Great food, great prices, no complaints. Everyone enjoyed their food and drinks, service was great and fast. Miriam was our server and she was friendly and checked on us frequently.

Not bad, the second time here, the staff was friendly. It was a Monday and cold outside so empty. Food was just okay. You can tell it's old or sat for a while. Atmosphere vibes are good... could be cleaner. Overall, I would return.

Waitress was awesome and attentive. Checked on us repeatedly. Atmosphere was fun. Good music. Food and drinks were below average. Mixed drinks barely had any alcohol; sangria was watered down. Rice was room temperature; tasted a day old at least. Can’t expect much from bar food.

Absolutely loved the vibe of this place! Food and drinks were great. The manager, Laura was so accommodating to us. We were visiting from out of town so she gave us great recommendations on the menu and even places to visit in the area. It’s nice to see a manager who cares about their establishment and employees. It really changes the dining experience. Definitely will be coming back next time we are in town!!

We went there Saturday evening for dinner. Overall experience was not bad. Our server was very sweet and kind. They have great margaritas and loud music. We had chips and 3 dips(guacamole, spicy salsa, queso) guacamole was straight up avocado and we asked to get a new one but it was not good. Cobb salad and steak fajitas were fine but little salty.

SO MUCH FLAVOR!!!! There wasn't a single item that we ordered that didn't exceed expectations. The frozen raspberry margherita is everything you need and more. Bring everyone you know here.

Michelle was one of the best servers I have ever had! If you come here, definitely request her! She was so friendly, attentive and always had a smile on her face. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and was always happy to answer any of our questions! She had great recommendations as well! I feel like I made a new bestie by the end of dinner :)

Stop by for some Sunday Funday drinks after a comedy show. Customer service was great our server Michelle was very knowledgeable and had a great personality, drinks and food were good. Very chill spot not crowded, will be back soon.

Was fine just an in mix of music. A little something for everyone mot consistent though. So basically if you just want to hear only pop music, you will not be able to in a nutshell on the other hand this is fine if you don't mind a mix! Lol. Decent size place where you can sit and grab a bite while listening to loud music. There is also a small dance floor. You can either take the stairs to get upstairs to this place or the elevator. I went on a Sat night cover charge $20 to get in. This spot is located next to the Sugar Factory!

Worst Mexican I've ever had! Even the margarita tasted horrible. Run away! Service was not terrible.

I went for dinner with my husband and our close friends prior to Zanie's on Sunday. The location did not have many people there but service was great. The waitress was attentive asking if we needed anything and would come around often. The taco salad was flavorful and the salsa was just right. The mangonada margarita was delicious and the perfect balance. We also went back after the comedy show and the DJ had a great mix.

I've been here multiple times and never have I had food here. It's usually the place to go when we don't want the night to end as they are open until 2am and have a dj on Saturday nights. They've added more tables and made the dance space a little smaller. We ordered a few drinks at our table and our waitress did her best with checking in on us as she was pretty busy. As much as blue Raspberry should always be the choice you can skip that fishbowl. They dont have any prices on their drinks. The dj of the night in my opinion was not reading the vibe of the place usually people are dancing the night away but most people were just sitting. The girls bathroom one of the stalls is broken so it doesn't lock. The ccover charge to get in ranges. It happened to be $10 that night. Just wasn't the best night out.

Came for a drink in the mid afternoon. We were the only guests at the bar. Many of the staff were still prepping for the dinner rush. Many of their cocktails and margaritas are made with sugary mixers. It is definitely for a younger crowd. They will validate your parking.

The manager tonight was horrible to one of there servers, he should get fired for being rude to her, saw the server serve 20+ and didn't not get tipped nor did the manager help her at all, So unprofessional. childish person with no good character. Will not tolerate seeing anyone be treated so rudely. Over all restaurant experience 2/10

Came here for a quick drink after leaving Saltwater. It's an odd location. When you enter, you take the elevator up, or you take the stairs. It's a large, open restaurant. They have the bar in the middle, and tables surround the perimeter of the restaurant. There is a nice view from the top overlooking the area. It was quiet. I think we counted 6 other customers. The entire staff was in the corner wiping down menus. The bartender was friendly. I ordered a mimosa. It wasn't bad. I'm not sure if I would come here for food. The drinks are okay. It's a little pricey, but I see why. It's a touristy area.

