Addict is an okay shoe store tucked into the luxury scene at Bal Harbour. They’ve got a decent selection of trendy sneakers and designer footwear, and the store layout is clean and modern. It’s not mind-blowing, but if you’re looking for a quick pickup or browsing for something different, it’s worth a visit. The staff are usually friendly, though sometimes a bit standoffish depending on who’s working. Prices are definitely high, but that’s expected in this area. Overall, it’s a solid stop if you’re already shopping around the mall, just don’t expect anything too exclusive or over-the-top.

I stumbled upon this website looking for a specific pair of shoes as a gift. Initially, I was not sure if they were legit so I did a little research and discovered they were located in Miami where I've visited. What I would like to comment on about this store is that I made a mistake ordering a pair of shoes and reached out to them during closed hours. Remi responded to me in the morning extending his help to cancel my order making the experience such a breeze. Most high end sneaker shops I've shopped at aren't this good with returns. I accidentally purchased a canvas pair instead of leather and it was a gift so the help was immensely appreciated to resolve my issue. Remi took care of me with care right away which has given me a great experience already. I will definitely be supporting them when I visit Miami again and highly recommend them for anyone on the fence about purchasing online. There are so many online shops out there and ADDICT's customer service truly stands out!

Came into the store looking for reliable shoes. Bought a pair of raf simmons and a few pairs for the family. Great prices, great service and even better shoes. Definitely 1 of the top shoe store’s in the Miami area in my opinion. 11/10

Store is ok, decent selection but the shoes are overpriced. Check legit resell sites like StockX or Goat, prices are much better even with shipping. Staff was nice, I guess Manager or Owner was there, cashier rang up a pair of shoes that were stickered one price, when he heard her say the price he said no it's xx, which was more than the sticker price. He said oh that's wrong. The original price was honored for me, but he changed the price on the spot, which was $15 more...

My son won a raffle to be able to buy a shoe that was just released. The shoe retails for $220, I went to pay for the shoe and when I pulled out my credit card, the cashier says there is a $80 premium charge also. I asked why is this, he stated because I can resell them for a lot of money. I am not in the business of buying shoes to resell them, why am I being charged extra? This is horrible business, I will never buy from them again and will let everyone know.

I had a very good experience here today- the woman working with dark black hair very outgoing and helped me. Very nice with kids. Separately The store itself charges above retail not much but it's about $20 more than listed retail, I guess it's a bal harbour tax.

Bought some golden goose shoes. Guy was nice very happy with them. Decent selection, wish they had more golds. Goose!

Bought a pair of On Cloud Novas that were different color in the pic than the ones I receive. Nbd I'll just return them. Wrong. Sent them back and got zero response. Sent numerous Emails, no response. Called their number no answer and mailbox full. At this point I am out $160.000. Do not buy from this company unless you know 100 percent that you will not be making a return.

The store owner is an absolute treasure. He really knows the product line! This store is a hub for sneaker lovers and sneaker heads a like. I'm shocked that there are bad reviews about this store because it really is something grand! The customer service is fantastic! The staff is always willing to help! The product sold here are rare and collectible sneakers from all different brands like adidas, Nike, New Balance and more. This shop is 100% worth checking out! They have everything under the sun! Their Instagram is very popular too and does very well! If you are looking for a nice shoe store to get the next best pair of collectible shoes you HAVE TO come here!

Terrible customer service!!! I bought online a pair of sneakers for my husband and they didn't fit, and since then it's been a nightmare to get a refund! Initially I had to fill out a form and wait until I receive and answer from them and once I did the only option they offered was a store credit! After some emails going back and forth they offered a refund once they received the shoes back. I sent the shoes back July 2nd ( I had to pay for the return by the way), and as of today, July 13th, I'm still waiting for my money Never EVER buy anything online from this store!!

This place is an absolute scam. Do not buy from here. I ordered shoes online which they never sent a tracking number for or even shipped. It's been 3+ weeks and they haven't answered numerous emails or messages on the shop app

Customer service- zero stars. Value for customers zero. Tried to exchange a pair of shoes received as a gift for a bigger size. They didn't have them in the store and they couldn't order them in any other size. (Really???) All they could offer was store credit. Literally they offered NO help in finding a solution. The employee who attended to us had no idea and she could do and her "manager" offered no help either. Literally they could care less when I asked what I could do. Don't shop here. I never will again.

