Love these products and the service at Aesop! The sales consultant helped me choose the products best for my skin. The products are pricey, that’s because their ingredients are natural. I had great service and got a handful of free samples. Would highly recommend this brand and a visit to this store for the best personalized recommendations.

This place is a game changer now that I’ve met Sherrie! She’s the sweetest and truly kind person and will let you experience the full Aesop moment with being helpful and knowledgeable about their products. 10/10 Definitely my fave branch in Montréal. Look for Sherrie, She’s phenomenal!

The prices are high, but the products are of very poor quality. The products recommended by the employees really damaged my face.

A beautiful store tucked quietly in the neighbourhood, I'm a bit nervous going into boutiques, but every time I have gone in, the service has been incredible, their team is warm and so knowledgeable. In the spring I had some new concerns with my skin, their manager helped me find some soothing products for my sensitivities. Also, if I could make my home look like this store, I would never leave.

Visited the Mile End location for the first time today. I was greeted by the store manager, Emily, who offered me a hand washing service as well as a consultation on a full skin care routine that was personalized to my skin type. I didn’t purchase anything today but I will will be back soon to stock up. What a beautiful store and energy the staff has!

This store is amazing! The level of quality you get is just insane. I stumbled in after going to Comptoir 21 and I was very impressed. The store is beautiful. Super well kept. The clerk offered me tea as well as a pricing sheet before leading me to the sink in the middle of store to wash my hands and try the products. They even offer you a small hand towel to dry your hands afterwards! Everything has top notch packaging, it's super impressive. On one side of the room they have gift packages and each comes with a sleeve that has unique artwork and a poem. Sadly, everything is very expensive and I can't justify paying for any of it. I let my sales associate know this and she said it wasn't a problem. She gave me a catalog and some samples before I left just in case I ever wanted to treat myself. Excellent customer service! I was so pleased after my visit.

Lovely experience, the staff was very informative, patient and attentive, without putting any pressure in making a purchase. We ended up buying a few things, can’t wait to try them !
