Book this place long distance for a tattoo, and the booking was based on the talented artists profiles on their website. What a great shop, clean, professional, and an amazing location. You can seriously tell they all take great pride in their work !! My amazing talented tat artist Edgar Arechiga did not disappoint by any means. I had my upper lobe pierced here a few days ago. The piercing was done very quickly and painlessly. All of the staff were professional and super welcoming. Their collection of studs is very impressive! A lot of really cute options. I will be coming back to get my helix pierced soon!

The place is pretty disorganized for a place that LOOKS organized. I made a special order for a specific plugs for my wedding. The girl who helped me didn't take a deposit and I was waiting for a week thinking they had been ordered. When I called in to check on my order the gentleman knew nothing about it and tried to say it takes a few weeks for orders to come in. I found the exact same plugs online from the supplier they used and ordered them myself and it took 2 days for them to come in. Overpriced and disorganized

Absolutely amazing service throughout. All questions were answered without being rushed at all. The procedure was not rushed and follow up directions were made clear. I would absolutely suggest Jose to anyone for piercing.

I got a lot of piercings there recently including a nostril and 4 ear piercings. I really liked their assortment of piercing jewelry. It is really expensive and I'm giving one star less because you have to ask how much everything costs. But otherwise, the service was great! The three people who helped me were great. Emily was super friendly and patient with my fickleness. My piercer Savannah was great and walked me through to make sure I was comfortable. I'd definitely come back here if I'm ever in Palm Springs to get more piercings done!

This shop was suggested to go to as my previous was closed. I was pleasantly impressed with the inventory. I picked a few out and had it put in. The staff were professional friendly & the shop was clean. I would return again for more They close from 2-2:30.

As someone who has gotten piercings and tattoos in other places this place is so clean! They disinfect the items in front of you ! My oldest wanted to get her ears pierced so I took her here. It was great, the receptionist was nice and friendly and he was very knowledgeable of all the questions my daughter was asking him. She is allergic to some metals so he suggested to her what type of earrings she can get. We did book an appointment and they got us in on time . Very nice .

So a bit about me and piercing salons. I have a total of 19 piercings ranging from ears to tongue to nipples to genitals. Point: I'm far from new to piercing parlors and piercers. Situation: one of the steps to my ladder had fallen out. Unable to get it back in myself, I made an appointment to have the jewelry put back in for me. The online appointment portal was quick and easy! I arrived to Adornment a bit early. I quickly noticed the cleanliness the lobby area, again not new to piercing parlors so I look for this. I was quickly greeted with a warm welcome from the person behind the counter (unfortunately, I forget their name). Just based on my initial impression of the parlor, I would consider this a high end piercing parlor. All jewelry are viewable in very clean glass cases separated by body part throughout the lobby. There are couches to wait, not typical hard plastic chairs. Jose, owner and piercer, came to greet me in the lobby. As Jose escorted me back to one of the rooms and into my room, my first impression of 'A+ on cleanliness' continued. Even though I have multiple piercings and this wasn't a new piercing, Jose reviewed the process of reinserting the jewelry and asked if I wanted him to just insert or if I preferred the counted breath process. I was totally impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and skill. Working with Jose was like being with a someone that I've known for years. He is easy going, his energy is fantastic and again that knowledge and skill. I'm proud to say that I'm totally going back for piercing #20 - Jose has earned my trust.

Wow let me start this off by saying the professionalism and sanitation of this facility is top tier and the quality you're getting is unbeatable, so happy to have found this place for my 15 year old daughter who has been wanting her Naval piercing for a year now. We found this place by researching online and we couldn't have been more happier how amazing the customer service experience was Bryan The front desk and Jose the artist have exceptional customer care experience and it shows. The atmosphere is so calm, clean and very professional. We will be back and the jewelry is very excellent quality you will be so in love. I found a few pieces I will have to get for myself.

The quality is not great, This place claims to sell real gold but real gold isn't supposed to tarnish...I paid a lot of money for this under the impression that it was real and that I'd have something for a lifetime that would not turn any other color. The service I received was okay but my belly button piercing was crooked.

Came here on a whim while visiting Palm Springs and was soooo impressed! The shop is extremely well organized, clean and the jewelry is beautiful. I walked in without an appointment and they were still able to help me out (in between appointments). I had them switched out 2 earrings for me. I instantly felt safe and like I was in good hands here. Highly recommend.

