box, come here! I don't think you will be disappointed.

Yelp
I came here on a weekend to hangout with my friends. The prices have recently been raised so make sure to call in to confirm before booking. Overall it was a fun experience but the food was just average. The elotes dip had a weird after taste too it and I could really tell what it was. The hummus was made from non traditional ingredients and I wasn't the biggest fan of it (very grainy). Also, the chips were kind of stale. They did have a lot of vegetarian options so will have to check those out.
google avatar

Yelp
Love AceBounce! It's underground and enormous, with a bunch of ping pong tables. You do have to rent in advance because it's almost impossible to walk in and get a table. There's one beer pong table as well, and it's quite a challenge because instead of plastic cups they use metal ones that make the balls bounce everywhere! Service is phenomenal and friendly, and there are a decent number of appetizers available for a cheap price. Drinks are a little expensive but honestly don't know many other places where White Claws are less than $8! Highly recommend for groups and parties!
google avatar

Maria D.

Yelp
Our Corporate Outing was a great success because of their amazing chef Nina who turned all appetizers into culinary art , so delicious, they deserve a Michelin Star and our waitress Zoie -- excellent service!! We thought this place was a great value, not too expensive, yet classy and trendy, with a retro vibe! Interesting cocktails, decent wine list and great music! Bravo!
google avatar

Shelby B.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick drink during HH - $5 select lagunitas or kettle one you call it! We both opted for kettle one, but couldn't taste the booze in either of our cocktails so we ended up leaving before finishing. While the drinks were disappointing I'm still rating 4 stars, because the vibes were on point! Extremely lively with the various people playing ping pong. The aesthetic was a balance between vibrant and mysterious - kind of like alice in wonderland. The TVs above the bar had sarcastic, on trend tweets from the company on a loop and upcoming events. Every Saturday they host a throwback 90's brunch for $45/person. I'd come back to give the non-HH drinks another shot and try out the food!

Yelp
I came here last week to vet this spot for a company happy hour I was planning. My test run took place on a thursday and it was PACKED, but on a wednesday night it was pretty dead. service was slow both nights, which was surprising considering my group ran a $1500 tab on drinks alone. Booking our event was made so easy by Bianca who helped us plan the whole affair in a matter of days, from availability to planning the menu. The space we rented was more than enough room for our group of 10, and the group made good use of the ping pong and shuffleboard tables available to us. The drink selection seemed thin, but we had a great menu and everyone raved about the food. Overall, acebounce makes for a great happy hour whether you have a small group of friends or a company outing.

Nathan W.

Yelp
Ping pong is fun, concept is cool . The food is awful . Has a weird chemical flavor. Probably won't be back

Yelp
Robert the bartender made the night so unique with the drinks he served us The piña colada is another level thank you for the good experience Robert we will be back

Yelp
Love Acebounce. We frequent this place because we are ping pong players and because it's much cheaper than SPiN and the employees, to be honest, are nicer... lol. They have good deals running all the time for brunch and for unlimited play. I also threw a huge event for 75 people here recently, and everything was well planned and on time. Thanks, Acebounce, see you soon!

Yelp
A wonder Hollywood night. I had three hamburgers, two tacos, and no alcoholic at all. It was a sigh of my extraordinary self-discipline.

John E.

Yelp
Went here with a few friends to celebrate a friend getting married. The concept was very enticing, an upscale bar and restaurant with ping pong. What didn't make sense was being removed from the establishment due to a manager's power trip. I was grabbed forcibly by the wrist while interacting with the bar tender. Turns out one of our group made the unforgivable sin of asking to sub in while within earshot of an employee. Rather than politely correcting us or perhaps returning the paddles to the front desk, it was decided that the the entire group must be immediately dispatched from the facility. I guess even watching friends play while enjoying your drink at the bar is an unforgivable offense when ping pong is involved. While we ultimately left peacefully we were immensely confused. Considering the place was nearly empty at 10:30 on a Friday they're hurting for business. Stay away. Stay far far far away.
google avatar

Josh M.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE- CAME WITH A GROUP OF 12 AND WE GOT KICKED OUT! Their pricing makes no sense, you can't just rent a table, you pay per person per table and if someone is standing near the table or hits a single ball you pay for them. The manager has no business sense to see that 4 people playing ping pong plus 8 others buying drinks will make them far more money. Because we violated their insane policy the bouncers came over and pushed our group of 12 mid-thirty year olds including a pregnant woman out of the bar. Insane.
google avatar

Beth D.

