This was such a nice pitstop for us! Good: - The acai bowl as small, but it was filled with so much flavor and taste! - The grain bowl was amazing - huge portion size and felt so healthy as we were eating it, there's a lot of veggies and the sauce isn't too heavy - The chai tea was really good too - nice and sweet - The interior is adorable, it's a casual but upscale place with super nice AC in the hot summer days too - Price was good and food came quickly too Bad: - The outdoor patio was full by the time we got there! More our fault, though for not coming earlier Overall this was a solid experience and I liked how new and clean this place is.

My friends and I enjoyed a very nice lunch here at this relatively new cafe. The interior decor was nicely done. I like that you order at the counter and the food is delivered to you.Beryl was absolutely charming and attentive to our needs. Everyone had a salad and loved theirs. The salad I had was mediocre so I just wouldn’t order it next time. It looks like their breakfast and brunch menu is something I’d really like. Also, the mimosas were on point. They were perfectly balanced- not a huge amount of orange juice. I enjoyed a perfectly creamy latte after the meal.

Love this place! They had really great food, vibes, as well as indoor and outdoor seating options. You order at the counter and then they bring the food out to you. I got a tea, gluten free treat, and salad. Everything tasted great! The bathrooms were solid, too. They had a lot of merch available specific and non-specific to the store.

A busy cafe with many options for breakfast and other foods. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available. You place your order and grab a table as you find and like. Food is towards the smaller portions but tastes very good. Service is quick.

We were pleasantly surprised by this modern take on breakfast. The prices felt a bit steep for a counter service spot, compared to other spots in town. With that in mind, there are limited places for breakfast so I’m glad the food was tasty. We got the lemon lavender hotcake and green eggs and ham, which were both delightful.

Very enjoyable dining experience. It was much slower and quieter than usual as I had my brunch. The ambiance is nice, wonderful light and interior patterns, plenty of seating inside and out, and located right off the plaza! Clean restrooms here too. It can get crowded but the lines to order move quickly and their service is fast. Seating is another story. My "Benny and the Jets" was delicious and came with a nice sauce and crispy potatoes, just the way I like them! My Americano was spot on too!

The food here is amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We made reservations for our group of 10 which turned to 14 and everyone loved the spot. Thank you Acorn Cafe!

We had an amazing private event at the Acorn Cafe, and it’s such a great place. The decoration is beautiful and stylish. It has a family-friendly feel with a touch of elegance. The service was wonderful, and the food was excellent. Great location too! Can't wait to come again to try their Shakshuka.

The breakfast selections here are a refreshing change of pace from the typical hotcake, waffle, and omelette eateries. We loooooved the Lemon Ricotta Hotcake, which had a lovely scoop of tart Lemon Lavender ice cream on it. For the savory portion of our shared meal, we tried the Benedict, which was prepared with sourdough bread, a brown butter hollandaise, thick cut bacon, and wonderfully prepared tri-color potatoes. Cappuccino and lattes were also delicious. Order at the counter and seat yourself in a casual, attractive dining space, constantly being cleared and kept spotless by the efficient and friendly staff. Will return!

We lucked out and had an outside table next to the fireplace... very happy and warm. I did an impulse order and had the lemon ricotta hotcake (my plan was to split it) and a salad (to make up for my over-delicious first choice). I gotta be honest, I have no idea what salad I ordered, but it had way way too many chia seeds. However, I could not have care less because the ricotta hotcake was super amazeballs! If calories were magically wished away, I would eat three!

What a good choice for breakfast. I was looking for a place to eat, as we had only had a cup of coffee on this day. The reviews were solid, and it looked like it was a good place to hit, as there was not much of a line, and there were many open tables. The menu looked awesome, and it made it somewhat difficult to pick something out. I settled on the Huevos Rancheros, and my wife had the avocado toast. These choices did not disappoint. The Huevos Ranchos had a nice amount of spice to it. I really enjoyed it. The avocado toast, was a solid selection for my wife, with the very dense bread, and a good amount of avocado, along with a soft cooked egg on top. She shared part of it with me, it was very good. I've got to say, the service in this place was very good. My coffee cup never got lower than about halfway before someone came along asking if I wanted more. We were offered additional water for our water, pitcher, all around, amazing service. There's lots of seating inside and outside at this place, so seems like it's readily available.

