Ad Lib Bangkok

We arrived much earlier than the check-in time and waited in the lobby as we were tired from an early flight. Although the room wasn’t ready yet, the hotel kindly upgraded our room due to the wait — which we truly appreciate, even though it wasn’t their fault. The service and overall experience have been excellent. The hotel has a relaxed, quiet atmosphere and feels more personal compared to larger commercial hotels. I would like to specially compliment Nok from the restaurant (I believe she is the manager). My lunch and breakfast experiences with her were outstanding — she manages her team with such professionalism and warmth. On my last day, she happened to be off, and I could genuinely feel the difference in service quality. I rarely write reviews unless the experience is either exceptionally good or bad. This time, it’s definitely for the best reason. I even took the effort to ask the front desk for her name so that the management knows how wonderful she is.

Really lovely hotel. Very much a quiet space within the city. It’s a little of a walk to where things are happening, around 30 minutes, but I personally liked it. Lovely staff, great rooms and pool was really nice too. Also need to mention, the hotels restaurant was amazing. I had a cauliflour steak, now I really want to learn how to make it myself after trying it. Would recommend this hotel if you want a mix of relaxing & city life

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Ad Lib with family stayiing in 3 king size rooms. The staff were all fantastic, the rooms beautifully appointed and the meals we had (breakfast and dinner) were all beautiful. The gym and pool were excellent facilities for what we required. Highly recommend given the luxury boutique nature of the hotel and the great service.

ALL THE STAFF MEMBERS are an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT. |Pop was very helpful all the way, helping us check in and out, ordering us our Grabs. Jam and the other waiters and waitresses were really caring and professional. |The hotel is very calm and peaceful with all the best accommodations. Very well placed and easy to access. |Warmly recommend.

The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel so seamless, especially Jam he is really good and smiling all the time. The food was absolutely outstanding, fresh, beautifully presented and every dish was full of flavour. but the cleaner takes a long time to clean. I waited for the room about one hour and a half.

This was my second visit due to having surgery at nearby Bumrungrad hospital. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and professional and special thanks to Aum who got my daily breakfast when I was on crutches and to Boy and Bank transporting me to/from various appointments at the hospital on the golf cart. My room was quiet, clean, the bed comfortable and the cleaning staff catered to all my needs post-surgery. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel

This was my second time staying at the Ad Lib Hotel, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcome, especially thanks to Fang from the front office, who was incredibly kind and made me feel right at home. Her genuine hospitality really stood out. The entire team at Ad Lib was just as fantastic. Always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent service, and it really makes a difference. The hotel itself remains as beautiful and comfortable as I remembered. Tucked away in a quiet spot, yet still close to everything Bangkok has to offer, it’s the perfect urban retreat. The stylish design and relaxing ambiance make it hard to leave. I’m so glad I returned, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!😊

I wasn’t asked to leave a review, but I felt compelled to because of how amazing our experience was. The hotel surprised my family with thoughtful touches—everything from Listerine in the public restrooms to the beautiful design of both the lobby and our room. I cannot recommend this place enough, and now I know another wonderful spot to stay in Bangkok. Nut was especially kind, as was the entire FO team. The breakfast staff were also extremely attentive with our baby, which meant a lot to us. From A to Z, it was truly a great experience Long live Thailand 🇹🇭 ❤️ 🇺🇸