Do not hesitate to book with this establishment. I had my nipples repierced with Jose and he was amazing. He had such a great vibe and was totally professional. One of my piercings didn't sterilize correctly so he apologized profusely for making me wait to sterilize another piercing. Folks, this is exactly what you want from your piercer! The facility was beautiful and exceptionally clean and the staff was so friendly and awesome. I am looking forward to more tattoos in the near future and guess who I'm going to call?

Everything was great and the piercer was super friendly and answered all my questions. i would love to give this a 5 star but can't when evetime i look at it i can tell its not straight. Basically long story short i went in for a Frenum piercing, went as smoothly as it can when dealing with a genital piercing. Only wish that she had pierced me straight, as not when i look at it there's an angle to the barbell. Me being uncut just shrugged it off as its because of that it looks odd, but I got another opinion from a local tattoo and piercing place and they too said it was not pierced straight. Obviously there's nothing i can do to fix that, but just for feature please make sure its pierced straight Date of Pierced 07/07/2024- Bday gift to myself. Cant post a pic due to where i got it but more than welcome to send it directly.

Wow, all I can say is WOW. I have been extremely hesitant to ever get a tattoo as I believe "you don't put a bumper sticker on a Bentley." I called asking questions about having a tattoo put on my ring finger as my spouse suggested having it done for our wedding date in numerals. I was given the number to Neri which I texted shortly after the call to the friendly receptionist at 1:30-ish PM. I didn't receive a response until the day after around 11 PM, waking my spouse & myself up from Neri texting. Seriously? The lack of professionalism and the blatant disregard for business hours is shocking, I'm glad I dodged that bullet. If they have zero regard for responding to me within a timely manner unless it's convenient for them at some ungodly hour, why would I ever taint my body permanently with a design they're inking on me? Thanks for reminding me to NEVER put ink on my body. Congratulations for ruining an experience I was actually excited about. I had to write this at midnight because we couldn't go back to sleep, should've kept my silence on.

A friend and I booked ear piercings at Adornment and what a great experience it was! Service was fantastic from beginning to end, the piercing process itself was quick and easy (thanks Savannah!), and we felt like we were able to get all our questions answered. Oh and their selection of jewelry is massive and SO CUTE!!!

First time getting piercings than my ears, glad I picked this place. A clean and professional environment. Everyone in the facility had a calm, professional, and friendly demeanor. I had got my left nostril, naval, and septum piercings in my appointment with José. You can tell José is compassionate about his career. He walks you through the whole process of the the piercing and the reasoning behind it. While José s conversation helped keep me calm and distracted me from the needles. I appreciate his service. Their jewelry prices ranges from economical to luxury. I went with the simple piece to easier match with my style. I would come back for one more set of piercings from here. Highly recommend to try this place.

I have several ear piercings and I made the mistake of taking out all my neomatel earrings and putting in cheaper ones for a special occasion, i wanted earrings to match my dress. The earrings were only supposed to be in for one day. Much to my horror one of the loops refused to come out and like all cheap earrings started to hurt!!! I had to find a piercing place asap! This place is a dream! Clean, polite and fast service! I was treated with kindness and respect. I plan on coming back and getting a whole new set of neomatel piercings.

I had a loose design for a tattoo based on a couple of photos and Will turned my concept into a beautiful Phoenix tattoo. My teen got their helix pierced by another artist at the same time. The office is spotlessly clean and the employees helpful and friendly. A bit pricey, and I felt like it was worth it for the professionals we dealt with, the clean venue, and the very talented artists. Several members of my family were there and they were welcome to watch!

I recently got a navel piercing here, and it was horrible service. They placed my jewelry upside down, with too short of a bar that resulted in migration and my body began to swallow the piercing. I now have a larger hole than normal and irritation/infection that has delayed my entire healing process. I also paid extra for an additional jewelry top, yet they refused to give me the original top I paid for that came with the bar I purchased. I do not recommend! I have since gone to other piercers for help in saving my piercing and they are shocked at how badly Adornment pierced my body.

Got my septum done here years ago and I still love it so much, it was easy and painless and not too expensive! The vibe was really cool!