It was extremely busy on a Sunday morning but it was fairly easy to grab a table and our food didn't take too long to arrive. I tried the avocado toast which was filled with lots of flavor and my partner had the chicken sandwich that came with chips! The iced snicker doodle latte was also amazing as it was not too sweet. We were asked multiple times how our food was and the ambience was great. Also found this amazing hot sauce that is filled with clean ingredients!

Breakfast Burger...boom! If you haven't tried it yet, run, don't walk to the new Acorn Cafe in Healdsburg! Yesterday was the day! I ordered two burgers to-go yesterday (one for me, one for him - no sharing this time!). Ordered online and received a text when my order was ready - so easy. I picked up at the counter - no need to wait in line - and my food carried home nicely. I've never had a burger with an egg on it - I'm into it. Flavor and added protein! The bacon is from local Journeyman - crispy, savory goodness! We added cheese and opted for no aioli, just a personal preference. And the bun is homemade yum! The Breakfast Burger is a symphony of deliciousness! I had planned to eat half the burger for lunch and save half for dinner, but what was I thinking?! I ate it all for lunch and loved ever last lick! And it comes with a side of greens, which we love! I look forward to another Breakfast Burger in the near future, but am also eager to try their Fried Chicken Sando. Thankful for this new breakfast/lunch spot (and the fab humans who run it)!

I recently discovered a charming new cafe in Healdsburg, and it quickly became one of my favorites. From the moment I walked in, the aesthetic of the place caught my eye, the ambiance is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. The ordering process is simple: you place your order at the counter and then bring your number to your table to be served. I was most excited to try the tiramisu French toast, and it did not disappoint. The combination of rich flavors and the perfect balance of sweetness made it a standout dish. I also opted for the rose and cardamom latte, which was wonderfully fragrant and had just the right amount of sweetness, making it the ideal complement to my meal. The restaurant's aesthetic and ambiance immediately caught my attention, and the food exceeded my expectations. We arrived around 10:30 on a weekend, and while it was busy, it wasn't overly crowded. They offer both indoor and patio seating, which is nice. The ordering process is simple: you place your order at the front counter, choose a seat, and the server brings the food to your table. Of all the dishes we tried, my favorite was the Healdsburg Shakshuka--it was absolutely divine! The servers were friendly and even brought us extra bread to enjoy with the dish. Honestly, all the food was fantastic, and I have no complaints. I'd definitely recommend Acorn Cafe for a delicious and satisfying brunch!

My husband LOVED his breakfast burger. Unfortunately, there were major issues with my order. But the owner took really excellent care of us. It was our first time there, so the way he went above and beyond for us really made an impression.

We stopped in at the Acorn Cafe on our way from Little River to San Fran. After an hour of twisty turning road, I needed a break, lol. A quick google of "breakfast near me" brought up the highly-reviewed Acorn Cafe. This town and this cafe were both a surprising gem. The people were friendly, attentive, and kind. The space is bright, open, cozy and they have a wonderful outdoor patio that welcomes dogs. The food was delicious and my dining companion was blown away by the shaved chocolate in the Tiramisu French Toast. Whether you live close or are just passing through, this place is a gem. And the downtown area has wonderful shopping too!

Such a cute cafe and loved the presentation of their dishes. Got the tiramisu French toast and wow it truly amazed me. Wasn't overly sweet either. The avocado toast was just ok. Little too healthy for my taste with all the grains but definitely want to come back and try other dishes

My friends and I came here on a Sunday and surprisingly the wait time wasn't too bad! The restaurant is set up in a way where we order food at the counter and get a buzzer to wait at a table with. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating and all of the decorations around the restaurant were super cute! The staff were also very attentive and friendly, which was a huge plus. I ended up ordering the Peach Matcha latte with oat milk, 'Shop Local' Benedict and the Tiramisu French Toast. I've never tried peach matcha before but the flavors worked surprisingly well together! The Benedict was delicious, a bit too saucy for my liking but still very tasty - the order also came with a large amount of various colored potatoes which was a nice variety. The French Toast felt a bit denser than most French toasts, maybe the sauces haven't marinated enough into the breading? But it was still very yummy nonetheless. A couple of my friends also ordered the Healdsburg Shakshuka and the Steak Sando. The Shakshuka came on a hot plate and was very saucy in a good way. The Steak Sando was packed with ingredients and what seemed like homemade chips so that was a solid option as well. Overall, such a cute brunch place and the wait for food was not long at all. Will definitely stop by again when we're in town!