This place has good food with a good value. Came here with my friend and we shared nachos and fajitas. The waitstaff was nice but the food took rather long to come out. The ambiance is very casual hear place for groups or a casual date night. I will be back

Adobe Gilas surprised me with their loaded chicken sandwich. I ate the entire thing and enjoyed it thoroughly. Paired with some crispy fries and a refreshing margarita i was satisfied with my food. Pur server Vanessa was also very attentive and personable. Ive only visited adobes at night with a more bar/going out vibe and always have a great time. Safe to say its a good spot if you are looking for a bite to eat or a fun night out.

This place never screamed for my attention. Looked like the mother of all tourist traps and never gave them the time of day in all the years I've visited the Rosemont District. My friend and I were just leaving the district when we decided to be trouble makers and poke fun at how busy the new-kid-on-the-block Fat Rosie's was in comparison to the dead-as-a-doornail Adobe Gila's was. We went in for what was supposed to be one drink but turned into 5 and a shot! Ok, so it was kinda slow when we arrived. Couple tables with out-of-towners doing their thing. Few couples on dates. We started our experience with a nice young lady with awesome style evocative of those CK1 models from the 90s. She was Asian, she was awesome and she needs to be a model like yesterday! Her personality was just as much a standout. Attentive and professional. A DJ spun me back in time with dancehall tracks that can't help but make you move! I felt 21 all over again it was great. By this time more people came trickling in. And another bartender, a handsome young Hispanic guy with great energy (Chris I believe) gave us the lowdown when we asked about losing clientele to Fat Rosie's: "People come here for the vibe. Other restaurants [in the district] come and go. It's really not an issue for us. Everyone there [at Fat Rosie's] will be partying here when they're done. We're not too worried about the other businesses." His sheer confidence and belief in his place of work sold me. Any other businesses and staff would be sweating bullets about possibly losing clientele. This business and its staff know their place and don't try being anything other than what they are (a place to eat, drink and party...hard)! I respect it. By the time we left it got even busier and I was lowkey sad to leave. I'd definitely come back: for happy hour specials which seemed decent and affordable; to party after hours; and to enjoy the service from an attentive, easy-going crew. Also, bonus points for security. I felt safe and under good watchful eyes with the professional, friendly security I've seen at the gym and working various venues throughout my last 20 years of partying! Good job guys!

Michelle was amazing! We came in with a party of 10 to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and she didn't miss a beat. Thanks for making his day so damn special!

Maria the server was amazing. We went to celebrate my friends bday. Great service and amazing atmosphere. Food was phenomenal. Prices are reasonable. DJ started at 9pm and it was fun. The stools were not stable or safe. They were wobbly and kept moving while sitting. Not comfortable. Other than that. It was fabulous.

Unfortunately, I don't have a lot of good things to say about this restaurant. There were four in our party. My daughter and her mom are in town for a business event and are staying in Rosemont. We started with chips and salsa. And the chips were thick and hard no salt. The salsa was good but the kicker is they brought the wrong chips and salsa. What we ordered was chips with guacamole queso and spicy salsa. That was the first thing that was wrong. The second was I spent $70 on the weakest pitcher of margaritas you would ever want to drink. lastly, the steak fajitas were tough to digest because it was sirloin steak never a good choice for fajitas my beef tacos were tasteless and cold. My daughter's shrimp was good so there is that. Service was horrible. So two stars from me

Food is good, tasted authentic too. This is my first time in this restaurant but it's doesn't feel welcoming. There's only few customers and there's only 2 of us in our party. The service wasn't good, server made several mistakes on our orders. I ordered blackened shrimp but got the steak with shrimp fajitas instead. Ordered guacamole but forgot about it until I asked etc. Anyway the place is nice.

