"A small gem of a restaurant with a contemporary minimalist-style decor. The highly creative and technically modern cuisine has the same Nordic style as the dining room, influenced by the chef’s experience working in a number of Michelin-starred restaurants in Scandinavia. The menu changes every month and consists of twelve different dishes, with a minimum of four in the evening. Organic wines and a small outdoor dining space complete the picture." - Michelin Inspector

Sadly, very dissapointing. My family had high hopes coming here. My partner and I, both trained chefs from Copenhagen, were hoping to treat our family to a special meal and experience while on holiday, but æde didnt deliver. The food is served in very small portions, which is to be expected in a michelin restaurant, but for an 8-course menu that lasted us about 3 hours, they were too small and not very filling.. Most dishes seemed very oddly thrown together, not in presentation (clearly a lot of hard work was put into tweezer plating, id even worry too much) but taste-combinations. Half the dishes just tasted plain weird. We got a dish with an oyster sauce that straight up tasted like blended oysters with butter and looked like grey goop. The restaurant calls itself 'nordic inspired' however i saw little to none inspiration from the nordics in the ingredients besides a bit of rye and ofc the mandatory ferments, that are very common for Michelin restaurants. I couldnt help but notice that the chefs in the kitchen, preparing our food looked really tired and sad, too. They had not spoken a single word to eachother in the time we were there. Not even a 'yes, chef'. Lastly the restaurant had no soft drink options, only wine and water. Very dissapointing.

Phenomenal food, amazing menu, and great service. Two of my favorite dishes I added a photo of, but the menu is delicious all the way through. Highly recommend

Innovative and playful dishes. Local ingredients but reinvented, they change the menu every month. Wine paring and service were also great. The Chef and the kitchen team was very young. Came here woth my parents we will Definetly come back!

We visited this restaurant and chose the six-course menu, which turned out to be an excellent decision! Every dish was perfectly prepared, with carefully selected ingredients and a great balance of flavors. I especially want to praise the staff – extremely kind and professional waiters who made sure our experience was flawless. They handled my gluten intolerance exceptionally well—I was provided with gluten-free bread and pasta, and they explained everything in detail, which I truly appreciate. The ambiance is lovely, the service is impeccable, and the food is top-notch. This is definitely a place we will return to! Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy outstanding gastronomy.

Truly a special place! Great meal with very creative dishes and beautiful presentation. Friendly staff. Wine pairing with the tasting menu was innovative and included some styles we typically don't drink but found them very enjoyable. Intimate dining area, with relatively limited tables, so I would recommend a reservation. Really deserves a Michelin star, not just recommended!

This place is incredible! It’s a hidden gem that deserves a star on the Michigan map, not just a nod. The chef is super creative, and they get their message across without being too over-the-top. We absolutely loved it! And the best part? It’s reasonably priced at 80 euros per person for 8 courses. Unlike some other 1-star restaurants that charge you 3 stars prices, this place is worth every penny.
