Slow response from the customer service that requires me to give 2-3 texts before getting a response. Went physically to visit the store, there were no clear process on handling customer enquiries and I kept on being passed every staff they can find in the store. Just needed a simple and plain PPE pricing inquiry which can be done online but had to go their physically

Great place for making custom embroidered school uniforms for your children! The helpful & experienced attendant 'Kelvin' was able to take our order and replicate the design of our school's logo with ease on polo shirts. They were even able to complete the order ahead of time (within 6 working days). Thank you for your service, we'll definitely be back for larger uniform sizes!

Horrifically slow response. We're just looking for plain tees and the staff took well over 20 minutes to find our sizes. Why hasn't Google included an option to rate a business as ZERO stars?

Unpleasant and unfriendly atmosphere. The moment I entered and browsed, staff stared but did nothing to offer service/help. Kept going to counter to ask for info whilst staff made eye contact but avoided approaching me. What is going on? I am here to buy your product, not rob your store! I would not recommend supporting this business.

Very poor service. • Got passed around by 3 different contact numbers in order for me to order a Corporate shirt, where they seem clueless on taking this order. • Aewon also does not answer any calls and takes a long time to respond to Whatsapp text message

I send in my shirt for some changes as they got my name wrong and when I first receive the shirt, there's a few holes on the shirt already. As its supposed to be a new shirt, there should not be any flaw on the shirt for example, stains, hole etc. I waited approximately 2 months for the changes but when I receive my shirt, no changes were made. The name was still wrong and the holes are still there. I sent the shirt back, asking for another change but this time, they rejected my request as they said they don't make the shirt I ordered anymore. This shows how much Aewon pays attention to their customer's request and is not fixing what they did wrong.

Took a long time to re-do ONE shirt which was misspelled. Poor service and inefficient. When the shirt was returned, one sleeve is in different length(longer) than the other and the colour is slightly different but noticeable.

Delivered wrong size, waiting for a long time for my uniform to be done. Have to go there & call again n again. Wasting a lot of my time. Not recommended
