Adina's Sweet Shop

We ordered a cake for a 50th Anniversary celebration. The cake was absolutely beautiful. The cake itself was delicious and moist. However, the icing was nearly an inch thick, and the "lemon" filling had absolutely no flavor. It tasted like nothing. For >$60 we were expecting more. At least the beautiful appearance of the cake made for pretty pictures. Unfortunately, after tasting it we threw it away.

Such a great little bakery to find today. Heather was the sweetest. Giving us great advice on which treats to get, which cookies were soft. Which moonshine cupcakes had the most fun flavors. We went in for pie as it is International Pi day, unfortunately we found out you had to order ahead. But that did not stop us from coming out of the shop with an arm load of delectable treats. We ended up with the Oreo Cupcake, Blackberry Moonshine Cupcake, Salted Caramel Whiskey Cookie, Honey Snickerdoodle and last but certainly not least. One of us was eyeing their cookie sandwich because it looked to die for and their Reese's Cookie. Heather said why not have both. WHAT!!!!! She promptly took two Reese's Cup Cookies back and the baker made a HUGE cooke sandwich out of them. This place is adorable inside. Practicing social distancing, using . We will definitely be back!!!

It never ceases to amaze me how creativity captures my interest. A simple yet very cool stop. Cookies or cupcakes infused with liquor. What a great concept ! ! The moment u step inside, u smell 2 different scents. Pastries & liquor. I was told by the owner the cupcakes are more potent so I chose the cookies. I got a bag of several cookies and went on my way. Very tasty-yes. I chose to SC (Southern Comfort) flavor. Definitely better then regular store bought types. The attached pic is a snapshot of the remaining 1/4 of my last cookie. A very sad moment that day.

Stopped by here on a whim, and man I’m glad we did! The scoops are huge for the price! I’m a totally banana pudding freak, and their pudding ice cream is unreal! The chocolate is great too!

We threw a destination birthday for our daughter's first birthday. We chose smokey mountains. We struggled to find a good bakery for the cake. This place is perfect for good and inexpensive cake. I am happy with my purchase. They do not use fondant in their cakes which we wanted to have for well decorated cake. Anyways, the cake was decorated well with frosting. The cake was moist. Not overly sweet. Perfect for our choice. The frosting was perfect. Not too much. Not too less. You will be assured of a perfect bite.

This place was great! Very tasty ice cream at affordable prices and without the massive crowd. Couldn't ask for anything more from such a cute little shop. We will be back!

Today August 26 is my birthday! I wanted something sweet and “homemade” . The lady on the phone said the baked products were made by the owner. We ordered red velvet brownie, apple moonshine cupcake and 2 lemon cupcakes. The owner must have made them on Monday because today (Thursday) they are STALE!!! It was a waste of money and disappointment when we tried to eat them. What a way to end my birthday and vacation!!!

unfortunately had a really bad experience here. when picking up a custom birthday cake order I ordered 6 months in advance, it was completely incorrect- not decorated at all, only plain white icing when i had ordered a custom themed birthday cake that i had sent multiple images for reference. when I returned with the cake to remedy this situation; she was very rude and upon telling her i worked in a bakery and was trying to be understanding, she said “why dont you fix it then”. i have worked in customer service almost my entire life. I understand things happen, and i know how frustrating the industry can be but I have NEVER been treated so poorly by someone who just clearly messed up and needed to correct a mistake. I eventually got so frustrated with how rudely she was speaking to me that I asked for a refund, and she said no- that she now insisted on “fixing it”. By fixing it she meant adding color to the cake that still doesn’t resemble my original reference photos at all. I haven’t even tasted the cake, so maybe it’s delicious or the best cake ever- but at this point the experience was so poor, nothing could make up for it or make me return here. she never ONCE apologized, actually told me i was being rude. so overall- i don’t recommend 🤷🏼‍♀️ update: Upon the owner responding to this review thanking her “security cameras”… Please post the footage. your response is pathetic. you know how you treated me, you know every single thing I just said is true. My whole family was there and we were so deeply disappointed in the way you acted. Your system & approach to running a business is a joke.

We haven't physically been to the store BUT, we just stayed at an Airbnb, the hosts surprised us with these amazing treats! Chocolate chip cookies, rice crispies and cup cakes! Everything was AMAZING! The cupcakes, were the best we have ever had!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! Next time we are visiting, we will definitely be stopping! Make the stop!! It IS worth it!! Wow. Just wow. Thank you!

