During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality and positive energy from three amazing team members who made every day brighter. Hesham from the front office is simply the best! His enthusiasm and warm personality stood out from the moment we arrived. Not only did he assist us with check-in, but he went above and beyond—even helping us with our luggage and constantly checking in to make sure all our needs were met. His genuine care and professionalism truly represent top-tier hospitality. Rebeka, at the front desk in the lobby, was a breath of fresh air. She greeted us every day with the kindest smile and was always so gentle and professional when serving or asking if we needed anything. Her calm and courteous manner added a special touch to the entire experience. Ahmad, who was in charge of the coffee service, was equally remarkable. He welcomed us daily with a big smile, offering delicious coffee and dates with such generosity and warmth. His attention to detail and friendly approach made us feel right at home. Thanks to these three wonderful people, our stay was not just comfortable—it was memorable. Their smiles, mood, and service truly made our trip special. They are a true credit to the hotel, and I sincerely hope management recognizes the incredible value they bring!

We enjoyed our stay in the address beach resort. We stayed there for one night to celebrate my cousin’s birthday and we had a great time. The staff are very nice and welcoming, they have a great pool and facilities. Perfect for family, couples or to someone who’s just looking for a short time off. Recommended and looking forward to stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying in a Junior Suite at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and every detail is carefully curated. The view from the room is stunning, and watching the sunset from the highest infinity pool in the world, with a breathtaking aerial view of Dubai, was one of the highlights of my trip. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, featuring a bar with delicious desserts – special mention to the strawberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delightful. The only downside was that the windows in the suite were quite dirty, which unfortunately made it hard to enjoy the view from the room. However, this did not diminish the overall quality of the stay. A special mention goes to concierge Douglas Meneses, who stood out for his exceptional professionalism. With his attentive gaze, he was helping guests even before they asked – he noticed I was looking for something from meters away and immediately assisted me with a smile and genuine availability. Truly outstanding service. Kudos also to Vera, who was very friendly, warm, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai, where service excellence, comfort, and unforgettable moments come together.

I had a Delicious Italian food at Farina, with a stunning view of the Dubai Eye! The pizza was fresh, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed evening. Highly recommend if you’re in JBR!

Amazing experience and the staff are so welcoming and professional, special thanks to Hisham ElDeghedi for his warm welcoming and caring, also for Karim from the Sky Pool for his warm welcoming. Room is fabulous beds are so comfortable, sea view is exquisite!.. The only comment is that the breakfast was so regular and needs some unique items match the place edge.
