Chilled atmosphere in this Aesop. Very attentive and friendly staff. I had an issue with a fragrance I bought for my wife (the top was a bit leaky). They apologised for the inconvenience and exchanged it no questions asked. Threw in a bunch of samples, too!

If you manage to get through the barracade the shop assistants have erected at the entrance good luck. This is for you if you like being treated like a child and being marched around the shop as if it is a privilege to spend your money at this overpriced shop with no sense of customer service.

Unbelievably expensive but unbelievably beautiful fragrances. Might be a luxury spend but you’ll smell and feel luxurious and people will know you shop there. Fragrance fashion !

Staff there went over and above to organise my work Christmas gifts for 20 people, with very short notice. Presentation was 👌 Shoutout to I believe Zefrina who was amazing!