Yelp
Acebounce is amazing, we have been going there for many years now and it is a place that makes our whole family laugh and smile. We are terrible at pingpong and maybe thats what makes it better. I did get my wallet stolen there and this was a bad night but Acebounce took care of the bill and gave us a free night they were so wicked wicked sorry and so compassionate it made a horrible experience better. You will never regret going to Acebounce. The fries are amazing, and the pizza. A great night for friends and family. Also no one gets mad when you hit the ball across the room or hit people with the ball.... its all good fun!

Yelp
A great spot to stop in for some quick drinks after work!! WHAT I ORDERED: I took advantage of the happy hour deal and got a $5 ketel one vodka soda! I enjoyed it immensely! VIBE: Sooo fun! It has ping pong (for an extra cost) and a lot of seating! Definitely a fun space for an after work happy hour, and a weekend night party for sure. OVERALL: I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely go back! I think they also had some great appetizer options on the happy hour menu as well.

Dee H.

Yelp
This review is mainly for their brunch series- don't go. I went when it was $45- the mimosas barely had any champagne and they were slow serving them, the food tasted like bland microwaveable snacks, the selection was SUPER small and they didn't have dessert! Still had fun b/c I had good company but I wouldn't waste $45 on it again... and they increased their price to let $60. There are too many good brunch places in Chicago for y'all to be serving food like this at that price tag . How do you expect repeat guests? This is coming from someone who loves AceBounce and was super excited about the idea of these brunches. Outside of that- I love this place. Go in the evening, save your money, the food is not worth it.

Sarah W.

Yelp
Good food, fun theme. Somewhat loud, but a fun experience. The drink menu is a lot of fun!

Yelp
AceBounce is so fun! I was here a few years ago for a company sponsored event and more recently for my husband's 28th birthday. I can't speak to the food or drinks but the atmosphere is great and the staff is so friendly. We spent $16 for 90 minutes of nonstop ping pong and it was worth every penny. They also have shuffleboard and beer pong, and you can add time for an additional fee, though 90 minutes was perfect for the two of us. The staff gave my husband a birthday card with coupons for our next visit. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture! We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Gloria E.

Yelp
Super cool vibes at the bar and a kind bartender. Came on a weeknight expecting to play some games, but apparently every single table and game was rented out for several company parties. Asking the bartender about it, he said that most of the money they make is from events like that. Wondering if they should make it more obvious online when they are all booked out during happy hours... The cocktails were good and everyone who was playing looked like they had a fun time, though...

Javon H.

Yelp
Bad food, horrible service, an adult chuckle cheese nothing special. Recommend other places with better experience and they don't rush you out. Also friend had a bad stomach ache after one bite of pizza. Not a good sign!

Yelp
Summer & Natalie are the best! Such a fun place with more than just a bar, and next level service!

Yelp
Fun place to drop in on a cold and rainy day (or any day really). Reminded me a bit of Spin in NYC but classier and sexier. Full bar and good happy hour deals. Conducive to getting some good games going on. Also adjacent to Flight Club Darts so it's easy to switch playgrounds. Clean and spacious bathroom playing Justin Timberlake's Senorita so that was pretty dope.
google avatar

Yelp
What a fun way to spend 90 minutes playing shuffleboard and ping ping. My husband and I made a reservation for 90 minutes of ping pong and when we walked in and saw that they had shuffleboard, too, we asked if we could do both. We were lucky they were able to accommodate our request. We had a lot of fun playing both games. The staff was all very nice and we really felt welcomed and comfortable. This would be a great date night, friends night, couples night, or just wanting to pass some time. Very fun!