After a big day at the Sevierville Convention center for an event, our family of four was ready to head back to Knoxville but not without a treat first. We found Adina's with a quick Yelp search and so glad we decided to stop there! The business is easy to see from the main road. The cozy cabin like building does not offer indoor seating (that I noticed, but we got ours to-go), however several picnic tables and outdoor seating was available. Service was friendly and patient as we could not make up our minds on what to order because of all the delicious options of baked goods to ice cream. I would have ordered a coffee drink had I not already hit my caffeine limit. We decided on ice cream and glad we did because it was fresh and a good portion size. The cones pictured are kid size cones. I asked about any signature items and they are known for their moonshine cupcakes. I got one to go and I now know why they are know for these cupcakes because it was amazing. Light, fluffy cupcake and creamy icing. It was perfect (and contained the same amount of alcohol as a Jell-O shot). We definitely plan to stop here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge/Sevierville.

We ordered their Snickers with chocolate flavor cake for our son's birthday and it was amazing. The chocolate was rich and moist. The frosting tasted great as well not overly sweet. It was just perfect. We owner responded to messages quickly.

Decent ice cream and deserts in a little Cabin. It's cute and the lady was nice. My two kids needed the bathroom- which is off limits. We had to leave, find a bathroom, and then return- when a bathroom was ten feet away. So- food and shakes are decent- but make sure no one has to use the bathroom before you go.

We have lived here two years and finally today we tried Adinas Sweet Shop. They are moving by the way as her lease is up at the end of February. They will start out in a food truck outside Tennessee Legend Distillery at 870 Winfield Dunn Pkwy, Sevierville while Tennessee Legend finishes up a shop for them their. Thai way she said easier to incorporate the moonshine shots into milkshakes, etc. When I looked Adinas up to let the hubby know what all they had I advised it said 'homemade ice cream.' He's always down for homemade ice cream or custard so we headed over. We walked in and the lady greeted us and I said that we had lived there for two years and just now trying them. I said I heard you have great homemade ice cream. Another lady came out and they both advised that they don't have homemade ice cream. They said they had Hershey's ice cream and sometimes get some flavors from Apple Valley Creamery. I asked what flavors they had and she pointed to about 9 flavors written on the white board. The flavors were pretty boring except for maybe 2. They had vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, sugar free strawberry, salted caramel something, a coffee flavor of some sort, Superman, cotton Candy and green mint chip a.k.a mint chocolate chip. My daughter wanted cotton candy so I asked for a single scoop in a cone. Apparently I should've asked for a kids size because she got a big waffle cone with two big scoops of cream cream. So a good thing is their portions are PLENTIFUL! I opted for the brownie sundae which as you can see is huge! Hubby saw mine and said ditto! So we both agreed the brownie was huge, tasty and cakey. Personally I like brownies thick and undercooked. But for this brownie sundae it worked. We'll have to come another day to try their sweet treats. They haven't been able to get the cannoli cream otherwise I was going to have a cannoli. I didn't see any rice crispy treats which is my fave. We actually only saw a few sweet treats in the case. Probably because it's winter time

I visited this shop on vacation just trying to order a milkshake. When I walked in the first thing I hear was the shop owner telling a customer where they went wrong in ordering a cake. She proceeded to tell the calmly speaking customer that she was being rude and said "why don't you come back and make it yourself?" I work in customer service and could never imagine talking to a paying customer in this way. It is truly is a very poorly ran business. I didn't get my milkshake and never plan to return.

Was good when Asian had the ship but it went out of business and it's a BBQ joint now.

I can't review the sweets as every time we have tried to go they are closed. Yelp hours show until 9 and Google shows until 7pm. So tonight we tried 6:30. Still closed. I own a business on the internet and Google reminds a business owner to verify even holiday hours. No excuse.

Pretty good! The ice cream is the same as the Apple Creamery place. Large portions and more flavors than what they show on the web menu. The shakes are huge! But good. Order at the window and you can't go inside. They have some baked goods but no fudge, unfortunately. Wasn't too busy and they have a bit of outdoor seating. Stuff wore masks and had basically touch less pay.