We ordered Avocado Toast and Egg Shakshuka. We were both very happy with our choices. Myvwife commented they made her a perfect dry cappuccino. I got a latte and Acorn Bloody Mary. You order at the counter and choose your table. We did not have a wait.

This place is fairly new, and the food looked pretty great so I decided to check it out for brunch on a Sunday morning. The place is nice and cosy. You order at the counter, get a little buzzer for your table, and find a seat. When the food is ready it'll be given to you. Nearer to the bathroom there's children's books. They have a cool swag section and cool stuff you can buy on the shelves . The staff was very friendly, and it was packed (like I said- new place. A new poppin place to eat). The food was pricy, but incredibly tasty. And the portions were fantastic . I was very happy with it. I ordered the breakfast burger, and my partner ordered the eggs Benedict . The potato's were fantastic, and the salad was exceptional- those were just the sides! The food is well worth the price, and you do get a good chunk. Acorn cafe also has their own coffee which was tasty as well. The silverware and plates was kinda fancy. Very happy, and I'd definitely check out more on their menu.

This place was busy but wasn't hard to find a table bc people go in and out pretty quickly. You order at the cashier and find a table type of service. This place is a bit pricy. We all ordered separately (entree and a drink) and it comes out to ~$25-$30 pp including tip. I ordered the breakfast burger and a matcha latte. The burger was very filling and tasty. I asked to have the egg to be over easy rather than sunny side up to be less runny. The side of salad could use a bit more dressing since I barely tasted it. I took a bite of my friend's tiramisu French toast and that was really good! I thought the ice cream paired really well with it.

The old Oakville Grocery interior has been completely renovated and updated. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, with plenty of space between tables. Whoever designed this restaurant knew what they were doing. I got the daily special, a cornbeef rueben with French fries, with an IPA on draft. Partner got huevos rancheros with coffee. Partner kept commenting how good the coffee was. Food was perfectly seasoned and we loved both dishes. We are super happy that we stopped in for lunch and we're both looking forward to trying more items from the menu.

A nice, relaxed cafe in downtown Healdsburg with a nice outdoor seating area. Got the Steak Sando and Tiramisu French Toast. The Steak sandwich was tasty and the meat was tender enough to be able to get the meat and the rest of the sandwich in the same bite. The French Toast was very pretty to look at, but the bread was a bit too thick and dense in comparison to the toppings. The coffee ice cream it came with was nice though.

Was sad to see the grocer here close but was excited to try this spot. It's incredibly modern and has a nice airy ambiance to it. I love that it's extremely accessible to anyone of any mobility level and pet friendly. The outdoor seating is just as comfortable as the indoor. When it came to their coffees, they were pretty good with the Dutch Cookie being my favorite to get anytime I come in. With food, I mainly stick to the Breakfast Burger. It's slightly bland but is an incredible hangover cure after a busy weekend or night. Great spot for the family to fuel up before heading out around the square.

Great Service! Friendly people. Great coffee. My breakfast sando was great. Husband loved his fried chicken sando. Kid thought there were too many nuts in the avocado toast - but that's him. Deli vibe and very casual. Order at counter. I would go again.

Just had brunch there for the first time. I had Huevos Rancheros (delicious) and my husband had the Eggs Benedict which he loved. The beans in my dish were undercooked, but the dish was well-seasoned. Warning: If don't like cilantro, this dish was loaded with it! I'm sure they could leave it off though. Their orange juice is great too. Definitely will be back!