Yelp
I've been to Acebounce before. I typically have gone on the weekends early afternoon with no reservations, usually fairly easy to get a table. We usually have some drinks & and appetizers & play some pong. Great time.... But recently, I had attempted to go on Saturday, August 26th, for my husband's birthday. When we got there at 1:40pm. We were turned away because we were not interested in the $49. brunch ping pong special. We just wanted to rent a table and buy some drinks & possibly appetizers. The two ladies at the hostess stand said we couldn't unless we paid the 49.00 each. So, we left and enjoyed our afternoon elsewhere. But, I can't believe that at 1:40pm, they would turn us away, then let us just pay to rent the table and buy drinks. If the kitchen wasn't open, except for buffett Brunch, we were okay with that. ( I don't particularly care for brunch food) But then, I only saw one table where people were playing Ping pong. The place was empty. I don't understand?

Yelp
Had our longer visit today and everything was still awesome. We had a 2-hr play with 8 people, and everyone had a good amount of time playing. We also got to try a good variety of food - Millionaire's Bacon, Garlicky Cheese Stick, Korean Short Rib Bao Buns with French Fries, Ginger Pork Dumplings, Smoked Cheddar & Mustard with Soft Pretzels, and Cheese & Black Beans with Chips. All food tasted good and my favorites were the Soft Pretzels and Millionaire's Bacon. Again, it was a fun night out with friends.

Yelp
Perfect place to go. It was 4pm and we tried to play darts at flight club but they have a rule that no kids under 18 are allowed to throw darts from 4-close for insurance reasons. We happen to be travelling with our kids this trip so darts were out. The manager was nice enough to walk us downstairs to AceBounce to play ping pong. We were able to get a table right away. We had a friendly server and there were happy hour specials. The pretzels with cheese sauce were delicious and the beer was cold. Can't wait to go back on our next trip!

Yelp
Super fun place to hang out on a date or in groups. Even if you don't know how to place ping pong, there are instructors there to help you out along the way. Great service and communication by the wait staff and front desk. Also, there is a sit down area for meals or you can order snacks to have at your play area. Make sure you book in advance as reservations get filled up during busy times as after work or weekends.

Yelp
Came here on Thursday, October 25 for a staff happy hour event. I had never been here before or knew that it existed. From the reviews I think this place is about 2 years young. Walk in and go downstairs where there was a huge room full on fun! Ping pong tables, nice sized bar and friendly staff. Our work organization had a reserved spot right by the ping pong tables. I hadn't played ping pong since I was a kid! What a great concept. There was a costume contest and my coworkers didn't disappoint. When it was time for the contestants to be judged, the lights turned off and the place had special lighting that allowed our costumes to glow in the dark!!! Such a cool surprise! What else was cool? That I won 1st place in the costume contest. Booyah! We had appetizers of a vegetable, cheese and meat tray that was delicious. And I was shocked, near the end of the event, the establishment brought out to go boxes so those that wanted to take some food leftovers could which is rare but I loved it and took full advantage. This place is a winner and a must try. I can't wait to come again and will suggest that we return here for another happy hour event. Thanks AceBounce! A+!

Yelp
If you are looking to celebrate your birthday look no further highly suggest AceBounce ! It was my first time and it will not be my last. Honestly I decided this place based on it being a weekday and wanting an activity to do too and it was a great decsion. From the moment we walked in hostess Angie was very informative and excitement started there. Also it's 2022 so bring those vaccinated cards good to know everyone entering is vaccinated and staying safe . The space is very accommodating so if you do have a big party this is a place to be. Like I said we were there on a Tuesday so I was not expecting it to be too busy but I liked that it wasn't empty. It is in the heart of the city so we were bound to run into 9-5s. Natalie was our server and she suggested some delicious food ! Chef Alex was so sweet when our second table came food did come in late but he made sure to acknowledge that and the comp shrimp taco was amazing highly suggest. Actually all the food was delicious . Who doesn't love a drink happy hour !? The Elote dip does need to be creamier but still would order. Alex server and bartender also made sure drinks were flowing which we appreciated. We were also happy to meet TJ who I think as the manager nonetheless he made sure our time was nothing but 5 stars he really knows how to make a birthday girl feel special, complimentary shots and a birthday card . Also we did meet Whitney who made sure our ping pong experience was great . Don't knock ping pong down it actually is super fun and tiring still feeling the arm workout . Overall great place to be and the music hit after hit with some throwbacks . Can't wait to come back ! Thank you AceBounce for a great birthday !

