😠😡 Disappointing Experience at Adarash Market located at 8706 Flower Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901 Moldy Product and Unprofessional Owner. I wish there is a 0 here on the review. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Adarash Market located at 8706 Flower Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901, and I feel compelled to share my feedback. Upon purchasing a bag of flour from them, I was shocked to discover that the product was severely damaged and moldy when I opened it. Despite my attempts to address the issue with the store staff, I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness. When I escalated the matter to the owner in hopes of a resolution or refund, I was met with outright disrespect and unprofessional behavior. Not only did the owner refuse to acknowledge the problem or offer a refund, but they also displayed a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. This experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. As a customer, I expect better treatment and accountability from a store, especially when dealing with damaged products and issues of hygiene.

The food is okay at times not the best. The store is full of most Ethiopian cuisine items. Customer service is declining though. I called and asked for the price of injera the other day and the guy at the store said they don't disclose the price over the phone and I have to come and ask him in person lol :) I put an order for a pick up ....I mentioned I was an hour away.....I still waited a good 15-20 minutes upon arrival to pick my order :(.

Bought a box of Ethiopian Enjera which is totally moldy. I requested a refund and able to get one half of what I paid. Do not recommend this location at all even though I like Adarash Market at other locations

I order ahead on the phone, but took longer than 1 hr after I arrived to pick up my food. Food is okay for the price. Size is average. Price is cheap. A lot of extra injera. Taste is not bad. For $25 I got three orders: Gomen Besega, Vegetarian combo, and Lamb Lega Tibs with a lot of extra injera. I cooked Shiro and cabbage/carrot and ate it with the extra injera. You can't beat this deal anywhere. Cheaper and quicker.

It's a nice store. Clean and good customer service.

I know Ethiopian corner stores, and this one is very clean and ordered. The price is very reasonable. The customer service is always top rated. The products are perfect.

I come here for 13 years. I don't ever have any problems period. Today, 8/7/23, I called and the phone wrang 3 times straight. No one picked up. I still drove out there. The person at the register was taking way too long to ring up 2 woman who shopping together. I went to the back to order my food since, I couldn't make the order over the phone. The gentleman to the back tried to direct I back to the front, spoke to one of the older gentleman at the front, who responded with hand gestures( more like flicking a person off). He did that 2 times. I may not speak the language but I know and feel vibes. I will not come back there unless you get your act together as a business... Andre Radio Andy Gumbs..

Horrible product with disrespectful horrible customer service 😒 I don't advise anyone to buy anything from them.