José is a sweet and professional person. He made my daughter feel comfortable during her belly button pierced, explaining every step during the process. Will definitely keep coming back

First off, Jose and Savannah are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and professional. Jose did the actual piercing (a PA) and Savannah helped answer some questions during the healing process. Their reputation was enough for me to drive from LA for my appointment, and I am so glad I did. This is also by far the nicest piercing answer tattoo parlor I have ever been to. Very modern, clean, and staff is wonderful to interact with. Their tattoo artists also seem to do amazing work, judging from their portfolios. Can't recommend this place enough. Normally I attach a photo, but considering the type of piercing I had done, I think Yelp might not approve....

This studio came as a recommendation from a shop in Los Angeles. I called the evening prior and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. Customer service was stellar. They were polite, professional and courteous. The studio was lovely and they had an arrangement of jewelry options from titanium to 14k. I had my daith pierced by Savannah and she couldn't have been more gentle and she was fast! It was over in seconds. I will be definitely coming back.

I cannot recommend Adornment and Jose enough. If you see the one star review by Jeff, don't be phased. I was the appointment that was happening when he was there. Jose was so kind and patient with him and was clearly answering a lot of questions. He also very professionally asked him to wait while he finished my appointment. I don't have many piercings and it was my first time getting a cartilage piercing. Jose helped me pick the absolute best jewelry for me given my preferences and the piercing was quick and easy. He also helped my mom with some new earrings. Years ago my young daughter had her ears pierced there and they were wonderful for that experience as well. I will happily recommend them over and over again. Thank you, Jose!

Savannah pierced my daughters conch this spring and it was a relatively painless process. She was so quick and fluid in her motions that the piercing, start to finish was less than a minute. My daughter said it hurt a tiny bit, but not much at all. Healing was really fast and easy too. I didn't realize how painful it can be for people until after she got it done and people were saying how badly it hurt them (I have mine done too and it was also fairly painless, but it was done 20 years ago). We would absolutely in a heart beat go back to this shop!!!

I am so happy that I decided to find a new shop to try out for a very specific piece that I wanted! I was incredibly lucky to contact Eric and find out that he had a cancellation. He was booked until may and I knew that I had to jump on the opportunity to get a piece done by him. Boy am I glad I did! I brought him a photo of an artist I love and let him know that I was wanting to also add song lyrics but really wanted to discuss placement and what not before making a final decision. He ended up creating something better than I ever could have expected. Everyone at the shop was super friendly. The place was so clean and everyone wore masks! I can't say enough about this shop and Eric's work.

I cannot recommend this piercing shop enough, the service Jose provided was extraordinary, I was very impressed. He is so knowledgeable and is extremely passionate about what he does. He was very kind and made sure I was okay, he explained the entire process to me, and the piercing itself was a breeze. It took no more than 20 seconds and it was over. He throughly explained the aftercare process to me, what to and what not to use as well as the correct way to clean it, and everything I should expect until the piercing fully heals. Please by all means get pierced here! You will absolutely love the experience.

We walked in just looking for some replacement jewelry for a lost ball. Jose and the guy at the front desk (don't know his name) were helpful and friendly. Jose took time out of his fully booked day (we overheard) and brought us back to install the two pieces, even after one of his appointments was there. He was friendly, courteous, funny, and definitely make us want to come back. We only come out for holidays but it's definitely worth another trip for us. The vibe of the shop is also amazing. Clean, organized, friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Jose tallon can not say enough about Jose tallon and his shop or adornment piercing and tattoo. i was so nervous walking in for my piercing. Jose is truly gifted at what he does, knows how to calm people down and understands what people go through. i could not imagine what would have happen if someone else was in the room with me. truly amazing person. in fact, entire staff very professional and caring. only place to go in Coachella valley. truly amazing.

The first time I came here was to get my septum pierced, I was excited yet really nervous. Luckily my piercer was Savannah who was absolutely darling and calmed my nerves instantly. She asked me how I wanted my septum to look and without even knowing me as a person she suggested "cute and dainty." Which I loved how she described it so I agreed. The piercing went smoothly and I realized there was nothing to be scared of. I left with the biggest smile on my face and the cutest septum piercing I've ever seen. Now here's the worst part, I've only had my first initial septum piercing in for a month until I ended up getting really sick and had to take it out and the hole shrunk immediately so I wasn't able to put it back in. Mind you I don't live in California but my parents do so I couldn't just go and get it put back in if I wanted to. On the 28th of December my dad decided to surprise me and take me to get my septum pierced again because he felt bad for what happened. There was a huge misunderstanding with communication which was entirely my fault and I missed my appointment but the owner Jose was nice enough to go ahead and get my piercing done for me. He knew I had it done by Savannah previously and I even showed him pictures of what it looked like so I was excited that I was going to have the piercing I adored when it was originally done. That wasn't the case, instead I leave the building upset and disappointed because as you can see it is noticeably crooked yet when it was done by Savannah it was completely straight. Not to mention the diameter of the jewelry wasn't the same as when I first got it which was 5/16" and I'm also not sure he even pierced it with the same gauge as before which was 16g. I know I could've asked if everything was going to be the same as before but Jose was still pretty annoyed because of the whole communication fiasco. I also know I should've said something about it but I just wanted to go home at that point. I would still recommend this place because my first initial experience was the best it just sucks that my second experience had to be the worst.

