We reserved a table, unknowingly, for the day before the menu changed from Winter to Spring; a few of the items on the menu were out of stock like the Cod and Scallops.
I ended up getting the Beef Bourguignon. It was very well seasoned, and you could smell the wine in the bourguignon sauce. The meat was a bit dry, in my opinion, and it had more carrots than potatoes and mushrooms. Overall, I really enjoyed this dish. The rich and savory bourguignon is so amazing.
