Impersonal rude service. Stay away.
I was given a coupon as a present for my birthday. I made a reservation for 4 P.M. on a weekday. In the morning of the reservation day, I woke-up with a flu. When I tried immediately to contact the reception I discovered that they answer only in the afternoon. I immediately wrote an e-mail to explain the situation asking for a rescheduling. Only in the early afternoon 3.30 PM I received this impersonal response "Hello,
just to remind you that in case of cancellation or change of reservation the customer is required to inform the reception within 24 hours of the expected date of arrival, failure to notify will result in the loss of the voucher. Regards"
This is not acceptable service, in my view, and, above all, is totally impersonal. If you expect to be treated as a number or anonymous client go ahead with them. Otherwise stay away from this place...