We always enjoy it food at Adobe Gilas. It's one of the few restaurants my kids and I can always agree on. Good food That won't break the back. Michelle was our server at this last visit and she was great.

Gina was great! she's very attentive and quick while still making great drinks. Absolutely loved her!

Food: we got the carne asada cantina special and al pastor street tacos. Portions are so small. Food was not worth the price. Meat was super salty. Service: our waitress was nice and attentive! Plantains were forgotten in our platter and she brought out a separate plate for us promptly. Drinks: we got the watermelon and pineapple margarita. Not strong enough. Portion for drink was decent though. But for 14/15$ should at least have some alcohol in it.

Michelle, was great. She gave an excellent rundown of the menu and her recommendations were spot on.

Went here and waited for overpriced food and weak drinks. We had to ask several times and multiple staff just to get waters at our table, which took over 30 minutes after being seated. Again we had to find a someone to take our order. After asking several waitresses and waiting an additional 30 minutes, we got our chips & guac and pitcher of margaritas (total wait time over an hour). The food was ok. The carnitas were dry and they forgot the plantains. The $60 margarita pitcher was weak and not worth the money. Don't waste your time and money. Head over to Fat Rosie's instead. This place is not worth it!

First time here after a concert. The margaritas were awful. If I wanted a spicy kool aide could have made one at home. The DJ was just not appealing. Music was awful. The level of I do not even know what to call it. I could have gone to a corner local bar and have better music and drinks. I would not recommend this place at all. So disappointing. I would recommend to make the drinks better and get rid of that DJ. I will definitely not come back Zero star

Walked in looked like a cool place to hang out have a few drinks and tacos at. Ordered 3 of the fishbowl mixed drinks. That was a mistake they skimp on the alcohol basically all your paying for is ice and fruit juice with a splash of liquor. Tacos were mid. Service was slow. Had a group of 5 everyone said the food was trash. If you call out the bartender for under pouring they throw a fit. Place is on the perma ban list .. go else where so many other better spots

Adobe Gilas is a tequila/ sports by day and dance bar by night(9pm). The drinks and fishbowls are a good time. The food is comparable to similar locations in the city. The Buffalo shrimp were tasty. The chicken enchiladas were a bit salty but overall enjoyable. Our server Mary was attentive, informative, and pleasant. Would return for drinks and dancing.

Karina was our amazing waitress, and she was full of laughs jokes, and amazing service! We were happy to have some gluten-free options. The food was good, but not fantastic however, that did not destroy any of our amazing time there again and our service was fantastic.

Absolutely loved our bartender today, COREY! He made the best Mango Margarita I have ever had! Superb service, great attitude, and super entertaining!

In town for a convention and was bringing 10 colleagues to have dinner. The host informed us that we would be a $20 per person cover. I said no thank you we just wanted to have dinner and wouldn't be adding $20 a person to our dinner charges. She said that since we were only dining, our party could come in for free. The ambiance was like a night club, but the music was low enough to talk (at first) All 5 of the guests who arrived together were starving so we ordered while we waited for the other guests. It was not great food. In fact, it was the worst food I have ever had in Chicago. To add insult to injury, they charged the rest of the guests an entrance fee and lied to them, saying that the rest of the group paid the same fee! We tried to correct this with the manager, but they wouldn't even come speak with us.

My wife and I were in Rosemont for our anniversary and decided to stop for drinks at Adobe. We were quickly greeted by Corey who was kind, engaging, and attentive throughout our whole visit. We ordered 2 cocktails and both were made beyond any expectations we could have imagined. He engaged in conversation our whole visit and made sure our needs never went unmet. Thank you Corey!

Atmosphere was great because it was Saturday night. Music was loud. Song were old (some songs from 2010, 2013...) but the choice was good. There was a spot next to DJ were some women started dancing. It was so funny. Everyone started applauding them. We really had great time! On my way back, i saw a big line of people who were waiting to get seated. It seems it is very popular place!

