I had an awesome experience here! A friend had recommended me to check out the brand since they had a lot to offer, especially girls a little heavier set. The staff was very friendly and were kind enough to offer their honest opinions. I'm not local to the area but if I ever do come back I will definitely make sure to stop by this store again!

I came to this store and none of the employees said a word to me. I was the only person in the store and there were four employees just laughing and talking. They never even looked at me when I walked by. Eventually I left because it felt like I was intruding on them.

I love this store, the staff working here are really friendly...I was looking to update my bras and Bella was very nice and honest with what would look good with my body type and skin tone and she definitely was not pushy which was a plus. I would definitely come back again.

We recently took a trip to Vegas, I ran out of a few things so I went into this store, in the past I have only ordered online, I was hesitant because I'm 40, my body isn't what it used to be and I didn't want to feel uncomfortable, well from the minute I walked in the ladies working were so helpful! When they couldn't find a non distressed t shirt they searched the stock room, Honestly so impressed with the customer service and of course the clothes are amazing!!

The staff here was amazing. We got a great deal on sweatshirts and then had them personalized right there in the store. Why pay $15-20 on a cheap Vegas sweatshirt when you can buy a good sweatshirt and have it personalized for free.

Staff made me a bit uncomfortable. After I bought my stuff and got to the hotel to change, my security tags were still on my shirts. Not a big deal just a little inconvenience. I did get them removed tho and for that I'm happy

I had a $5 coupon and they were having a sale so i KNEW something was about to happen. We were greeted right away and i roamed around. Set up was cute and they had a lot of nice things out front. There's even an upstairs! I ended up trying some stuff on and i did get an adorable skort. Aerie has a bunch of cool stuff for 20-somethings and under (which i am DEFINITELY not) and i cant imagine paying those prices at that age for something that is made by the thousands. I only got the skirt i did cuz of a sale and thats the only way i would ever shop there. But there was one woman who was very welcoming and patient and helpful with me. This 5* review is for her!!!

Aerie's new west coast flagship store is a gem- a compact three-story space on the Strip, it's not the easiest to get to but it's full of the body positivity and cute clothes you expect from the American Eagle sister brand. Went in for their grand opening, which included an early morning yoga class and stuck around to check out the sales. One of the brand's standout features is their commitment to not retouching photos and featuring real bodies in their advertising campaigns rather than the 001% of the population that is supermodels. Additionally, their actual product is pretty solid, with fair pricing for basics, layering pieces, and seasonal stuff like holiday PJs, scarves, accessories. Pieces fit true to size and so far, they hold up better to washing than H&M or Forever 21 purchases, which are about the same price point. This location also has on-site custom screen printing, which is a cool touch but one I am unlikely to utilize. TIP: Park at the Tropicana and walk over using the MGM bridge or use the mall garage (across from Eataly) for $10 flat-rate if you plan to stay in the area for a while.

Understand it's coming off of a busy weekend. But everything about my visit here was horrible. Of the 3 employees I had in depth interaction with 2 of them were insufferable and made my experience awful. First was the attitude of the girl for the first fitting room I went to. Just very short and rude. The main problem with this visit was the lady at the register. Cashier: NJ5846. The way she talks to customers is so foul. Very unhelpful and big attitude. Really felt as though she was talking down to us. Signage in some areas was confusing especially with such a big sale. She didn't care. Rudely asked did we want someone to check on the status of the item if it was on sale or not. Then I had an email with an extra discount. She grabs my phone from me and all of a sudden the email is deleted and she doesn't know what happened. Maybe she should slow down! We had a store credit card to use and she asked us if we had a coin and handed it back to us to scratch off to reveal a code. Then once again her attitude telling us what we need to do to use the merch card. I should have put all my stuff back and left. If they need to give their people more breaks or give them coaching I don't know. But the customer service was terrible and I don't for see myself ever coming back to this location. I'll order my things online.

I love Aerie as a company. The clothes are always so cute, comfy and the sizes are very accurate for real human bodies. They constantly have sales and discounted items. The girls that work there are always so genuine and helpful. They don't judge or roll their eyes. The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is the location. It's really hard to get to if you're a local. The closest parking is the mgm parking garage and you have to walk quite a bit to reach it and then all the way back to the garage with your purchase. Online shopping is a breeze and I am looking forward to the new location opening in Henderson.

What a nice change of "scenery" on the Strip. No airbrushing, models of all sizes, and a wide range of sizes as well. This store is huge! I think this is the first flag ship store on the west coast. So many cute places to take pics. The glitter wall, the Disco elevator, and so many comfy bras! Omg. And don't forget to check out the custom screen printing machine. You can draw your own design or choose from what they have to get it custom printed on your shirt or whatever. Come see Natasha! She will hook you up. The girls that work here are really nice and knowledgeable for being open such a short amount of time. If you can't find a comfy bra here, then so help you God.

Best Aerie store I have ever been to. I'm from the Los Angeles area and have gone to quite a few stores. This Vegas location was well stocked, clean, organized, and employed enough staff to help you as needed. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Two thumbs way up!

Nice store, super friendly staff. I had a great experience here and recommend this location. However, don't trust the website to tell you what's in stock accurately. Every item that was marked as "out of stock" on their site was actually available for purchase. Had I not gone in I'd never have known about that MAJOR error.

This place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and approachable and so helpful. I went in after working looking for a bikini and right as I walked in I was greeted and helped by two girls. Wish I got there names because they were so nice. The store was such a change of scene compared to other business on the strip and really well organized and well kept everything was easy to find with a lot of sizes available. They also have a lil spot towards the back where they will customize your items for you I regret not getting anyone's name because everyone I encountered helped me a little and I even got a coupon from the manager which was so nice. I will be back with my friend later this week to shop when we have more time.Not really close parking that's free but if your going in for a quick look you can park at an mgm owned property and get your first hour of parking free !

Literaly the entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The store is set up so beautifully and the merchandise is reasonably priced! Will come back soon.

The absolute best shopping experience I have ever had for bras. The girls who work here are SO nice and genuine without being pushy at all- they really want you to be comfortable and love the way your body looks and feels. The store is beautiful. The service is incredible. There is really nothing to dislike.

Visiting Vegas with family & we walked into aerie just looking around. Everyone was very kind expect one girl who kept starring at us giving dirty looks. We would smile and she would just look away. She had almost ginger hair & wore a grey tank with black pants. Went on June 23 on Las Vegas blvd. Glad at least everyone else has some kind of social skills.

The girls in here are so friendly, really made the visit awesome and were super helpful!

Love this store! It is so clean and the decor is so fresh and beautiful. The girls are so nice and so helpful. It's a beautiful set up with beautiful deals & material. When you walk in you forget you're right on the strip.
