I came here for an event. I checked out the truck, as well as checking their store out. The workers energy is amazing and they were fun to talk to. They were great and helped me select what I needed!

The sales associates were so friendly here and helped me find exactly what I needed. They are very familiar with the different designs and will help you find what you need. When you try on clothes in the changing room, they will check in on you and bring you a different size if needed.

Every time I come in, the store is super neat, which makes shopping much less of a burden for someone who does not typically enjoy it very much! I REALLY appreciate that the staff is always so friendly and helpful but has never been pushy.

The staff was somewhat friendly but when it came to the fitting room, I waited nearly 20 minutes and I was the first person in line too. There were also 2 open fitting rooms and none of the workers batted an eye at me. They walked in and out, tending others in the fitting room, and ignored me completely as if I didn't exist. I wished they were more apologetic and transparent about how long it would take for me to get a fitting room. The fitting room was honestly a mess and there should be better management there. The "line starts here" sticker was misplaced so it caused a lot of confusion by the cashier. The sticker was placed OUTSIDE the belt barrier so people waited there but the line was actually on the other side.. this caused a lot of confusion too and it caused the line to shift and many people had to move to the back of the line when they were clearly mistaken at first... Lastly, the little sheets of paper given by the workers that the customers had to hold onto and then leave into the jar at the cashier were just plain annoying. No customer wants to carry a bunch of small papers around. The worker (whose name started with an S) was very rude. She didn't even look at me when talked and didn't look like she wanted to be there. Her customer service skills need improvement.

I came here to make a return and was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. They didn't have the product I was looking for but really cared to help me find it. In New York City retail, it's hard to find pleasant, happy, positive and helpful customer service reps. Based on my experience with my online return I will come back. Keep up the awesome work. It makes such a difference.

Terrible service my friend and I just wanted a bra but the lady kept on telling us to wait one second

The staff were all quite friendly and they had a good selection with nice variety. I came in to try on two sizes of one thing, but they closed off the fitting room as I approached to help other people in the fitting room. I understand this and their customer service was probably great for those in the fitting room, but they had said it would be a few minutes, but I was definitely waiting for over 15 minutes without any word if they were finishing up or how long it would be. I left without trying anything on or purchasing.

These girls are AWESOME! Big shout out to Kaitlyn S, Ali, and Mya. This store is a judgement FREE zone filled with good vibes and smiles. It is now one of my top favorite stores!

I walk by this store every morning and decided to shop. On July 3rd, I was hunting for a swimsuit and found one I love! I was a little hesitant to ask for help but, then Catherine offered help. She grabbed some suits and I found the perfect one. She was informative and patient. The store is always clean and the staff is always smiling. I had a great experience ;)