Beautiful new venue (open now for 5 months). Clean and very efficient restaurant with great service and delicious food. My husband and I had the 'Shop Local' Benedict', Journeyman Bacon, Brown Butter Hollandaise, Goguette Sourdough, Acorn Breakfast Potatoes and the meal was delicious! They do serve breakfast cocktails, a delicious Bloody Mary (according to my husband) and you can't go wrong with a mimosa (which was my preference). For breakfast, this is our new breakfast restaurant of choice!

While walking around, we noticed this place was packed and decided to check out the menu. When I saw the Lemon Ricotta Hotcake, I knew we had to give this place a try. You order at the counter and find yourself a table. It's a cute little place with indoor and outdoor seating, fire place outside. We did have to wait quite a long time for our food to come out, but when you look around and see all the people it makes sense. The hotcake was incredible! The lemon flavors with lavender in the ice cream paired so well, and it was so thick and fluffy. My husband literally said "this is the best pancake I've had in my entire life." It's that good.

Decided to check out the Healdsburg farmers market with one of my friends and we were so hungry afterwards that we decided to enjoy brunch downtown. We stumbled upon Acorn Cafe because of the vibrant decor and the outdoor seating which was packed. Inside was cute and offered additional seating. We ordered our food and I ordered the breakfast burger because it was the first thing that caught my eye. And if you know me you know I am a huge fan of brunch so the burger made sense. We lucked out on a table that became available outside and food came out in about 20-25ish minutes (reasonable for a Saturday afternoon). That breakfast burger was 10/10. I didn't event realize that there was a hash brown until I took a bite and it was perfectly crispy. That burger alone was the perfect serving size. I even split it in half. Barely touched the salad, I think I would have preferred fruits or another side instead. Nonetheless, I highly recommend and cannot wait to come back. The facilities were super clean and the team is welcoming.

Great location, with a heated patio area. Contemporary furnishings and colors provide for a pleasant visual environment. Thats all great but to me, its all about THE FOOD. Which, BTW, was excellent. Well plated, visually engaging, and tasty in the extreme. What MORE can you ask for a great breakfast adventure?

We had an amazing experience at the Acorn Cafe (we were a group of hospitality professionals and chefs)! With a large group, we preordered our meals, and everything was seamless from start to finish. The service was fantastic--efficient, friendly, and perfectly coordinated. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. But the real standout was the chef, who was incredibly accommodating and made sure everyone was well taken care of. The highlight of our lunch? A surprise treat of warm, freshly baked cookies--such a thoughtful and delightful touch! It's rare to find a place that balances great food, excellent service, and genuine hospitality so well. Highly recommend!

I had been wanting to try this place since it's opened, excited by the sound of brown butter hollandaise sauce. You order at the counter so i forgot to ask for my eggs to be medium so i has to pick out the parts i don't like. I was thinking, should they have asked me? The sauce was tasty though, and the bacon used delicious, thick and high quality. I got salads on side in place of potatoes, which was average little handful. My friend got two fried eggs bacon and potatoes. He has to ask for eggs to be cooked harder. I think maybe it should be a question the order taker asks; how do you want your eggs cooked? I got a specialty coffee latte which was nice. I'd try the place again; portions and pricing are average. Service is fine, ambiance is mod, food presentations clean and modern.

Delish! Ok I'm a hash brown nerd. I like them crispy and no raw potato inside. They cook theirs in a waffle iron! This is my new hack. The whole thing was pretty epic. Loved having eggs poached on seeded sourdough. If we lived closer I'd come here more often.

I came here for brunch with my family the morning after a wedding and we all really enjoyed our food. It was convenient that we could order at the counter or sit down and use the QR code on the table to order at a table. I ordered the Shakshuka with poached eggs, and well, it was fine. I found myself jealous of everybody else's meal during brunch. My brother's eggs Benedict with brown butter hollandaise sauce was so amazing, and my mom's avocado toast was flavorful and tangy. I also really enjoyed the lemon ricotta hotcake with lemon lavender ice cream, which we all shared. The texture of the cupcake was almost like a fluffy biscuit, with the cake itself not being too sweet, which paired nicely with the sweetness of the cream. I would certainly come back if I am in Healdsburg area as I have my eye on the tiramisu French toast.

The remodel from Oakville Grocery did not disappoint, nicely done. The food was delicious and presentation was perfect. The staff was friendly. We will definitely be back to try more menu items.

