African Small Pot

We had African Small Pot deliver food to an event in Africatown, and they were extremely helpful. The staff was kind and the food was absolutely delicious. They made us vegetarian-friendly breakfast sandwiches, with eggs, peppers, onions, and garlic. Everyone who ate one thought they were incredible! They also gave us coffee and tea with the food. The delivery was on-time and the communication with the staff was reliable and consistent. Definitely consider ordering from them or giving them a visit!

My colleagues and I recently had the pleasure of visiting African Small Pot for the first time and everybody left with a smile. We had many different items from the menu (variety of fish, chicken, rice, greens, etc.) and everything was truly so delicious and flavorful! The entire staff including the chef and the owner were very welcoming and accommodating to us, as we were a large group. We are incredibly grateful! 🌟 See you again soon!

An absolute 10/10. The customer service was excellent, as well as the food. The owner was extremely attentive and made sure my friend and I were taken care of. I ordered some red snapper, with a side of rice, and some plantain. I will definitely be coming back.

This was my first time here, I came 20 minutes before closing. I ordered fried red snapper, and cassava leaf. The cassava leaf was good, the fried red snapper was nice and fresh the sauce was really good. I will be returning.

Everything about this was amazing African chicken curry 10 out of 10 will be coming back

Food was great! Definitely recommend the grilled snapper and rice, absolutely delicious. I typically order to go. I highly recommend that the owner of this restaurant redo the bathroom. Food is great but the atmosphere needs major improvement. I won't recommend dining in, just take out.

Late share, as this happened on Thursday night. Had salmon and jollof rice. Both were amazing! Salmon was cooked very well and was delicious. Jollof rice was probably as close to what I had in Ghana as I've tasted so far since being back stateside, so I'm absolutely thrilled about that. Certainly a recommend and I fully intend to return in the future.

I 100% recommend! The food was amazing, as it really was savory and the portions for the price at which it was given is amazing; I had to freeze the leftover food for a week. As I am west african, other African restaurants I have went to were not as good as African Small Pot. Hands down amazing! I loved the dine-in experience as I went with a group of people, it was really nice. The price all the way up to the serving of the food and service was truly nice.