As someone who's been coming to this area for years now, the thing my family and i always say we love is the customer service. unfortunately, this is the LAST place you want to go if you wanna receive kind customer service. my family was surprising my sister with a birthday cake, in which my other sibling placed an order six months in advanced. sending multiple reference photos and seeming to have very clear communication with the owner, we all were so excited to surprise my sister on our trip. when the day came to pick up our order, we received a cake with absolutely nothing similar to what my sister discussed, it was literally a white frosted cake with blue frosting for the writing after requesting for a pink girly themed strawberry cake. she was hesitant on returning it because she understands how it can suck being on the other end especially having years of baking experience, but we ended up returning with the cake and what a mistake that was. the lady had such an attitude, told my sister to do the job she literally paid her for (we are also vacation, and overall that's just insanely rude), and when my sister then just asked for a refund because she gave up dealing with this lady, she basically refused to give the refund, and "fixed" it by adding horribly done rosettes. deeply disappointed by the service here, and i cannot believe an owner couldn't simply say "i'm sorry" save your time and go to dairy queen :)

My older sister tried to surprised me with a birthday cake for my 21st birthday, however, the surprise was quickly ruined when the cake we received looked nothing like the cake we ordered. My sister placed an order over six months ago for a pink, strawberry themed cake. Upon pickup, we received a plain white cake with "happy birthday" written on the top in blue, which was nothing like the reference pictures we sent her. We then went back to the shop hoping we could get some pink added to the cake like we originally asked and were completely blown away by the lack of respect this business owner had. Not only did she take no accountability, she tried to blame us for her simple mistake and called us rude for showing her the conversation we previously had when ordering the cake. We tried to leave a review to warn people of the quality of service she received. As a result, the business owner claimed that it was "completely false", again, completely avoiding taking any accountability. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY, and it's a shame what could be a good business is being ran into the ground by an extremely rude owner.

I accidentally ordered an ice cream as big as my head - and I loved it! My family went in before me for their orders while I sat at one of the outdoor tables with our dogs. When it was my turn I ordered 2 scoops, which is what I thought my family got, but they only ordered single scoops! That's how big of portions they give! So when my 2 scoop order came out looking like an entire pint, my eyes got as big as the serving! It was giant, and delicious! We each got different flavors, and though some we liked better, they were all very good. Staff was sweet (pun intended) as well. Will definitely return.

Adina's Sweet Shop has a cute bakery with a fireplace inside of the dinning area. Mother's day was really sweet, this year when my two sons' and I shop at Adina's sweet shop. I had the Mother's day cupcake, with chocolate cake and butter cream icing on top. Thanks Brent for making my family and me feel welcome in your cute cozy bakery in Sevierville, Tennessee.

My mom had the best root beer float and she bought a big brownie. I got the mint chip ice cream and it was very tasty also. We are not from this area and wanted a treat. We found the right place.

Stopped in while in town and always looking to support local and taste new things. First customers and not many cupcakes available. Tasted the Wedding Cupcake and you can "taste the sugar" in the icing. Meaning it's not gritty, but not super creamy. The cake was nice and moist though with good flavor. Got two others and haven't tried. Perhaps based off of other reviews we should've given the ice cream a go.

The woman put rotten milk in my daughter's latte. My daughter about puked; we had already paid so asked for another rather than leave. The employee was unapologetic and acted angry that we had noticed. It took another 25 minutes to get one more latte and a basic milk shake. VERY SLOW. By this time we were running late, grabbed our stuff and left. All three drinks were made with rotten milk, and had to be thrown away. $20+ dollars down the drain. To give you an idea of the level of professionalism and dedication to a job well done, they misspelled 'Tipsy' as 'Tispy' on their professionally printed sign out front. How stupid do you have to be? Would definitely avoid this place.

First, let me tell you the lady behind the counter on 2/18/2022 was amazing. Her customer service was great and it was like talking to a friend I had know for years. We got a Reese's cookie, sugar cookies, a strawberry cupcake, a coffee moonshine cupcake and a moonshine cookie. It will be a regular stop from now on while we are coming into town.

Yum! Yum! We stopped because the name Adina is a special name to us. Boy are we glad we did. The cookies a DELICIOUS and the service was excellent.

I really enjoy the vibe at this little ice cream shop. It's cabin felt authentic and front porch inviting. Ice cream was decent and prices were fair. What I really enjoyed was discovering a little place we can stop on the way back home from Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Friendly suggestion: Please consider moving your air filled attention grabber device away from the porch. It's noisy and takes away from such a beautiful rustic seating area.

I was unhappy with the stale cupcake. It was very dry and tasted refrigerated so could not eat it. The cookie was also so dry and crunchy it couldn't be eaten. My husband did like the ice cream. It was a cute place with great customer service. They just need to work on serving fresh baked goods and not selling their old product.