What an utter disappointment. Ordered golden goose shoes online and received two different shoes from the same model number. Customer service fails to update you throughout the process above purchase and return. By far one of the worst customer experiences. You're better off ordering straight from the retailer.

Selection and staff. Service is amazing always and make you feel like your the only customer in the store. And between all the special releases/collars and color ways, they always have some a great pair that others don't have. Always shop here when I'm Bal Harbor Shops or when I'm the market for new kicks. Been a customer for 8 years now.

I concur that this store has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers online. One of them that I received was the WRONG pair, which were less expensive than the pair I purchased. Incredibly, the store wouldn't credit me the difference (the pair they sent was actually nice, and I considered keeping them) or even send me the correct pair. I got them on sale for a good price and it's really irritating that there was no compromising. This was 100% their error, and they made no effort to make situation better. Their only solution was to return them, so I did. This store would rather lose a $700 sale than credit me $35...unbelievable.

Great customer service from the moment I walked in the door. Charlie was able to help me pick out the perfect sneakers for my husbands birthday gift. They didn't have his size in stock at the store but Charlie was able to ship them to my house and reassured me they would arrive in time for husbands birthday which they did! Thanks again team at Addict!

Amazing selection ! I love this store. Where is a 10/10 rating when you need one. But 5 stars for sure. Remi and his staff were so helpful and accommodating. Also, super prepared with all Covid protocols which is very important these days. Highly recommend this store!

People will always complain about how expensive these or those shoes are but they don't get that sometime you have to pay a little over to get what you really want ;-) I understand that shopping at Bal Harbour Shops is not for everyone. I've always been pleased with Addict and their exclusive collection. I've built relationship with the team so every time something new is coming I know right away as soon as their products hit the shelves. Nothing wrong with Addict! Only good

The staff was helpful, I'm not really a complicated type of customer anyways but they showed me the new stuff they had received and overall it was a pleasant shopping experience. No complaints.

Ordered a New Balance windbreaker for my brother, for his work. He was super excited to get it and when he opened the box it was a Puma windbreaker. Some complete moron really couldn't take the extra second to make sure he was picking the right item. Receipt says what I ordered. This isn't acceptable. The distribution center has multiple verification methods that they failed to act upon. In the end, my brother gets the bad experience though, while I pay for it.

Live in Ohio, but born and raised in the county Dade. Found out Adidas put out A UM shoe. I couldn't find my size as these sold out pretty quickly at the places I normally shopped. I called and spoke to Rami (I hope I spelled that right}. He was outstanding. Found my size and shipped these out to me pretty quickly. Love them. Will look here first going forward.

A lot of people are sleeping on Addict. They get most Jordan releases as well as a lot of other brands. They also have another store in brickell city centre

Terrible do not purchase anything here buy it from somewhere else where you can return if you need to. They are really shady and greedy and if you read the reviews of real customers its pretty obvious. They overcharge by 100s of dollars and when you find out the same day than you see of the terrible return policy there is no notice of POS.

I appreciate that all the employees were wearing their mask and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the store. I was able to find the sneaker and I wanted and received great customer service. I will be back!

Worst customer service ever!! I got my sneakers as a gift from my boyfriend and the process to return and use my credit has been a nightmare. They misinform their clients...called the brickell store and I was told my "online credit" can be converted to an "in store credit." Then I spoke to JP who I guess is part of the online aspect of the store and said that it's not true that I have to use my credit online when they have 2 stores in Miami but their online store and their actual retail stores are different. Offered no type of help. When emailing he takes days to respond. Was never told that the return shipping would be deducted from my credit and Also it's ridiculous how you have a online credit but when you go purchase the shoes they don't let you use the credit for the shipping so you have to pay for the shipping apart! I'm sure the sneakers I bought are probably cheaper elsewhere! This store is ridiculous I don't even know how they're still up and running! Would never purchase from here and I don't recommend to anyone!

Sneakers are overpriced. Bought a pair of sneakers for $230 and decided to check the price on Nike.com to find out they were on sale for $160.
