"Located in the trendy Vila Mariana district, AE! Cozinha now has a new larger premises which is even more charming and equally welcoming. Run by chef Ygor Lopes and pastry supremo Walkyria Fagundes, both of whom have trained in leading eateries in Spain and Brazil, the restaurant stands out for cuisine that is strongly focused on sustainability and is showcased on a menu that changes with the seasons. It includes options made for sharing, such as the signature Lua Cheia savoury cheese pastry with a red pepper sauce, the refreshing roast beef served with mixed leaves, mustard caviar and Tulha cheese, and homemade pasta such as Cavatelli with a smoked duck ragù and tucupi sauce.