The Shakshuka was soooooo delicious!!! I wanted more. The food came out in 10 minutes. Outside and inside were full. Volume of noise is pretty loud. The attendants were available. The chocolate cookie was superb!!

4 stars is very good from my perspective. 5 stars is exceptional, as in Michelin Star rated. The first time I tried acorn café, I absolutely loved what I ordered. I tried the Shop Local Benedict and it was absolutely perfectly done, the brown butter hollandaise was amazing. I could tell a lot of thought was put into everything on my plate. Definitely coming to try other menu items and update as i go. I highly recommend Acorn Cafe, and by the way breakfast is one of my favorite meals to eat any time of the day. It's been a very long time since a breakfast place has impressed me like Acorn has. Thanks for being a part of the community.

Another Foo Foo cafe not long for the world. Stopped on my bike ride for a coffee n pastry. Surprised by the white tables and all the apron wearing staff...quit a change from the Oakville grocery. Ordered an Americano & oat/nut/fig bar. Coffee quit good. As a home coffee roaster, that a compliment. The bar was WORLD CLASS! The good news...a menu of about a dozen items. That means what they do, they do well. Kudos! The bad news it was served on a ceramic plate with the numerous hoovering waitstaff asking if I wanted water and when I declined removed all the water glasses from my table. Seems like they have unsustainable expenses. Can they make a business based on tourists without much local support? Time will tell. I'm going back for a breakfast of Shakshuka while they're still there. May amend review after that.

Everything about the Acorn Café is outstanding! The brand new interior is bright, comfortable, and welcoming. There's also a beautiful outside patio with a fireplace and plenty of seating. The service is great, you order at the counter and you are served at your table. The servers are polite and looking to anticipate your needs. The food is excellent, the hardest decision will be what to try first! The eggs Benedict with bacon is one of my favorites, along with the chicken sandwich and the tiramisu French Toast. They also offer a wide range of delicious beverages from smoothies, coffees, teas, and a variety of beers and wines. Definitely try it out, you'll be impressed and wanting to come back!

Bread was hard as a rock and when I tried to cut it, potatoes flew everywhere. The potatoes were not warm and a bit mushy. The machiatto was ok just a tiny cup. Will not go to Acorn Cafe again.

This is wonderful coffee with a very friendly and helpful staff. They had alternative oat milk for my latte which is always appreciated.

Nice atmosphere. Yummy food. Beer is not here yet but what a great new spot. Very brunchy with only a steak or fried chicken sandwich in the sandwich department. And a nice looking green salad though I have not tried it yet.

Elevated "fast casual" (order at counter) spot with tasty brunch all day. The Shakshuka had a nice kick and all the food was fresh and tasty. They serve Black Oak coffee, which is a plus. Good for families. Great service and decor as well!

So I stopped by on day two and day three (today) still packing them in, so good to see! Nice to have some affordable food for the locals too thank you for doing that !!!! So I didn't have time to wait in line, but my friend was there having the bacon breakfast burger, so the bacon was amazing. Of course anything from Journey Man is legit. I went back to work to order online and it would not allow me to change the time after I put my credit card information in so I'll try next week. Congratulations you guys. I'm very excited about your new property as we're neighbors. Hoping you do something like you do at Black coffee, buy 10 get one free?! Would also love to get our Pinot Noir in there from Furthermore Wines .....

The food, service and atmosphere were a 10/10! All of the dishes were bursting with flavor. We had the huevos rancheros, fried chicken Sando, the ricotta pancake and a side of their crispy hash brown. A perfect Sunday brunch!

Stopped by for take-out. Took about 15 minutes. I got the avocado toast, which is delicious, and a blueberry scone, which was just "okay". I'll be back again to try something else soon.

This is my second time visiting this spot. Cost for brunch/lunch is not cheap by any means but the quality food is outstanding. My only gripe is that there is barely any food on my plate so would suggest to find ways to increase the content. One quick way to do so is to increase the slice of bread from 1 to 2 which can go a long way on such little food. If they can get the portion size fixed,this place will be pretty awesome. And don't order the wine as the pours are quite stingy.
