Fantastic pasta. I don't think pizza blew me away, but was decent. Also, I think the Olive oil store should be converted to more seating, seems like a waste if space.

This pasta is well worth the wait. It's day two post grand opening, and it's a very busy Friday night. Although there are some growing pains in handling a rush, the staff is clearly dedicated to making it a good experience. The food was excellent and I think Ada's has a bright future as one of Portland's greatest. Be patient and enjoy the pasta.

Portland, the best food city in America, has been waiting for great pasta and authentic Italian food. Ada’s brings this and more. A beautifully designed pasta bar and Roman-style pizzeria, with attentive, quick counter service is perfect at any time of day. Open just under a week and serving both lunch and late night (till 1am on weekend), we’ve stopped in a few times and on each visit, Ada’s does not disappoint. With a wide selection of hand-made pasta and pizza that changes daily (and at affordable prices), we love the combination of a casual, bustling setting that excels at delivering really good Italian food. On top of the pasta bar, the space has an adjacent retail market space with a great selection of their fresh pasta, Italian wines, olive oils, and other curated foods perfect for taking home for dinner and for people like us who live in the west end. Bravo Ada’s. We look forward to coming back often.

Amazing fresh pasta. Great pasta bar + counter-service pizzeria concept with the ability to take home wine, pasta, sauces etc. in an aesthetically pleasing, fun space. We tried a few slices of Roman-style pizza, the spaghetti carbonara (so yummy) and kelp fettuccine made with fresh Atlantic Sea Farms kelp. Undoubtedly the best pasta we’ve ever had - we travel extensively and been to Italy several times. Excited they are open for lunch and late night on weekends. Fortunately, we live nearby in the West End and can’t wait to come back. Thank you Ada’s!

Brilliant. Pizza was the perfect combo of high quality meat, homemade sauce and airy dough with a hint of salt. The seafood pasta, to my surprise, included a rich, spicy tomato base and it totally worked. Even the carbonara, which in my mind I labeled as the weakest of our courses, somehow disappeared completely into my stomach. Staff were a little disorganized, but still totally worth a visit.

I took visiting friends to Ada's Friday night after it being recommended as the "new great pasta place." Unfortunately, all three pasta dishes were inedible due to the amount of SALT not only in the dishes but VISIBLE on TOP of every single one. I scarfed mine, v v hungry from camping, and was quite sick after. The cost of dinner was appalling, considering how easily it was ruined by a detail that should NEVER be so unchecked.

We just went for happy hour...a nice drink and nosh, fun. Their simple focaccia with garlic butter was toothsome, and the accompanying olives and almonds were perfect little tidbits. So, happy hour is: buy a drink for $9, you get the bread and you,r choice of an ounce or so of almonds or olives or two other available choices that eve, dunno if they rotate the options but loved what we had. Friendly staff.

Just tried Ada's for the first time via Grub Hub, can't wait to try it in person! We ordered cacio e pepe ravioli with sage/butter sauce and a diavolo pizza. Food was delivered in under 30 minutes, piping hot. Great presentation and even better flavor. We are picky about pizza and this checked all the boxes. Good portion size and quality forthe price. 10/10 would recommend!