Stopped by after my hotel told me about happy hour. Corey was friendly and made an awesome watermelon mezcal cocktail. $2 tacos for happy hour. Will definitely be back!

This is a huge place right in the heart of rosemont. We came here to continue a birthday celebration and let me say the drinks and that fish bowl definitely satisfied us. The place is a good size as well so you can be wurg your own party only if desired

My group stopped into Adobe Gilas after the sports convention and the place was pretty slow mid day. The night life is definitely where it's at since there's a dj that played some hits as me and my friends walked back from bowling a door down. Overall, the service was fast and very helpful on drink recommendations for my group, she even brought samples of the fish bowl flavors. The food was tasty and decently priced for the area. Would go again anytime past 9pm!

Service was friendly. The carne asada platter was tasty. The Baja burger was a good size but felt a bit too charred. Little overpriced but when you are in a bind, it's an okay in the area. They validate parking which is a plus. Note to those with little kids: the whole place has high top bar seats and only 2 high chairs to accommodate those kind of tables. It was kinda of annoying that they didn't have more high chairs so we had to wait until the other table with kids were done.

I came to rosemont for the concerts this past weekend, and both times I made a point to stop at the Adobe Gilas tent. The girl pouring beers Holly was very friendly and gave great service.

Let's call this review: pleasantly surprised. This was not my first choice given the not-great reviews and a bad experience at a completely different location. Poor planning and not having a reservation at my first choice led me here. And you know what? I'm not mad about it. Our server Vanessa was lovely and attentive, everything came out fast and the food was HOT (temp not spicy). And you know what (again)? It was pretty darn good.

horrible service, Jessica was more worried about talking to her coworkers then taking my order. security seemed weird and unprofessional. there was a roach in the bathroom disgusting !!!

Tacos were great- loved the salsa- wish drink prices would've been on menu, a bit overpriced on those. But very good. I'll be back.

The carnitas are bangin' also the watermelon margaritas. Go gold and get a pitcher for yourself. $30 but that's not bad for the great view you get of the ice rink. Service is good, foods good, came out real quick. They even validated my parking ticket!!! Check it out!!!

I seriously love this place. But I only come here on Wednesdays for Karaoke Night with Eric. I dont drink so I cant answer any questions about liquors. The service is great and Eric the host for Wednesdays is so great. Great voice i can listen to him all night. Some regulars has voices that will make your jaw drop. The only food i order is their Loaded Nachos and I love love love it. It has cheese, tomatoes, beans, black beans, olives, jalapeños, guacamole, sour cream. You can add steak or chicken or ground beef.

I call this the boom boom room. I arrived after 9pm on a Friday night and the room was getting ready to light up. The DJ was doing a great job with the jams and people were starting to warm up the dance floor. We sat at the bar, passed on the $15 margarita buckets and opted for the modelo negras instead. The service at the bar was friendly and prompt. We both had not eaten, so my wife ordered the nachos and had them add chicken pastor to it. When it arrived the meat was red, not uncooked red, but like screaming red color. Not sure how they prepare it but it was a bit off setting to what you normally would expect. Having said that, the nachos were OK. Next time I will try the bbq tacos with pineapple. The jury is still out on coming here to eat, but definitely good for late night dance/drink/hang/hookup. Whoever does the hiring here has good taste ;) If you are looking for a loud, fun place to get your groove on and let your hair down after hours, this may be your jam. Out of the places I have tried in MB Park so far, this one screamed night life the most.

Decided to come have a few drinks & enjoy the Vibes. The Music Was great & the Drinks were well made. They have have a night club atmosphere after the DJ starts his set. Live DJ & Cover after 9:30pm so come before that to save a few $$. Spend that $$ on more drinks! The drinks were Really Cheap, btw 84 ounces for less than $30. Can't beat that. All in all a solid place to come Party on weekends.