I was on vacation and I could not get my lip piercing back on and I was having issues with my new helix piercing I had done in LA. I decided to give this shop a try. Bryan the receptionist was very welcoming and answered my questions about some of their jewelry. Bryan had a great personality! The owner Jose was going to help me. He had just completed an ear piercing on a 9 year old girl. The parents were very pleased on how well he worked with their daughter. You could tell he wanted her to have a great experience and he worked around her tolerance level. The mom said she would be coming back for herself at a later time. Jose took his time showing me a different lip jewelry that would be easier for me to handle due to my vision problems. The environment was clean and organized. I picked out the new jewelry and he replaced my lip piercing. I was having pain with my helix piercing and he gave me some helpful suggestions. He cleaned it and showed me how to really clean it well. I have been to some pretty good piercers but Jose by far has been the best! Jose was very professional, kind, informative and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He should really train other piercers on professionalism!

I've been coming to this studio for piercings and tattoos for almost 10 years. It just keeps getting better and better. Recently my co-workers and I, six of us in total, had our nostrils pierced by Savannah. She came in early before the studio opened and got us all an appointment together on a Sunday. Savannah was professional, accommodating, caring and our piercings are perfectly placed. She's just amazing all around. I went to the studio this week to get a lower profile end for my nostril and met Claire. She is equally wonderful and changed my jewelry with ease. I didn't have an appointment and she saw me right away. The staff member who showed me the ends was knowledgeable, kind, relatable and patient. Thank you Jose for having such high quality employees at your studio. The customer service is top notch!

I have been looking for a way to remember my late Bull Terrier - Sophie. I've had other tats done at saloons around the country, but wanted to have this one done close to home in Palm Springs. I had read the reviews in Yelp and decided to give Adornment a try. The place without a doubt is the nicest saloon I've ever been to. The place was spotless, very inviting, with a very friendly staff. I wanted something simple. The artist Will worked with me, using pictures of Sophie, coming up with the attached image. I couldn't be happier with the results and would wholeheartedly recommend these guys. In addition to all of this, the prices they charge are more than reasonable.

I took my daughter to get her piercings here and the staff is super friendly. They made me feel very relaxed. The location is very clean they take safety very seriously and ensure that all of their tools are properly cleaned and maintained. It is a little pricey but it's worth it in my opinion. We had to go back after about a month because my daughters piercings closed off after she took the earrings out for volleyball. However they were very kind and they were easily able to re-open her piercings and insert the jewelry. My daughter loved the service and is happy with her new beautiful earrings.

Customer service, particularly by the person who answers the door (female) is cool and aloof. Stopped by to ask questions with the intention of purchasing jewelry. Got the same response, " we are on lunch. You need an appointment". Rare answer for a business. We are not all in business to provide exceptional customer service and make a profit, as this establishment lacks both.

I love this place!!! The owner was super nice, helpful and humble AF! This shop is legit, high-end feel with reasonable prices and super clean! Covid-19 precautions taken were appropriate. Yesterday I took my daughter for her first piercing and I got a septum piercing and Jose was amazing! Thank you so much for making us feel comfortable. We will definitely recommend and be returning soon.

Coming in for my appointment I experienced such amazing service!! Hannah helped me choose the appropriate jewelry and she was so friendly. Our Piercer Savannah helped me plan and pierce my double stack perfectly! It was quick and easy, would definitely recommend!

I love the atmosphere of this place! It is so clean, friendly, and customer oriented. I have become very picky of what I permanently put on my body, and these people deliver. I booked an appointment with someone who no longer tattoos there, but everyone else was very honest with their ability and what they specialized in. Adornment has amazing jewelry for piercings also! This place is definitely the most clean and professional place I've been. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing!
