The 24 Best Restaurants In Venice, Italy - Venice - The Infatuation

"When you finish your tour of Basilica San Marco, you’re only one bridge away from this spot, where you should start with the signature small anchovy-topped pizza and a refreshing spritz. When the weather is nice, there are outside tables in the Campo Santi Filippo e Giacomo, but the inside space that’s lined with wine bottles makes for a great place to warm up in the winter with a glass of Valpolicella." - gillian mcguire, carlo mantuano

This restaurant is great for pizza! It smelt so good when it arrived that some of it was gone before I could take a picture. The topping we had was tomato, smoked cheese, buffalo mozerella ruccola anchovies. It was called Mediterranean. The smoked cheese and tomato tasted really lovely. We also had sea bass with ratatouille which was a healthy option that settled our stomachs after we had lots of creamy food in Rome. I am sad we are leaving Venice today so cannot come back for another meal.

Excellent food. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. We were recommended by a local and it was a wonderful experience (forgot to take more pictures because the food was too good). A must when visiting Venice

Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the Capricciosa pizza! Best pizza I’ve had while visiting Venice. Also, the service was optimal.♥️Too bad for you if you miss this charming restaurant.

Excellent food. Not your normal pizza. Specialty craft beers and wonderful wine selection. A wonderful lunch.

Visited in April 2024. This restaurant became our favourite for 4 days while we were staying in Venice. There is a big list of pizzas in the menu but in fact I loved not only their pizzas but all the other dishes which I tasted from the menu. The thing which I did love here was the staff. They are friendly, helpful and try to meet all the needs /wishes of their guests. A few times we asked to add/exclude some ingredients and every time they did it. Lunches and dinners in the restaurant made our visit really warm. Thank you 🤗

We had such a delicious lunch here that we came back for dinner. Wait staff were kind and attentive, and prices reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. The owner also owns a Michelin rated restaurant next door and the dishes show the benefit of that association. Would definitely recommend.
