7 Paris Restaurants Added to The MICHELIN Guide

"Hidden behind a modest façade on Rue Pierre-Fontaine in Pigalle, Adami offers a sophisticated take on Italian bistronomy with a focus on fresh pasta. Created by an American-Swiss gourmet and led by Chef Marco Sergiampietri, the restaurant showcases a deep knowledge of Italy's diverse pasta shapes." - The MICHELIN Guide UK Editorial Team

It was a real pleasure to eat our dinner at the Adami. The service was very lovely, great prices for a special menu. The pasta was handmade and beautifully arranged, everything was very tasty.

A lovely restaurant. Attentive service, able to communicate in English despite our limited French. Lovely mocktails and what a great meal! tasty bread to start with their homemade butter. The starter of salad with their sundried tomato’s was perfect! We had a trio of pastas for our mains and they were also delicious. Highly recommend

My experience Adami was a happy and sad one. It was happy because it was by far the best dining experience during my visit and then also sad because it is so far away from New Zealand. Thank you to all the staff, the chefs attention to detail on the food was just beautiful to watch at the bar, the staff who patiently and kindly explained the drinks and menu. The whole experience from start till end was truly so memorable.

Adami in Paris offers a delightful blend of traditional Italian flavors with a modern twist. The menu is small but vibrant, featuring fresh and tasty small plates. The service is exceptional, and the wine selection is fantastic. While the sleek, minimalist decor may feel a bit cold, the creativity and quality of the food more than make up for it. A must-visit for innovative Italian cuisine lovers.

Beautiful restaurant with delicious food, incredible wines and innovative cocktails. We sat at the counter/bar and enjoyed our courses, whilst watching the kitchen prepare dishes in front of our eyes. The staff and hosts were very friendly and made the experience even better. I can’t wait to go back!

We had an exceptional experience at Adami. After a few weeks of traveling in France, we were craving Italian food in a cozy setting that wasn’t too loud. We attempted to dine for lunch, but missed the last seating. The Manager was kind enough to suggest alternatives that turned about to be great on the neighborhood. Given his hospitality, we canceled our other plans and chose to return for dinner. The veal carpaccio is of exceptional quality. The pastas and wines were also delicious, but what really stood out was the gracious hospitality and warm ambiance. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

The place looked amazing and the atmosphere was great! But we got some bread to get started which was completely raw. They didn’t apologize, just brought out the main dishes which were cold and you could tell the ravioli were old and dry. We said something about the raw bread and for the rest of time there the waiter didn’t really talk to us