Noticed Adina's on our way back home. So we swung around & stopped to grab a cupcake or two. I got the birthday cupcake, which was quite large & not as expensive as others in the area ($3.75). It was very good. The buttercream is very sweet though. My daughter got the chocolate cupcake & she seemed to like it. My husband & niece each got a milkshake. A little pricey on those but they said they were good. Would stop again.

Amazing and delicious! Sweet but not overly sweet that your cavities start crying! Lol. Bought some cupcakes and moonshine cupcakes for my family. Everyone loved them! Including myself! I was very impressed! Definitely beats Gigi's cupcakes hands down! I'm local so I'll definitely be coming back again and again! Thanks for the delicious cupcakes!! See you soon!

Cute little shop with cupcakes, shakes and nostalgic sodas/candies. Ladies, if you're looking for something to do while your husbands shop at the knife store, you've found it!

Had an amazing brownie sundae with banana pudding ice cream. Fudgy brownie of a considerable size. The owner was very pleasant and the prices were very reasonable. He warmed up the brownie for me and used hot fudge instead of chocolate sauce. My kind of guy. He talked with my fiancé and I and made the entire experience better. Will be back for the next sugar fix for sure.

They sold us cupcakes on a Saturday that were at least 2 days old. The cake was very dry and Stale. The frosting tasted good, but it had a hard crust because it was at least a few days old. We threw them away after two bites of each one. We were super disappointed as we drove 30 minutes to go there. You should at least make fresh cupcakes on the weekends when it's busiest. We will never be back.

Adinas ice cream is the best I have found in the area, especially for the price. A double scoop waffle cone was a little over $6, which is a bargain compared to what you pay at some of the chain ice cream places in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. I had a double waffle cone of their Peanut Butter Fudge, and it was awesome!

Very disappointed. We left the dinner house we were in so we could visit this place for dessert. It was only 6:30 and the place was closed. This is the second time we came by here for treats. We are visiting here from South Carolina and was looking forward to stopping by. The hours on the page says opened till 9pm. AND it's only 6:30. Adorable cabin styled shop with an inviting porch. I ordered the Birthday cake cupcake-yummmmm! I also had a scoop of Banana Pudding ice cream. Delicious! Highly recommend stopping.

We arrived about 15 minutes before the shop closed and were welcomed by a very friendly employee (even though it was late). We really enjoyed our ice cream, cupcakes, and bottled sodas. Great service and a very cute shop.

best creme horns ever. we had watched a you tube reviewer going to adinas and i could see the creme horns in the case. we decided to try them out today. we are local and have passed by this place many times. we both thought they were the best creme horns ever. they did not have a big selection of much else, which does need to be amped up, but give them a call and she said she would make the creme horns for us. the creme in the horns was delicious. worth the drive and the wait for fresh ones. she had just made a dozen and a couple was waiting for their and we took four with us. so they go fast. call ahead.

Cupcakes were purchased special for my mother's birthday. She wouldn't even eat them, they were all so unbelievably dry. Very disappointed after reading so many good reviews. That was $27 worth from just 6 cupcakes that were garbage.

The guy who waited on us was rude & inattentive. We bought two strawberries & cream cupcakes & one caramel chocolate cheesecake cupcake for about 13.00; they were STALE:( Worst dessert around. Save your money & go anywhere else!

It was pouring rain, but we had a sweet tooth, and within 15 min. of the shop closing, we ran in and were met with the most heavenly smell of icing you could imagine. All four of us opted for our own brownie sundaes and they were warm and delicious! The brownies were huge and gooey; really one is enough for two people. The lady at the counter was so friendly despite our untimely arrival. Coming back to try the moonshine cupcakes. Get your sweet fix here!

This is by far the best brownie Sunday I've had in a long time. The wedding cake cupcake is awesome also. Everything was super moist and fresh. If you ha e a sweet tooth this is definitely the place to go.

The cupcakes are delicious! Great service and cute store! We ordered the dine in special (a cupcake, ice cream and a soda) and split it between the 2 of us. We also met Adina outside of the store (at the time not knowing she was the cupcake maker) and we found her to be very courteous, polite and a customer advocate.

Very disappointed drove from gatlinburg and there was very few cupcakes available and they had just opened. When we went to eat the ones we got later they were hard and tasted old will not go back should have picked up on not many cupcakes there but it was a long drive for nothing