Yelp
I had so much fun her playing ping pong for an hour. I came with my brother and the price was so reasonable we could have stayed for hours if we didn't have a play to catch! the drinks were really really good I had the pina colada one and i loved it. The waitresses were very attentive and helpful. I was nervous at first because I was told you're not supposed to clean up your own balls but the waitresses went around with a net collecting all the balls which made me feel better. It was very aesthetically appealing inside and I overall had a great time! Definitely check it out and have some fun!

Yelp
We came here to play some ping pong and watch college basketball. They have a ton of tables so getting a reservation for one isn't too hard even on a Friday night. The music was a great mix of current hits and throwbacks from the 2000s. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong for 90 minutes at $8 per person and the drinks were reasonably priced. All the employees were incredibly nice and helpful. We would definitely return with a group of friends in the future for a fun night.

Yelp
The venue itself is spacious and cool. The music, environment, service, and drinks are all great. I took away a star because of my latest experience.. it was my first time ordering food here. The menu surprised me with their Asian inspiration, but I needed a snack, so we got the Korean BBQ bao buns and Shrimp Dumplings. The bao buns were very dry and stale, and the meat was a little tough.. The flavor was too sweet, but also extremely salty at the same time. The shrimp dumplings were so confusing- definitely not the typical dumplings you would think of. They were mini bite-sized shrimps covered with some kind of dry breading and hardly any seasoning.. The mango dipping sauce didn't help. The fries were the only decent thing to eat, but average. On these two dishes alone, I'd give 1 star, I was so disappointed!! Maybe I just selected bad choices?

Yelp
The food quite frankly here is a joke-- I waited 25 minutes for a simple order of seasoned fries that were initially delivered to the wrong person. They then had to re-make them. When the operations manager came over to apologize it seemed as if I was inconveniencing him by being there and ordering food. I went here as part of a hosted company event, and generally it sucked from the services provided by the venue. It's basically a bunch of ping pong tables, a bar with warmed appetizers and poorly trained bar staff. A bit more was expected given that this place is in the center of a city where you have to serve at least decent food in a consistent manner. Don't get me wrong, the ping pong was fun with my co-workers. In the general case, this place is a meat market for young professionals that don't have anything better to do.

Yelp
I had been here once before, but this was a private company function so it wasn't as crowded or noisy as before. The bartenders were friendly and helpful, they had a nice selection of wine and beer (well, maybe too many IPAs, no seasonal Oktoberfests, but the Riesling was good) and the food was good. It was catered with mini tacos, crudite, pizza, cheese sticks, plain cheese, sliders, and cookies/brownies for dessert! We had plenty leftover. The lower-level space itself had 20 (30?) ping pong tables. There were tables a few feet from them and some tables way on the side. Corner tables are a good idea for those who want quiet. I worried that while trying to eat a ball would land in my food, but it didn't! They were very quick to go around with a net to pick up balls. There were 'coaches' there with pep and enthusiasm to tell us the rules and keep score. The reception was awful, even outside, but a 'private' room gave me a signal. Plenty of nice, clean bathrooms too.

Yelp
This place was so much fun. We ordered drinks andd played a few rounds oof ping-pong. Balls are flying everywhere and all over the floor which is hilarious. Just be ready to be hit. They have a full bar and food. There were a variety of ping-pong games to play. The staff was super awesome. We will definitely be back.
