"This restaurant done out in a chic modern-Alpine style is part of the small Chalet Resort Sölden, which boasts five cosy and tastefully decorated log cabins. From 4pm, classic fare in the vein of braised veal cheeks or beef tartare is served; from 7pm, the "Gourmet-Menü", comprising four or six courses, draws inspiration from the region (eg "Pike-perch, white cabbage, mustard" or "Venison, carrot, Savoy cabbage"). Diners can opt for a supplementary cheese course. The produce used is almost exclusively regional, as the friendly, well-trained and attentive service team will explain when talking you through the menu. Be sure to ask for their recommendations when it comes to choosing a wine – the cellar contains over 8 000 labels, including many from Austria. This is simply an excellent restaurant. The food is creative, unconventional, insanely delicious and connected to the place, the wine is also excellent and reflects the different qualities of the Austrian wine varieties. The service is at a very high level and the atmosphere is excellent. The price is very expensive but in my opinion it is worth every cent, it is an experience, not a place where you come to eat schnitzel to satisfy your hunger.

Very nice, cosy and friendly restaurant. It's probably as high cuisine as it gets in Solden, which is reflected in the price but it's a must visit! Service is attentive. We all went for a 6 course tasting menu, which was produced from local ingredients. I went for a wine pairing, my friends - had a couple of bottles of red. On reflection, I think wine pairing is a better option: first, you get to learn so much about regional wineries and, importantly, sommelier is very generous! We shall definitely come back again!

This restaurant doesn’t cost your costs. I were really surprised when the officiant asked me about how much tips he should get?) what is it? In now Mishlen restaurants like people don’t behave . Ok , and another thing, when you suggest some dishes except the menu, you should say how much money it costs . Very disappointed your service . And when another people from another table bother your client , you should calm it. If we are talking about dishes , the starters are good , but the main dish is salted. Showing Pay for these experience around 200 euro for person, don’t think

This was the best place in Soelden. If you are well into wine, or just a little bit or even if you are a complete novice in wine you should visit this place. The very likeable host, Christoph, will suggest you wines for every occasion and budget. Especially, local Austrian wines. Also, no least, the food in the restaurant is very good. We were 5 people inlcuding a teenager and kids and the food was prepared for every taste.
